Hi everyone! As I spent the best part of the day on the train to Budapest and didn’t quite get to see much of the city itself after checking into an apartment. So I’m really looking forward to doing that tomorrow and hope it’s everything I’m expecting. Anyway there’s only the news to publish today as I don’t have any review to offer just yet. However, I was promised that there will be some promising short-term program be launching later this week so stay tuned and check MNO often as there will be more new programs added this week for sure.

Let’s start with the news from LibertyReserve. Wow, guys! After the successful upgrade the LibertyReserve website is loading much faster and has a much better outlook which makes using it truly a pleasure. There were some issues reported straight after they came back online after yesterday’s half day maintenance work. However, I can see that now everything seems to be back to normal. I managed to make some deposits from LR to some HYIPs today and they were credited to my account instantly as before. So, my overall impression about the new LR outlook and speed increase is hugely positive and I believe this will only strengthen its current position as the leading payment processor in the HYIP industry.

Whether it’s a coincidence or not I don’t know but the administration of OilStructure (reviewed here) announced the addition of Hungarian phone and email support which will be able to help you if you feel more comfortable speaking Hungarian than English. This multi-lingual support of OilStructure is actually one of their main distinctive features and advantages over all the other HYIPs and Hungarian is actually already the 13th (!) language that has been added over the course of the latest few weeks. I remind you that OilStructure is actually one of the most popular HYIPs among MNO readers and after being listed on MNO for 106 days it occupies the #4 position on MNO ranking. It’s a well deserved rating as well due to its flawless work online for a number of months now which made many investors who deposited early enough in profit already. I myself am now on stage C on the program which means I keep earning 2.2% every calendar day.

I remind you that all the investment period in OilStructure is divided into several stages which pays you from 2% to 2.4% gradually increasing the fixed daily return during the first 300 calendar days after which you can decide if you want to stay with the program or leave by withdrawing your principal. Actually, the flexibility was always one of the strongest points of OilStructure where the more loyal members are rewarded by ever increasing payouts and gradual removal of the fees that you would have faced if you decided to withdraw your principal before your investment term expires. The administration noted all the changes made by LibertyReserve and made all the necessary and required adjustments (sorry, but I’m not much of a technical expert to discuss it further, lol) that would allow them to accept the deposits to 2.8% for 45-120 days plan as well as paying instant withdrawals to LibertyReserve with no issues. I myself got paid instantly today from Vodapex so I believe it’s now fully back to normal. Here is the latest newsletter from them received last night:

The admin of 144CashAds Lewies (interviewed here) reminded some forgetful members of his program that the payout button is enabled again as usual on Mondays and that everybody can request their withdrawal from one of the following plans on offer: 1% for 144 days, 2% for 72 days, 4% for 36 days, 144% after 12-24 days. These plans are not so simple as they may appear at first glance. In fact, 144CashAds is quite a complicated program having its own unique concept that will hopefully help it keep going for a longer time than any regular HYIP. Some admins are actually trying to scam investors by taking advantage of their lack of experience about how the payment processors really work. So the admin of the recently scammed NanoFund suddenly turned up today and claimed that he was at a “Nanotechnology conference in Berlin”. I wonder if that’s where he learned how to miraculously change the monitoring logos on his rating page from “not paying” to paying (of course, using old screenshots instead of HTML-codes). Perhaps, the stealing of money from LibertyReserve accounts is the subject of this conference. Otherwise, he’s just a natural born scammer (in addition to a born loser, blaming others for his failures). So today he produced a newsletter where he explicitly lied to the investors of his program and sent them instructions on how to enable him to empty your LR account. So if you want him to steal everything in your account please do exactly what he told you to do in his email. If you have any common sense and do not want to be fooled by this shocking scam and get ripped off once again please do NOT do anything he is asking you for in the following mail (for security purposes I removed some details from his instructions). NanoFund is a scam and the admin is a sore loser trying to steal even more of his victims money. Here is what this clown wrote in his so-called newsletter:
“Dear Nano users.
This is Charles, the NanoFund Administrator. I apologize for any worries caused. I have been away for a few days. I am back now.
As you may be aware our news section was updated on the 17th October. Our team of experts were attending the annual Nanotechnology conference in Berlin where we networked with new business clients and set up some excellent deals with our investors money.
However, our system did not make payouts. As you may be aware Liberty Reserve had a maintenance recently and was offline for over 12 hours. (It affected all programs, not just NanoFund).
Since this 12 hour maintenance Liberty Reserve has not been performing well.
In order to pay you automatically each day via LibertyReserve API system we need you to perform the following instructions (if you don’t complete this we can’t pay you):
Step 1) login to your liberty reserve account at www.libertyreserve.com
Step 2) click the Merchant Tools link at the top
Step 3) click Create new API
Step 4) for API Name type: xxxxx
Step 5) for Security Word type : xxxxxx
Step 6) Tick all the 5 checkboxes. They must ALL be ticked (all 5)
Step 7) Leave the last 3 text boxes blank since you are not sending any amounts.
Step 8) Click Submit
After this is complete our system will then be able to automatically make daily payments to you again.
I hope this issue hasn’t caused too much trouble. Believe me, it’s really annoyed us that LibertyReserve had to go down for maintenance so long and change lots of their system.

Thanks to all the people who voted in my poll from MNO Reader profiles series. It appears that the biggest number of my readers are from Asia (33%) or (if we combine the two Americas – North and South) America will be the leader with 34%. However, even being alone North America became second where 27% of readers are from. Third in popularity is Eastern Europe with 13% (where I am now traveling so can’t help but say “hi” to them!). The fourth is Western Europe with 11% of the voters, followed by Africa (8%), South America (7%) and even Australasia (1%) which makes MNO blog truly international as it’s truly being read all over the globe.

The next question from MNO Readers Profiles will be the following: What is your current employment status? The newest addition to my listing today is the just launched MoneyPallas program which offers quite conservative returns compared to the majority of other short-term HYIPs. The plans are almost identical to the already long-time successful program GloTrade (reviewed here). So MoneyPallas offers three investment plans where you can deposit only via LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney: 110% after 5 days ($10 minimum to deposit), 150% after 15 days ($20 minimum), and 200% after 25 days ($50 minimum). The MoneyPallas site has a beautiful design, is running off a modified licensed GoldCoders script, hosted on a dedicated Staminus server with Koddos protection and features an SSL certificate for safer browsing. MoneyPallas is a brand-new program and the plans are very reasonable in my opinion which means that it can run for a long time provided the admin has intentions to do so. Anyway, we will wait and see if MoneyPallas manages to become successful or not. Of course, you should expect a detailed review of the program on MNO soon. So stay tuned for that, guys!

The second program that has been added to MNO monitoring tonight is another short-term program called MegaEarn. It’s just launched a few days ago and so can be considered as brand-new as well. Unlike the previous program though MegaEarn offers much more attractive returns of 105%-109% after 1 day, 118%-124% after 2 days and 144%-154% after 4 days. The return on your investment is paid on expiry (you have to request it from your account) and it depends on the size of your deposit in the program (the allowed minimum in each plan is $10). The only accepted payment processors in MegaEarn are LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. The program is running off a licensed GoldCoders script and is hosted on a dedicated server with the protection from one of the better hosting providers in the HYIP industry which is Dragonara. Actually we can see a message about that in the news section on the MegaEarn site:
“Our server is protected against DDoS attacks by Dragonara. This measure will hopefully stop any further hacker attacks, and it will definitely make our program more secure.”
The first news update greeting the first investors and announcing the launch of MegaEarn was also published on the website:
“We welcome you on our website and also announce the official opening of MegaEarn. Please feel free to browse our website, to contact us for any kind of help and guidance, and of course to join to our investment program”.
Surely, you will be able to read more about the program in my review of the program that will come soon but in my honest opinion MegaEarn looks quite nice and promising site to make fast profits.
