16/12/09. Investorum Review and Other News
BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! DON’T INVEST!
Hi everybody! I just can’t get that old song “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” out of my head today. We have just had the first snowfall of the winter here in London and while it’s still a long way from the minus thirty degree temperatures I was more used to it does certainly add to the festive atmosphere in the air here. I hope the program I’m reviewing today will be an early Christmas present for us all too by the way!
Of course I’ll be getting to the news as usual too but before that I want to take a look at one of several new programs added recently to my monitoring page. I’ll be looking at the others over the coming days but the one I’m going to start with, and could possibly turn out to be the most popular, is called Investorum.
To start with it’s a long term investment program. One of the growing legion of HYIPs taking their cue from GoldNuggetInvest and offering plans without any expiry date in fact. Just join up and continue getting paid for as long as the program runs. It’s getting to be a pretty popular concept recently and there are numerous examples of it running to great success. It will take more than just an attractive plan of course and it is still an early one to call, but fingers crossed Investorum will be yet another example of that success.
So how does it all work? Well, there are three options for you to choose from which will reward you according to how much you would like to spend. And you can get into the top paying plan for just over a thousand dollars, which is a hell of a lot of money for most people to throw around but not an outrageous amount in HYIP terms either. But the one that will probably grab most of the attention is open to deposits starting from a minimum of $5 and going all the way to $500. In return for that you are offered a daily payment of 1.2% interest on your deposit. And like I just said, there is no expiry date. You will receive this payment every day until you yourself decide to leave, subject to a 60 day lock-in period that is. Or until the program collapses, but I don’t think that’s really the intention here. Anyway, a $100 deposit will get you $1.20 per day, adding up to $8.40 per week. At that rate you could expect to claw your original principal back after 84 days, however should you decide to withdraw your principal after the 60 day lock-in period you would do so with 72% in profit. Personally I’d stay there and would see no reason to leave if they continue to pay, but that’s just me. You make your own decision on that.
If you’d like to step things up a bit then higher rates are also available. For investments ranging from a minimum of $501 to a maximum of $1000, Investorum will pay you a daily interest rate of 1.4%. That works out at 9.8% per week. It also means that your principal would be earned back in 72 days, or should you decide to leave after 60 days your profit would be 84%.
And finally for all the high rollers wishing to spend $1001 or more (the maximum being $50,000) Investorum are offering a daily interest payment of 1.6%. Now if you can afford that kind of cash then I doubt you need any help from me in making a few basic calculations but purely to keep things balanced a deposit here will earn you 11.2% interest per week and see earn an amount equivalent to your deposit after 63 days. If you can’t wait that long and wish to leave on day 60 instead then your profits will amount to 96%.
The list of payment options available for joining the program includes all the main online processors with LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, and StrictPay all being accepted. The only noticeable absentee from the list is AlertPay. But I believe that is being dealt with at the moment. As most of you will know by now the verification process with AlertPay can be a lengthy one so if you are one of the many people who prefer to wait for them to be added then make sure to check back here often and I’ll make sure you are informed about it the same day it happens. All withdrawals are manual by the way so you are going to have to log in and request them. Payments should not take longer than 24 hours.
The design and security of the website is where Investorum really shines though. What makes them so much better than so many other new programs? The addition of SSL encryption. Still lamentably rare in this business and not a difficult thing to add. And it can really make a world of difference to a program. Not so much because it offers any guarantees on the safety of your principal (which clearly it doesn’t) but because it can inspire a lot of confidence in the admin and his long term intentions. And of course the obvious bit about securing your account. Also on the subject of security and design the hosting is provided by Koddos, who have them on a dedicated server. The script is licensed from GoldCoders.
Communication with the admin is done via an online e-mail support ticketing system. They also offer a postal address in the UK, but I happen to recognize it as that of another firm that will assist you in setting up a business and getting it registered. In this instance the business is allegedly arbitrage gambling on sports events, similar to what GoldNuggetInvest claim. As with most HYIP business claims I’d prefer to reserve judgment on that until they come up with some solid evidence, but just be aware that that is the claim. Staying with the subject of their postal address however, it’s all quite legal and above board, though some would say misleading. Anyway, this would be a mail collection/forwarding address and not where you will find the actual Investorum. You can check out the registration for yourself by the way. They provide a link to the companies house website from the UK where you can enter their company number yourself. That will take you to the relevant details where you will find them registered under their company name of Investum Ltd. You may use that information any way you like and do your own research and checks on it. As long as you remember that it doesn’t actually protect your investment in any way. Probably the best way of contacting the admin though is through the Live Chat feature. Whenever he’s online you can get your questions answered in real time.
The bottom line here is that I’d be mostly positive about Investorum. They’ve done quite a number on their website and the plans aren’t so bad either. When I compare them to similar programs on my monitoring page with no expiry dates I can see that the rates are quite competitive but also proven by those other programs to be sustainable and profitable. A lot of factors need to combine in order to make any program a success of course so all the usual warnings still apply here. “Black December” as I’ve seen it so colorfully described on the forums is posing less of a risk to long term low ROI programs than to short term ones, but nevertheless it’s up to you and you alone to keep things sensible. I myself wouldn’t describe Investorum as one of the “surebets” they mention on their website and I certainly wouldn’t advise you to pay any attention to the suggestion that there may be no risk involved. No risk for the admin perhaps, but that isn’t you! But once you keep that in mind I’d have to say that Investorum is well worth a bet, sure or otherwise, and a few dollars as part of an affordable deposit and well balanced and diverse portfolio should be OK.
Other news for today.
Let’s start the news with an update from GoldNuggetInvest (reviewed here). As you might know the GNI website experienced a huge DDoS-attack a couple of days ago due to which the secured channel was not available for a while and the members had to access their accounts via HTTP. For me the accessibility to their secured version is still very intermittent and sometimes I can access it and sometimes not. There is no reason to worry though as accessing accounts via the non-secured site is also quite safe because of the PIN-code which will be sent to your email if your IP has changed between sessions. Remember to always use g-mail accounts in order to receive your PINs without any issues. There was another problem though probably caused by this attack. For some reasons many deposits were not credited to members’ accounts instantly and now they have to wait until the support staff check everything and add deposits manually. Please note that everything is under control and your deposit will be credited sooner or later (you may submit a ticket via your member’s area as well). Remember also that GNI has several thousand members so please allow a few days in order for your missing deposits to be credited to your accounts. Here is the update about that published on the private GNI forum:
“Hello folks, Just to let you know that we are doing our best posting your missing deposits. Kindly give us a couple of days to have them posted. Your patience and understanding are most appreciated.
Rumiko. GNI-Customer Support Team”.
I think there is no need to mention that all the withdrawals from GNI are being processed in time which is the most important thing. I just hope they will tight their security so such interruptions of their service are not possible in the near future.
Another long-term hit program GeniusFunds (reviewed here) sent out an important update today containing the bank wire instructions for its members. I remind you that as usual you can also use the service of sending the bank wire deposits via SwapGold service or deposit you money to daily (1%-1.9% daily) or weekly (6%-9% weekly) plans via any e-currency accepted by them: LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, AlertPay, StrictPay and SolidTrustPay. Here are new instructions on how to deposit into GeniusFunds via Bank wires (please read and follow the instructions carefully):

MandarinInvest site (reviewed here) added two more languages for their international members and also made an important announcement that AlertPay just became the fourth payment system accepted by them via which you will be able to receive your payments instantly. Earlier the same instant withdrawals feature was implemented for all LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and StrictPay withdrawals. I remind you that MandarinInvest is a low-ROI HYIP accepting deposits into the following plans: 1% for 30 days, 1.3% for 100 days and 1.6%-2.1% for 150 days with the principal returned back on expiry of your investment. Here is the latest update from MandarinInvest:
“We are glad to announce that AlertPay payouts are now also processed instantly. As with other payment systems the security limit is set to $100. Furthermore we have added two more languages – Portuguese and Hebrew. Ticket support is also availbale in these languages.
Sincerely, Robbyn Hart”.
InstantMoneyBets (reviewed here) successfully added GlobalDigitalPay as their next payment processor. So from now on they accept LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, AlertPay, EcuMoney and GlobalDigitalPay. The investment plans you may want to deposit in are: 1% for 1 day, 1.9% for 42 days, 2.23% for 120 days, 18.2% weekly for 202 days with the principal returned in all of them. You can read more about the program in my recent interview with the admin published here. Below is the latest update from InstantMoneyBets:
“Today we want to inform you we have added GlobalDigitalPay as an Payment option on our site.
Click on Deposit in your Account and choose GDP as an Payment option.
Today also we have paid out over 8 000$ looks like a great start with more then 440 members now.
I think that’s all for today, Questions? Contact us.
Michael and Martin”.
Probably responding to the latest comment published on MNO the administration of TalixMetals (interviewed here) sent out an update informing members that the situation with SolidTrustPay which they had to drop a few days ago is going to be resolved soon. I don’t know what it means to the investors who made their deposits to TalixMetals via SolidTrustPay but I really hope that it will be addressed as soon as possible. Here is the today’s update from the admin:
“Our Dear Valued member, We are in our third trading week and we are growing at a steady and fast pace.

RefMotor (reviewed here) is still offering some bonuses for voting on major forums for the program. Every active member has a chance to add a little extra to their balance by simply following the instructions the admin of RefMotor (interviewed here) outlined in the below email:
“Hi. Do you know every day we pay over $50 our members as vote bonus? As usual to day you can vote for us and earn more money. If our system is good for you, if you earn more money with our plans, if we paid you instantly, please check our rating pages and choose 5 monitors and vote for your hyip. KobelCapital which has been paying investors for over two months already for the plans 2.55%-3.35% for 90 days with principal back on expiry announced their latest trading results. I myself cannot guarantee that they are true as I never traded ForEx myself but if you’re interested you are welcome to have a look at them here. Nothing is guaranteed of course but at least KobelCapital (reviewed here) is trying its best to look legitimate which deserves some praise at least in my opinion. This is the latest news from them:
“November trade performance can be found at Trading Performance page.

You might remember HugMoney – a new short-term program paying 122% after 5 days, 135% after 7 days and 200% after 20 days. So today I’m glad to report that I have successfully received my first payment on expiry from the 5 day plan. So I decided to play it a bit riskier this time and went with the 7 day plan. I hope it will pay-off as well because 7 days is the best in my honest opinion which offers the best risk vs. reward ratio. Provided the program is quite new you might want to try it out and if you do – don’t forget to check out my review published here first!
AtlantisMutual (reviewed here) introduced another special Christmas plan. Well, as you might know I’m not a huge fan of special plans which can definitely be a warning sign. Especially it’s suspicious when it’s called a Christmas special and offered by a program that has been paying for many months already. In their introduction of the new plan (paying 293% after 90 days) the administration of AtlantisMutual (interviewed here) casually mentioned that the investors had nothing to worry about as the investment insurance for this plan is free. Wow, what a relief! Of course if they insure our investment it will be completely safe, lol! Remember that nothing can be absolutely secure or insured, especially when we talk about online HYIPs and not proper banks or insurance companies. AtlantisMutual is just a HYIP with a non-functional business address and should be treated accordingly. However, if you like to gamble you might want to try this new high-profitable plan which was described in the latest update:
“A-Selected Investment program
AtlantisMutual are proud to present a brand new Investment program A-Selected which has been established to satisfy numerous client requests for an investment program with a one-season term. We are also glad to announce that if you invest in A-Selected Program, you’ll be provided with Investment Insurance for FREE.
Free insurance is a limited Christmas offer and is available for A-Selected investment program only.
Atlantis Selected
Tot. Return: 293% Term: 90 days Min: $300
X-mas Specials: Free Insurance”.
I find it necessary to confirm that my suspicions regarding EcosystemFunds were true and some of my readers have confirmed that they were not paid over the last few days. It seems that EcosystemFunds started paying selectively having been online for less than a month. I find it hard to believe that such a promising program had to finish like that but probably the upcoming Christmas drained their funds prematurely, or else the admin just got greedy. Either way EcosystemFunds is on Problem status now and it’s not recommended to invest there at this moment. I will update you if I get some more information regarding that.
Unfortunately 4CountriesCapital will be staying in Paying Selectively status on my monitoring page as well. Despite receiving an email from Jacob who promised to pay what he owes to one MNO reader I still haven’t got any confirmation that the payment had been done. So at this moment I would still not recommend investing with 4CountriesCapital despite the fact that I received today’s profit to my LR account quite fast. They however explained the reason for the delays with PerfectMoney withdrawals on their site. You can believe it or not as you please but, I’ll republishing here anyway:
“Dear Members, Jakob, was trader of the day and started the week with a profit of 4.22%. Please use 4ccjakob@gmail.com for support questions until the ticket error is solved. We are waiting for a Bankwire we send last week to PM to fund our account, but PM takes longer than LR or SP. But I guess tomorrow or in 2 days our PM account should be funded. We consider to stop accepting PM because this is the 2nd time we have problems to fund our PM account. That is it for today.
Best Regards too all members!
Mrs. Jana Dagg. Founder Member and Managing Director”.
Other programs are still paying fine and for the last 24 hours I’ve been paid by the following:
ArbsFund, ZenithInvestment, Verifield, MandarinInvest, GeniusFunds, IncoForex, Flanita, AtlantisMutual, AsiaInv, NanoMoneyCorp, InstantMoneyBets, GoldNuggetInvest, XagaEnterprise, TheKapital, GloTrade, Investorum, RichAliens, RefMotor, RosalinFinance, FinanceNova, XrateInvest, OneDailyPro, HugMoney, PTVPartner, WestFinance, GlobalFund, CedexInvest and SantiVentures (the first payment received). That’s it for today, folks! Don’t forget to check out my blog tomorrow for the review of SantiVentures and more news from the Industry! See you then!
