02/12/2010. RussianOilFund Review and Daily News from the Industry
BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DO NOT INVEST!
Hi everyone! It’s hard to miss on the news over the last couple of days the big freeze currently gripping so much of Europe. Not that it’s affecting me that much or anything, but I did have to go to Tel Aviv airport today seeing off an old friend who came to visit as he journeys on to Germany. I’ll spare him a thought when I’m on the beach later this evening and hope he wraps up well as he swaps sand castles for snowmen! But anyway someplace else renowned for it’s cold is Russia which brings me to the theme of today’s review RussianOilFund. It’s a long term HYI program recently added to my monitoring list, but before we go any further you should take note that this is not a new program. RussianOilFund is almost two months online.
Despite the age of the program incidentally the first investors are still not quite in profit. As we will see the program offers quite a conservative interest rate (which varies according to the size of your deposit. RussianOilFund offers four plans in total though in reality just the first one is going to be of interest to most players. Something that makes the plans unnecessarily complicated in my opinion however is the way the terms are described. All plans run for 90 calendar days, though payments are only made on business days. So in what’s just short of 13 weeks you should have 66 payment days and not 90 as some people may think.
The first plan is open to deposits starting from a $10 minimum up to a $1,999 maximum, which surely includes most investors. Interest payments are then made at a rate of 2% per business day. That will amount to 10% over the course of a week allowing you to break even after 50 business days (10 weeks) and finish with a total profit of 132%. It’s only profit of course once RussianOilFund returns your principal, something they promise to do on expiry.
The remaining plans look like they might be a bit more tailored for the Russian oil oligarchs themselves rather than the average HYIP player. The next one for instance starts with a minimum deposit of $2000. The investment term is for the same 90 calendar days with payments made on business days only. The rate goes to 2.3% which will add up to 151.8% in total at the end. Your principal is then returned. Maximum spend is $3,499.
If you’re prepared to spend between $3,500 and $4,999 the RussianOilFund offers you a daily interest payment of 2.6% from Monday to Friday, though again the term is described in calendar days. By the end your payments should hopefully have added up to 171.6% in total, which can be considered profit once your principal gets returned.
And finally for deposits of $5,000 and upwards (no stated maximum) you can earn the maximum rate of 2.9% per business day, paid over the course of 90 calendar days. By the time this one expires you should have amassed payments totaling 191.4%, which is profit after RussianOilFund returns your principal.
Payment options are predictably limited for a long term HYIP with just LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney being your choice. So as usual someone else is in complete control of your money for the duration of the investment term and any losses will not be investigated. So just remember to spend only what you can realistically afford to do without for the duration of your time with RussiuanOilFund. Payouts are manual and need to be requested. Once made you are asked to allow the admin up to 24 hours to get everything processed.
The site of RussianOilFund is running off a licensed GoldCoders script and is hosted on a dedicated server with protection and support by BlackLotus. They are also fully SSL encrypted for safer more secure browsing. If you need to contact the administration team with any support related issues then you can get in touch by filling in the support form on the contacts page. There is also a Live Chat feature installed though nothing that indicates when (if ever) it operates. RussianOilFund are also among the small but growing number of HYIPs to make us of social networking sites with their own Twitter and Facebook accounts.
As their name implies RussianOilFund allegedly “provides foreign investment accessibility to Russia’s vast petroleum reserves.” Of course you should totally ignore these claims as well as the newsletters posted on their website about operating with millions of barrels of oil. Anyway, the story is out there in the public eye and everybody is entitled to have their own opinion of it, and of course trade in Russian oil is a profitable business and nobody would question that. But an online HYIP involved in it?
Up to you to decide but at two months online, the market slowing down in December, I do fear the best time for joining RussianOilFund has most likely passed. But to be fair the survival of this program depends on the very same thing as every other program – support from its members. Fingers crossed they’ll get that support but this is a very unpredictable month. Luckily it’s less so for longer term programs however. With close on to a hundred monitors all queuing up for payments as well that isn’t going to have much of a positive impact. What exactly a hundred monitors can do for a program than 8 or 9 really good ones can’t is something I don’t understand, other than costing money. But I guess everyone has their favorites. So as always if proceeding remember to keep your expectations modest (ie keep your deposits affordable) and use it as a smaller part of a wider portfolio.
DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY.
Staying on the topic of the above reviewed RussianOilFund I have received the first (for me) newsletter from the administration of the program. There was an update given about their corporate achievements (if we really describe RussianOilFund as a corporation of course) and also there was a reminder about their ongoing contest on Facebook and Twitter which I had no idea about as I didn’t monitor the program at that time. Anyway, it looks like the top 5 winners will get generous prizes of $100 each which will be given away during this contest. So try your luck after getting yourself acquainted with the rules published in the links which were mentioned in the latest newsletter from RussianOilFund which I’m republishing below for your information:

Let’s get back to some more positive updates from good paying programs listed on MNO. And I think we can definitely describe CazaInvestment which already achieved the high #3 position on MNO monitoring as the only serious short-term program that is paying after over six weeks online. Well, to tell you the truth first the program started with the two plans which strictly speaking couldn’t really be called short-term and offered daily payouts of 3.2% for 45 days and a weekly plan of 6.5% daily for 21 days with the principal returned on expiry. But later the weekly plan was modified to paying 3% for 21 days (principal returned on expiry) and the most popular short-term plan was added which pays 12% daily for 12 days (with the principal already included into the daily payouts). CazaInvestment accepts AlertPay, PerfectMoney and LibertyReserve and the minimum to invest in each plan varies from $10 to $100. Though my review of the program was written before the last 12×12 plan was added you can still read it for more details on CazaInvestment here or better to refer to my latest interview with the admin here which was done after the 12% for 12 days plan had been added. Today I can see that more LibertyReserve payouts have been posted on the forums and that’s possibly what the admin of CazaInvestment Pally meant by saying that the program came “back on track” today. Here is the latest news from CazaInvestment:
“!!! BACK TO THE TOP !!!
Many thanks for your support and encouraging words. These are always much appreciated. CazaInvestment is back on track and back on top and these sounds so great to all members of the Administration Team. Not much news for today than to let you know we are back on track.
Withdrawal Request are been processed on time, Customer support service is always at your service and our trading processes is just very excellent.
Thanks, Pally Eppie”.
Those of you who might be wondering when AlertPay will be re-enabled for deposits in Flamanta again I must disappoint you. The admin (interviewed here) finally replied to my email that was sent to him a few days ago straight after their AlertPay account was blocked. Actually, my fears were substantiated and the admin confirmed that their verified business account with AlertPay was not only unverified but actually suspended after only a week of otherwise smooth operations. The reason for that was obviously not given and the emails to AlertPay remain unanswered so the chances for a positive outcome are minimal. Now while the admin of Flamanta cannot access his account he advised to everybody who invested in Flamanta via AlertPay to contact the administration of that payment processor and claim your money back. I just wish the official update was issued on Flamanta‘s website as it doesn’t look good that the investors that trusted Flamanta with their AlertPay are factually left stranded by the admin not being able to inform the members properly about the situation’s development. Anyway, the LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney payouts to every investment plan offered by Flamanta (1.72%-1.78% for 150 business days, 1.84% for 160 business days, 1.92% for 180 business days) are still being processed instantly and it really looks like the program will be able to come out of this unfortunate situation with the least possible losses (as not too many people invested via AlertPay yet). I hope that the administration of AlertPay will at least reply to the admin of Flamanta soon or at least refund the investors who joined via them. Here is the reply sent to me by Flamanta today (read the detailed review of the program here):
“Dear Paul, AlertPay approved our website on our verified business account and then they suspended an account after 1 week. We can not access it and can not process payouts, I think that AlertPay support will refund all deposits back.
Btw, they are not responding on our tickets, I have submitted 4 tickets in 6 days.”
I was also answered today by the admin of FenixTrust and it also happened a few days after my email was sent. He reported that they have successfully migrated the site from Staminus to Dragonara protected servers and now the site is fully available and the withdrawals are instant to both LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. I’m glad to hear that as I really consider FenixTrust as a very good program which has been running smoothly for many months now and is paying very reasonable returns of 0.6% for 30 business days, 0.8% for 90 business days, and fluctuating interest rates for 120-270 business days. You can read more about FenixTrust in my detailed review that was published here.
The admin of RedOrchidInvest Nathan (interviewed here) started issuing daily short updates where he reports about the processed withdrawals for the day which usually happen once per day. Here is the example of the email I received from RedOrchidInvest today:
“All Bank Transfer, Perfect Money and Liberty Reserve withdrawals of today were processed. The next payments will be about 24 hours.
Regards, admins. RedOrchidInvest team.”
RedOrchidInvest (reviewed here) is a program that has been running successfully for over a year already and currently having been reached #4 on MNO Ranking. It offers several investment plans where you can invest via LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney or Bank wires: 10% for 11 days, 2.125% for 48 hours, 1.2% for 83 days + principal back, 6% for 1 week + principal back, 1.5% for 66 days + principal back, 1.8%-5% daily until you reach 300%, 1.5%-5% daily until you reach 300%, 2.2%-5% daily until you reach 300%, 3%-5% daily until you reach 400%, 5% for 100 days.
Unfortunately, I have to move DailyGains to Waiting status on MNO due to the site not being available for over 24 hours and no answer from the admin during that time. I think the program is really in a big trouble now and if it’s not back within the next few days we can as well consider DailyGains as dead. This is sad but true!
A new promising program that was added to MNO Premium listing today is called Finansima. The program was launched only a couple of weeks ago and didn’t get much attention from the investors yet and is still flying under the radar. Actually, I think it’s a good thing for such a program like Finansima which is really of high quality. I like the overall design of the website along with the licensed script from Gotenks which is also used by such well known program as AvatarSurf (reviewed here) along with the very new UnicornInv (reviewed here). The site of Finansima is hosted on a dedicated server by Dragonara with great DDoS protection. The program accepts AlertPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney payment processors with the investment minimum of $30 allowed (as in all the programs running on a Gotenks script you will have to fund your account first followed by redirecting the money to the plan of your choice). The returns offered by Finansima are quite moderate and sustainable in the long run and depending on the size of the deposit you will receive 7.5%-9% weekly for the duration of 36 weeks. Finansima really looks quite interesting to me and I’m looking forward to doing a more detailed review on my blog soon. Stay tuned for that, guys!
Here is the list of the programs that paid me today:

By the way, you might remember that MNO Shoutbox was disabled yesterday due to its abuse by one spammer. I’m glad to report though that from now on the long anticipated extended chat is open on MNO and you can already sign up and post everything you want here. My programmer will be doing work more on it and I will bring a more extensive description of it including some major features on my blog tomorrow. I hope that this chat will become as popular as my Shoutbox which has run its course and has been removed now. I hope you will enjoy the better features of the new chat and I hope to see you there often.
The latest poll results will be announced on my blog tomorrow along with more news from the industry and detailed review of XSeedFinance program. Stay tuned for that and please suggest your own question for the next poll on the MNO chat or send it to my email at abramsonp@gmail.com
This will be it for today! I hope you enjoyed reading the MNO news just like I enjoyed compiling it for you. See you on MNO tomorrow!
