25/11/2010. AllianceAdvantage Review and Daily News from the Industry

BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN MOVED TO PROBLEM STATUS DUE TO DELAYED PAYOUTS! PLEASE DO NOT INVEST THERE!

Hi everybody! Before the second update for today let me just wish the many US based readers of MNO a very Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy the holiday weekend. Don’t overdo it on the turkey though, we still have a lot of news to get through so fall asleep on the couch later please, lol! It’s not a holiday where I am but nevertheless I guess I have much to be grateful for, so I don’t need to be asked twice to join the celebration.

Before that however a more serious looking long term investment program launched just two days ago and already added to my monitoring list is AllianceAdvantage, so before the news that’s the program I want to look at in more detail. They have a lot of work to do in establishing themselves as all online HYI programs do (and that takes time) but for now they’re getting off on the right foot with some profitable plans and a safe enough website. Slow but steady is the byword for the best long term HYIPs and by my own calculations the first investors (in any AllianceAdvantage plan) to profit will be seen in 40 days, or 38 days after this review. As that will be after the Christmas holidays AllianceAdvantage could well start to take off once that happens.

But let’s not get ahead of ourselves here. Plenty of time to go yet. Let’s start with the plans first. AllianceAdvantage has four of them in total, all of which make daily payments for various investment terms. For a minimum investment of $10 you can join the first plan which runs for a term of 50 calendar days. During that time you are offered an interest payment of 1.7%. Your principal is returned on expiry but as you don’t actually see a profit until after this happens you need to wait. Interest payments total at 85%. Maximum spend is $10,000.

So a $100 investment here will get you back $1.70 per day adding up to $85 on expiry. This can only be deemed profit after AllianceAdvantage have returned your initial principal.

The second plan is a little unusual insofar as it’s quite limited in the scope of how much one is allowed to spend. The minimum investment is reasonably affordable at $50 but the maximum is $100. It runs for a term of 60 calendar days and makes daily interest payments, this time of 2.2% per day. At the end of the term that should add up to a total repayment of 132% with your principal then added to that.

AllianceAdvantage‘s third plan is really more like an extension of the second one. It too runs for 60 calendar days but costs a minimum of $100 to join, ie it takes over where the last plan stops. In return for your money you are being offered a daily payment of 2.4% interest. This will then build up to a total return of 144% which is considered as profit once your principal gets returned safely. Maximum spend this time is $50,000.

This plan however is really made largely (maybe not completely) redundant by the next option. It won’t return your principal quite as fast but it will put you in profit faster which in my opinion is the more important of the two milestones. So do your own calculations and plan around what you want to achieve.

The final plan is also expensive to join but not outrageously so. In fact at a $100 minimum it can be considered quite competitive when help up against a number of similar style plans form other long term HYIPs. The term runs for 90 calendar days and during that time AllianceAdvantage are offering investors a 2.5% daily interest payment on their deposit. This will eventually add up to a return of 225% in total and can be considered pure profit once your principal is returned. Once you are in you should break even after 40 days and start counting pure profit after that. Maximum investment is $50,000.

The payment options are pretty good with AllianceAdvantage taking more than even some of the better known more established long term HYIPs. AlertPay, LibertyReserve, and PerfectMoney are all there, as are bank wire transfers. Transfers are only open to those joining with $40,000 so unfortunately is not an option to be taken seriously. Payments are made manually and so will need to be requested. Once made the admin requires you allow him up to 24 hours to have everything processed.

One thing that makes AllianceAdvantage looks more serious to me is just because it’s hosted on a dedicated server by BlockDos – the current leader in DDoS protection whose services are very reliable to say the least. The site is running off a licensed GoldCoders script and features a 256-bit SSL-certificate issued by Comodo. The admin (his name is Jeff) has been very communicative so far and always fast to answer any questions. You can contact him with any further questions directly through his e-mail address or a toll-free telephone number. Though I imagine that number is only toll-free to US based customers where AllianceAdvantage claim to be working from.

Unusually for an online HYIP however is that AllianceAdvantage have an entirely different and separate website set up purely to deal with customer support related issues. You can either start a forum thread or submit a support ticket, but either way the AllianceAdvantage support website is different from that of the main investment site, thus keeping the lines of communication open if there is any downtime for technical or other reasons.

Certification documents from the State of Iowa are on display which of course proves little except to make the program look more solid and reliable in the eyes of potential investors. If you are in a position to do so then you are free to do the necessary background checks on the documents if you feel it important. Texts are all original which is nice to see. Few admins take the time to explain their programs in their own words, though I suppose few admins are capable. I don’t know that that proves the authenticity of the program, but at least it proves its originality which isn’t to be underestimated either.

Approaching them as an online HYIP however and they don’t look bad at all. The first month will as ever tell us much about the runnings of AllianceAdvantage but I’m fully expecting to see them online come 2011.

DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY.

The most important news today was from OilStructure. Actually, it’s a huge warning sign as without any officially stated reason offered to members OilStructure stopped paying. My oldest withdrawal is also pending for over 24 hours now. According to their FAQ “withdrawal requests are processed within 12-24 hours, but usually within 2-4 hours after the withdrawal request.” So after over 24 hours waiting and no official reply from the admin I find it necessary to move the program to Problem status on MNO and issue an official warning to all the prospective investors of OilStructure to hold off from making any additional deposits. As usual in such cases all types of gossip and rumors started to flow and some members reported that the admin said they had been under a “tremendous hackers attack”. What it actually means and how this alleged attack is connected with the pending withdrawals we can only speculate as no official newsletter has been published on OilStructure‘s website or sent to the members. This is actually the first time for a long time when the payouts are delayed in the program and it came just out of the blue. I hope that the program didn’t run its course yet and will soon give us a viable explanation regarding the pending withdrawals. However, at this point there is absolutely no way you would like to deposit into the program. OilStructure is more dead than alive and if the scam warnings are really true the collapse will affect very many investors who according to my recent poll were sure that OilStructure would be able to survive Black December.

By the way, looking at the results of the latest poll on MNO which was held over the last 8 days where I asked you about your attitude towards explicitly dishonest admins like RoboticInvest‘s Edward Sibley. Actually, we are all aware that it’s very hard for the admins to run an HYIP and not lie to their members, at least partially. But what would you invest in a program if an admin so blatantly lied to you personally? I think it’s great to see that 58% of my readers would not invest in such a program because they “can’t tolerate an admin lying to his own members”. Actually, I also share this point of view because continuing to lie after you are exposed makes your position even worse and blaming those who expose your lies is absolutely ridiculous and will not get you any investors at all. The same amount of the voters (21% for each option) are either getting “used to being lied to in HYIP industry” and therefore think of investing anyway or simply “never trust admins anyway and always make their own judgment”. Actually, the latest opinion is also widely supported among smart investors and rightly so, as HYIP admins lie all the time but you could still make money from them. But that would be a nice article for another MNOFriday’s issue and maybe worth further discussion.

Today though I would like to offer you another question for a new poll which I’m running on MNO for another week. As usual you can find it under my Shoutbox. I believe it can be useful to know your opinion about considering the ever growing popularity of AlertPay payment processor and the increasing amount of investors which try to take advantage of its policy of reversing payments and the fact that the HYIP admins usually pay on AlertPay for longer periods of time (compared to LR and PM) and so your funds could be better protected with them. So my question to you is: Would you invest in a program that doesn’t have AlertPay as a payment option? And the options you can choose from are:
1) Yes, as I believe AlertPay is not a compulsory option for HYIP admins.
2) No, as I believe that an admin who doesn’t accept AlertPay cannot be treated seriously.
3) I don’t know, it will depend on the overall quality of the program.
I hope you will find time to answer this serious question and therefore show HYIP admins what you think. Maybe your voice will be heard and we will all see more quality programs that will accept AlertPay along with other payment processors. I count on your votes, guys, and thanks again for voting in my poll.

Staying on the topic of AlertPay, it looks like Flamanta‘s AP account has been suspended and the admin of the program (interviewed here) posted the news on his site about that unexpected event. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a reply from him yet regarding the reasons for the problem but can only guess that AlertPay might have unverified their account and they are now trying to work this out. I hope Flamanta will find the solution for those invested via AlertPay as soon as possible because I would not like members to be left waiting for weeks until the situation is rectified. I really doubt that the account glitch was caused by some internal AlertPay issues as stated in the official news from Flamanta because other programs accepting it have no issues at all:
AlertPay processing temporary suspended.
We temporary suspend all transactions with AlertPay payment system due to account glitch.
Together with the administration of the payment processor very soon we will resume the work of our account and continue accepting deposits and making withdrawals.
There is no reason for concern: probably problems were caused by the incorrect work of Alert Pay system itself.

I remind you that Flamanta is currently at #7 in the MNO rankings and has been listed for four months. It offers instant payouts to LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney on the following investment plans: 1.72%-1.78% for 150 business days, 1.84% for 160 business days, 1.92% for 180 business days. More on Flamanta can be read in my detailed review published here.

Please note that due to the Thanksgiving celebration in the US some programs might use it as an excuse to not pay your daily earnings if they have to be credited on business days only. Of course, it’s their right to do so but in my opinion it would be more beneficial for the investors if HYIPs actually give some nice presents to the investors instead of depriving them of their profits during the holiday. And some programs are actually doing so! Take GWDConline for instance (reviewed here). Today the admin of the program Albert made some 5% bonuses available to the investors who deposit with GWDConline via LibertyReserve, AlertPay, PerfectMoney or GlobalDigitalPay during the two days. The bonus is limited to <$150 deposits only and since GWDConline pays quite a moderate return of 3% for 40 calendar days only (120% total return) 5% bonus will be a kinda significant bonus that can be either withdrawn or re-deposited back into the only investment plan available. Here is the celebration bonus email newsletter from Albert – the admin of GWDConline:

There was also some short email sent today from the admin of 144CashAds Lewies (interviewed here) where he reported the processed cashouts and sent his best wishes to his American investors celebrating Thanksgiving today. This is the latest from 144CashAds (reviewed here):
Thanks for all your support. All payout done.
VERY HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL UNITED STATES MEMBERS!
Enjoy holiday. Lewies. Project admin

InvGenerator has been online for 2 weeks already and so far I have never missed a single payment from it. The payouts to all the plans (115% after 6 days, 140% after 11 days, 170% after 15 days) remain instant to both LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney payment processors. Today I was successfully paid instantly on expiry of my 140% after 11 days plan and redeposited into the shorter term 115% after 6 days plan. I can see that InvGenerator is not such a popular program yet but I guess it’s better for slowly gaining momentum. You can read more about InvGenerator in my review published here.

I have been paid today by the following programs featured in my Standard and Premium listings:
CazaInvestment, InvGenerator, GloTrade, FiboTradePro, ProfitEu, TetraMetals, TerraProfits, AssetManagement, GDWConline, FxEconomy, RedOrchidInvest, DailyGains, AvatarSurf, Konstant, PandaTrade, ReProFinance, YamaFinance, EarnPlaza, FelixFunds, CherryShares, 144CashAds, RevenueBuild, OptimumPride, ECashBroker, YesInvestment, GainBucks, FutureTrails and AllianceAdvantage (the first payment received).

That’s all for today. I hope to see you on my blog tomorrow with more news from the industry and possibly something else. And Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!
