05/04/2011. SquareBoxTrends Review and Daily News from the Industry

Hello everyone! It’s been another bumper day for news stories with LR related updates again figuring very prominently in the updates. Take that out of the picture however and I guess it’s otherwise a fairly typical business day. I’ll have everything that might be of interest to you in the news section anyway but before we get to that there has been a recent addition to the MNO monitoring list that I want to look at in a bit more detail for you today. It’s a brand new long term HYI program called SquareBoxTrends and they just started a couple of days ago.

To be blunt I’d have very mixed feelings about them due to some security issues that I’ll be getting to in a moment, even if the SquareBoxTrends website itself might look OK at first glance. The admin says he’ll be dealing with that soon enough so keep an eye on MNO for further news as it happens. But first let’s look at the plans.

SquareBoxTrends is as I said a long term HYIP. They have four plans in total running for terms of varying length and accepting deposits of varying amounts. The interest rates paid on your deposit will also vary so you will earn a different amount from day to day making the final return a bit unpredictable to say the least. But payments do fall within certain parameters giving you a ballpark figure as to what the minimum or maximum profit might potentially be.

The first of the four plans runs for a term of 60 business days, which is 12 weeks. It’s called The Bronze Plan and sees SquareBoxTrends take deposits between a $15 minimum and a $499 maximum. In return for joining you can earn a variable rate of interest paid from Monday to Friday for the duration that range from at least 1.1% to a top rate of 1.6% per day. On completion of the cycle your principal should then be returned.

So we can’t really say what exactly you might earn from this plan but we can take a very rough guess. Let’s suppose you invested $100. that would mean you earn something between $1.10 and $1.60 every business day. That’s between at least $5.50 and $8 per week. That will over the course of the term accumulate to something between a minimum profit of 66% and 96%. That’s a massive gap in fairness and a difficult one to plan around, however a more accurate figure is – and I’m guessing here – more likely to be somewhere in the middle.

For a larger deposit, also made for a longer term, SquareBoxTrends are offering The Silver Plan. This is going to cost you a $500 minimum to join and will accept anything up to $999 for a maximum deposit. This time the plan will run for 80 business days which is 16 weeks. Interest payments on your principal will vary from at least 1.3% per business day up to a top rate of 1.8%. That accumulates to bring in a minimum profit of at least 104% by the end of the cycle, though this could potentially stretch as far as 144%. Again the final figure is more likely to be around the middle and your initial principal will be returned at the end.

SquareBoxTrends third plan runs for a term of 100 business days, which is 20 weeks. It’s called The Gold Plan and will take deposits between $1000 and $2,499. If this is the kind of money you might be comfortable with then you can pick up a daily payment made from Monday to Friday that can fluctuate between not less that 1.5% and not more that 1.95%. Your principal should be returned at the end leaving you with a net profit of at least 150% with a potential maximum of 195%. Although again either extreme is unlikely and a more accurate guess (and I emphasize it’s only a guess) might be somewhere in the middle.

And finally for the big spenders SquareBoxTrends have what they call The Platinum Plan. Clocking in at 120 business days it’s the longest investment plan on offer. And with a minimum deposit of $2,500 it’s also the most expensive. In return for your deposit however you can expect a minimum daily interest payment of 1.7% per day, made Monday to Friday only, for a duration of 24 weeks. You could however earn as much as 2.2% interest when SquareBoxTrends are having a better day. Your principal is returned on expiry leaving you with a total profit that will range somewhere between at least 204% with a potential maximum of 264%. Again there’s a massive gulf between the numbers but in my own opinion neither extreme is likely with the genuine figure being somewhere around the middle.

Payment options are OK in terms of variety and choice, however one thing SquareBoxTrends is lacking is at least one verified option. At the moment the processors being used included GlobalDigitalPay, LibertyReserve, and PerfectMoney. Payments are made manually so will need to be requested from within your members area. Once you’ve done so the admin requires you to allow him 24 hours to get everything processed. Just keep in mind that payments are made on business days only so if you’re requesting a payout late in the week (Friday evening for example), be prepared to be patient.

SquareBoxTrends is utilizing a completely unique script with a couple of nice features including a series of television news segments containing financial and business news. What I don’t like about them however is the hosting. For all the good features to SquareBoxTrends a lot of it has been undone by the fact that currently over 1100 other websites are hosted on the same server with a complete lack of DDoS protection. This is almost advertising that your competitors come and close you down and really has to be taken care of. To be fair the admin has promised to deal with this in due course as the program gets more popular but the thing is that if you want to be successful in the HYIP industry then 100% security is vital. If you know for a fact that you are going to need it at some point, then have it installed before you need it and not after an attack happens. If you like SquareBoxTrends but have a problem with this aspect then make sure to keep an eye on MNO for further updates and I will let you know how the situation develops.

Otherwise if you have any questions, comments, or account related issues then there are a variety of ways you can get in contact with the administration team. For a start there’s a list of e-mail addresses that you can write to depending on what your query is in relation to. The website features a Live Chat function available too, though it’s not a 24 hour service and nothing is there to indicate what kind of schedule, if any, is kept there. There is a telephone and fax number as well, though I’m not sure I’d recommend faxing anything where online HYIPs are concerned. SquareBoxTrends also feature their own members forum where you can make your own feelings or experiences about the program known to your fellow investors.

On the face of it the supposed business interests of SquareBoxTrends lie in the ForEx markets. That and of all things a rubber plantation (what a combination, lol!) and between the uploaded TV news features and the other news reports they certainly do like to create the appearance of it. Under the category of “company”news however we find a series of stories form other online news sources and not relating to SquareBoxTrends at all, so in terms of original texts the content isn’t really all that great. So until proven otherwise proceed as if this were just like any other part of the online HYIP industry, spend within sensible and affordable limits, and try to keep a diverse portfolio.

DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY.

I’m glad to report that after a slowdown last night due to an overloaded server LibertyReserve is finally fully operational once again, after an extended four day layoff. Please note that some exchangers took advantage of some impatient clients to get rid of their excessive LibertyReserve funds so exchange rates were higher than usual. I don’t think it will be like this for much longer and those who are patient enough will get their LR funds withdrawn fast as usual. Well, I did this with my own funds today via one well-known exchanger and the money was safe in my bank account within a couple of hours. So all that nonsense spread by some people on forums was no more than a figment of their rich imagination. LibertyReserve is really back to normal now, so there should be no excuses anymore for delayed payouts which should be processed as fast as they always were.

So today’s news section will start with LibertyReserve and how they affected the programs monitored on MNO in some way, if any.

Apparently due to the LR issues the admin of EliteAlliance Leon (interviewed here) even had to postpone their long anticipated Live Chat conference that was scheduled to be held a week ago. He promised that since LR was back online and their conference software should be available today there was no reason to delay any further and that invitations to the programs’ members might be issued tonight. I will inform you when that happens. Note that by the time the newsletter was issued last night LR was still pretty slow and it was almost impossible to process the cashouts there, therefore Leon asked everybody to request payouts to the other three payment processors accepted by EliteAlliance instead – PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay or AlertPay. The admin of Roserlink (reviewed here) also issued a special update last night informing members who deposited in their 1.2%-1.5% for 100 business days or 135% after 1 month plans via LibertyReserve that all LR pendings would be cleared within 36 hours. I guess the admin can ask for a little flexibility from members considering they have so many pendings to catch up with since LR was offline. By the way, at the time of writing I have already received all my pendings from Roserlink so I can confirm that it’s paying again. Here is the latest update from Roserlink also issued late last night:
“A few hours ago Libertyreserve has resumed working as usual after a 4 day maintenance period when the site was not available. Now when the system is up we are ready to start processing withdrawal requests but since LR speed is very slow on our end and constantly returns “Code 500. Sorry, we can’t process your request.” error it will take longer than usual.
LR website is now experiencing huge overload of traffic and thus naturally the system is not stable. As you understand we have 4 times as much withdrawals as we normally have to process so we are planning to complete all pending withdrawal requests within 36 business hours instead of 24 hours as usual. We hope for your understanding.
It’s just a matter of time, what’s more important is that LR is finally up and working.

Many programs didn’t make any excuses though and just updated to inform their members that payouts would be back to normal today. For instance without any further reminder I have received all the outstanding payouts today from BusinessVentureFunds which as you know pays 2.15%-2.85% for 120 business days with principal returned on expiry. As you might remember from the full review of BusinessVentureFunds posted here the program doesn’t require any registration of your account with it only asking for your email address and processes payouts directly to your LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney accounts. Here is the latest from the admin of BusinessVentureFunds Jonathan:

I am happy to inform you that Liberty Reserve is finally back up and working again. We have already processed all the pending payments for Apr 1st (Friday) and Apr 4th (Monday). Today’s payment will be made as per schedule in a short while.

The second update from BusinessVentureFunds for today reported about the already processed pending withdrawals to LR:
“Hello all,
All interest payments for today have now been completed as well. There was a small delay in paying today’s interest payments because we had to first ensure that all the pending Liberty Reserve payments were first completed. Please note that all Liberty Reserve investors would have received 3 interest payments from us today (For April 1st, April 4th and for today).

Last night I also received my only pending withdrawal to LR from EarnoSphere (reviewed here) which pays 115% after 5 days, 135% after 10 days, 180% after 20 days, and 280% after 40 days to LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney accounts for nearly three months already having been monitored on MNO for the last two weeks. I can conclude therefore that EarnoSphere is back to a normal payment schedule now which is 24 hours after the payment request was made. Here is the latest from the admin of EarnoSphere George regarding LR delays:

Since some popular programs like MidasGoldFund for instance (reviewed here) has several thousand members so as you might guess it took them a lot of time and effort to finish with their pending LibertyReserve cashouts once their site went back to normal last night. I must say that during the last days of LR downtime the payouts to two other payment processors accepted by MidasGoldFund – PerfectMoney and AlertPay – were processed fast as usual on the 1.7%-2.7% for 30 days plan with principal returned on expiry. Just a few days ago MidasGoldFund finished the second monthly cycle which is a very good sign in my opinion. This is the latest short update from MidasGoldFund:

The admin of RebelFunds (reviewed here) also notified the investors that the pending withdrawals to LibertyReserve had been paid since the site of that payment processor came fully back to normal today. I myself got the pending payouts from RebelFunds today processed on the only investment plan available – 2.1%-2.7% for 50 days with principal return on expiry. I remind you that apart from LibertyReserve you can invest in RebelFunds also using PerfectMoney, AlertPay and GlobalDigitalPay if you have at least $5 to spare. Here is the latest from them:

SafeDepositary (reviewed here) also posted a final update about clearing all the pending LibertyReserve cashouts. He also announced that a new trading report would be available on the site soon. I remind you that SafeDepositary is a program allegedly involved in ForEx and Stock trading and has been paying 1.6%-2.3% for 150 business days with principal return on expiry for eight months already. Usually the payouts to AlertPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney are processed instantly and the only payment processor payouts to which are not instant is SolidTrustPay (the program also accepts direct Bank wires). The most recent update from SafeDepositary is below:
“Liberty Reserve final update
Dear clients! One hour ago Liberty Reserve seemed to get back online, now it’s completely online including SCI, API, website and account interface. SafeDepositary financial department has just completed processing all pending withdrawals to Liberty Reserve accounts so everyone got paid in full by this time. New Forex trade report will be published tomorrow morning right after traders close all positions. Enjoy investing with SafeDepositary!”

Agromatica (reviewed here) also posted a very short update on its website:
“LibertyReserve is fully operational now. The payouts queue is restarted.”
I remind you that the admin of Agromatica George had to freeze LibertyReserve withdrawals during the downtime which means you weren’t able to request them at all. Now that LibertyReserve is back all the payouts have resumed. I notice that crediting of members accounts in Agromatica didn’t stop even when LR was offline and everybody got profits from the investment plans they were in: 0.5% for 15 days, 1% for 60 days, and 1.2% for 90 days with principal back on expiry. Agromatica has been on MNO for 6 full weeks already and the admin never let me down so far. The payouts have been stable and fast to all the payment processors accepted – AlertPay, GlobalDigitalPay, SolidTrustPay, PerfectMoney and LibertyReserve. I hope that LR didn’t affect the program much and it will continue as usual. Anyway, my pending withdrawals have been successfully paid by Agromatica already.

Not only honest admins who resumed their payouts after a long LR downtime issued updates today. The scammers who stopped paying just after LR went offline and were already named and shamed on MNO took the opportunity to squeeze every single penny from not so smart investors who might not be aware of their scam status and were misled by the paying status displayed on some lazy or simply dishonest monitors. I’m talking about such proven scams already like BestProfitInv, FundOfProfit and BankOfPanama, none of whom paid a single penny in withdrawals for the last four days but still managed to attempt to scam investors with some cheerful updates sent to its members offering ridiculous returns like 250%-333% after 1 day which obviously are unachievable. Please note that those who deposit in these plans offered by BestProfitInv, FundOfProfit and BankOfPanama are going to be scammed if they invest at this point. You have been warned, guys, so don’t tell me afterwards you didn’t know! Just to show you their shameless newsletters I will post them below, but please note that they contain very little truth and are obvious attempts to scam its members since LR is back to normal now.

And this is an update from another scam BankOfPanama:
“Hello. Liberty Reserve works now perfectly and we have launched a new plans:

SafeDailyFund is yet another program which was definitely seriously affected by LibertyReserve downtime and it was very clear to me that for the last couple of days the admin was struggling to pay what was owed to investors. Just two days ago he said anyone who wanted to get their payouts to AlertPay or PerfectMoney were could use the internal exchanger in your member’s area. Unfortunately, the withdrawals to PerfectMoney were not honored as it allegedly exceeded the reserves they had there. Yesterday after LR was back online I tried to request my payment and it was not processed instantly. I thought that it was connected with LR connectivity issues then, but today when I got to check my account again I was surprised to see that the withdrawal request was still still sitting there. I tried to request it again but apparently for some reason LR withdrawals were switched off. In my opinion this could only be done deliberately now and SafeDailyFund is on the verge of collapse. I have already notified the admin that his program had been moved to Problem status on MNO already and will be removing his advertising banners from MNO blog and monitor tonight if I don’t get any viable explanation about withdrawal delays. I have a very bad feeling about SafeDailyFund, guys, so please do not invest there anymore. I will update you on the status of the program tomorrow if the situation changes.

As promised last night the admin of OilCapital Jack (read my second interview with him here) rewarded the top 10 referrers to the program with nice cash prizes for doing their best to make the program known among their fellow investors. As you might remember, OilCapital has been online for over a year paying instantly to LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and AlertPay on the two investment plans – 3%-4% for 50 days, and 120% after 10 days.
