Beware! EzyProfitHome has stopped paying! Do not invest there!

Hello everyone! I hope you’ve all had a nice weekend so far. Right now I’m on the early morning ferry from Tallinn to Helsinki, sitting by the window as I write and enjoying watching the Baltic coast go by. I can’t really think of a better way to spend a Sunday morning than this, so I hope your own day is as good. Anyway, I guess I’ll take the opportunity to catch up on the weekend’s news stories, though first I want to go into a bit more detail on one of the most recent new programs added to the MNO monitoring page. In this case it’s one called EzyProfitHome and it opened for business just over a week ago now.

EzyProfitHome is a little different from your average online HYIP in terms of organization, though obviously it still works off the basic premise that you invest your own money in the hope that the admin will pay you back with interest. In this particular case the concept is that after joining EzyProfitHome you will need to log in to your members account every day. Reason being that when logging in tou will have to view some paid advertising , which is allegedly the source of EzyProfitHome‘s income, and therefore how they finance the interest payments to members. I know longer term industry players will think all this sounds a bit like the autosurfs that were popular in the industry a number of years back, but it isn’t. Aside from the ads it works more or less like a regular HYIP. Viewing these ads is not compulsory by the way, in case you may chose to ignore them if you prefer, but they are there and it’s hard to avoid at least seeing them.

As regular HYIPs go, this is quite straight forward, though there is a compulsory re-investment rule that some of you may not be familiar with as we don’t see that very often in the industry these days. Don’t worry though, I’ll explain that in just a moment. First of all the investment plan, and there’s only one of them as such. EzyProfitHome require a minimum deposit of $10. Above that they only take deposits in $10 blocks (or “shares” if you prefer to call it that), so you can only spend let’s say $20, $30, $40, $50, and so on all the way up to a maximum of $10,000. In return for your money EzyProfitHome will then, on condition that you log into your account at least once every 24 hours, credit your account with 10% interest. The actual length of the investment term is indefinite, so the longer you remain a member the longer the admin continues to credit your account.

Now, you’ll notice there I said that EzyProfitHome will “credit your account”, and NOT that EzyProfitHome “will pay you”. They won’t actually pay you at all until such a time as you are ready to ask for all of your 10% interest payments together in one lump sum. And this is where I would urge you all to be extremely cautious! You see, once you invest with the program your principal is gone. You will not be getting that back under any circumstances. The only thing you will ever get back is the 10% daily interest credits, and while it’s up to you when to withdraw them you are only allowed one single withdrawal. So let’s say you were to withdraw that after just one day – all you’d get is the 10% interest which would leave you at a very considerable loss! So make sure not to make any withdrawals whatsoever until you have built up a reserve of at least equal to your original principal. Once you’ve done that you need to consider what you think is a realistic goal that the EzyProfitHome admin can comfortably cover. I mean theoretically you could leave your deposit sit there gathering interest for a full year if you wanted, but that would mean the admin would have to pay you 3650% interest. I think experienced players all know that ain’t gonna happen, but leave it for 15 to 20 days and you might have a chance. Interest rates like that can’t be maintained indefinitely, but the trick is to guess how long they can. That’s when the successful player withdraws.

Getting back to EzyProfitHome‘s compulsory redeposit policy I mentioned earlier, getting investors to stay with a program like this, and therefore keep the cash flow moving, can be a tricky thing to achieve. Therefore the admin has circumvented this by forcing you into it. So when you eventually make a withdrawal from the program you will only receive 70% of the requested amount. The remaining 30% gets reinvested. How generous of you, lol! But it’s OK as this amount continues to earn 10% interest per day, again for an indefinite period of time until the member is ready to withdraw it. That can be a day, a week, a month, or whatever you like. Just remember to factor this into your calculations when deciding how much you’d like to take from the program.

As for the payment options, on one hand the choice is decent enough by HYIP standards but it has to be noted there are some restrictions in place that will probably hinder the growth of EzyProfitHome. All the popular ones are listed, including LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, Payza, and SolidTrustPay. However despite the home page promising “fast payouts of between 1 to 24 hours”, in actual fact they reserve the right to take up to 72 hours (that’s 3 days!) to process them. And in the case of Payza customers it’s even worse, with EzyProfitHome taking a whopping 7 calendar days to complete payment.

Things don’t improve much with the design and security features I’m afraid. On the plus side EzyProfitHome is at least hosted on a dedicated server, the host being a company called Arvixe. I’m sure they’re perfectly fine in regular business but in the HYIP world where DDoS attacks are both frequent and particularly vicious the thing is that regular providers either aren’t capable of handling them at all, or when they are they’re caught completely by surprise when they happen. And unfortunately I can find no evidence of any DDoS protection at all, which is worrying because in the HYIP industry they inevitably will happen! The other thing is I can find no trace of SSL protection on the website either. Hardly encouraging but of course the final judge of any online HYIP is ultimately you the investor. If there’s something you have to say about the program that you want to take up with the admin, or indeed any other questions or support related issues then you can contact EzyProfitHome by filling in the online support ticketing form and submitting it.

As fot the concept behind the program, ie the texts, well it’s hardly original even if it’s something not generally used in the HYIP industry all that much anymore. But at the end of the day however much you either like it or dislike it one thing remains unchanged and that’s that you can’t really independently verify what EzyProfitHome are telling you. And as it’s basically a gamble on your part you need to treat it as such, no more no less, and spend accordingly. If there’s any aspect whatsoever to the program that you don’t like then you hold the ultimate right as the investor to walk away. If you choose to proceed however then remember to never ever spend more than what you can comfortably afford to lose in the event of things not working out how you may have liked (a strong possibility!) and of course always keep this, like all your investments, as a smaller part of your investment portfolios.

DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY

NEWGNI – BACK AFTER EXTENSIVE DDOS-ATTACK, GERMAN TRANSLATION COMING, AND NEW CONTEST LAUNCHED

Many investors of NewGNi (reviewed here) were concerned about not being able to access the website late Friday night to early Saturday morning. Well, as proven by the administration many times before such downtimes are usually pretty short. This time, however, it was a very severe DDoS attack on their servers, most likely initiated by their competitors fearing the ever growing popularity of NewGNi which has already achieved the #1 spot on MNO. Plans are paying 1% per business day and 6% weekly with no expiry date and optional principal withdrawal after 180 business days. Their hosting provider Dragonara had to allocate some extra resources to protect the site from the attack and get it back online after the admin Jurgen (interviewed here) upgraded the protection to the highest possible level on offer. NewGNi is now back online and is running smoother than ever.

The extensive attack affected plans to issue the weekly newsletter usually sent on Fridays, so it was just sent on Saturday instead. In it Jurgen emphasized the utmost importance of making the site multi-lingual in order to appeal to the widest possible international audience and ensure stable and smooth growth in the long run. With that aim in mind Jurgen mentioned the coming addition of a professional German translation on the website which will become the fifth language joining English, French, Russian and Spanish. This will definitely serve its purpose to attract more German-speaking audience from around the world and will benefit all the current and future members of NewGNi.

The second important news was the announcement of the July Sweepstakes contest with random winners getting $50 cash to their preferred payment processor. As you know, 2012 has been announced the Year of Giveaway by NewGNi and members have a good chance to win some nice cash prize in addition to their earnings. So good luck to all MNO readers participating in the July contest. Here is the full version of the latest newsletter from Jurgen:

Newsletter 7 July 2012
Dear clients, friends and fans
Last night, just before sending out our weekly newsletter our website went suddenly down. Our host Dragonara informed us that our server was hit by a severe 20+ Gbit/s DDoS attack. For those of you not familiar with DDoS attacks, here a short explanation: DDoS, short for Distributed Denial of Service, it is an attack where multiple compromised systems (which are usually infected with a Trojan) are used to target a single system, in this case the server of NewGNi, causing a Denial of Service (DoS) attack. Victims of a DDoS attack consist of both the end targeted system and all systems maliciously used and controlled by the culprit in the distributed attack. The reason behind such attacks are usually blackmailing attempts, often they are initiated by competitors.
We have upgraded our DDoS protection level now once again, this time to the highest level on offer and our site is up and running.
We would like to say thank you to all the members who contacted us during the downtime with their concerns and wishes and many thanks to all our members for their patience and understanding.
Now gets back to the initially planned news:
This week we have finalized the German translation of our front-end pages, making German the fifth language available on NewGNi, among English, French, Russian and Spanish. As from our early days, we’ve recognized the importance of having multiple language versions of NewGNi available and since the introduction of our first language pages, we’ve noticed increased traffic from those regions. Furthermore, we feel that multilingual capability has given our website an edge that many of our competitors sites lack.
We are permanently improving our website – please expect other languages and more features to be added in the near future.
As you might remember, NewGNi has declared 2012 the Year of the Giveaway. Each and every month you can win special prizes with NewGNi. For the month of July we are glad, to offer you another great Sweepstakes contest. This month three lucky winners can get $50 Cash each, paid directly into their preferred payment processor accounts. We go even one step further and have added Neteller, Skrill, Payza and PayPal as options to claim your prize, among the three payment processors accepted by NewGNi. Try your luck here or on our facebook page.
Go for it – I wish you good luck!
Have a great weekend, Jurgen

LUXURIOUSFINANCE – DDOS-ATTACK AND STICKY LISTING ON MNO

Today I was successfully paid the first ref commissions from LuxuriousFinance. The program was added to MNO’s Premium list just on Friday and is scheduled to be reviewed on my blog tomorrow. I just wanted to remind you that currently the program accepts SolidTrustPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney (with Payza in the pipeline) and is paying on several investment plans – 4%-6% for 30 days, 10%-12% for 14 days, 20%-22% for 6 days, 22%-24% for 5 days. More on that please read in my detailed review tomorrow night!

Yesterday LuxuriousFinance was subject to a DoS-attack and was inaccessible for a few hours. After I contacted the admin he told me that the site would be moved to Koddos servers but at this moment I can’t see that happening yet. Perhaps, it will be done later and I will inform you on when that is going to happen. On other news, the admin has upgraded the listing of LuxuriousFinance to a Sticky one. He has just done it for one week only, but I hope he will extend it later for a longer term. Obviously, he is aiming at the most possible exposure for his program and I truly hope that LuxuriousFinance will become a popular and long-lasting program for all MNO readers.

INTRODUCTION OF VERTEXPAY

Yet another high-yield project was added to Premium listing on MNO last night straight after launching – VertexPay. They accept SolidTrustPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney and pay 7% for 22 calendar days on deposist starting from $20 and offers a higher interest of 12% for 12 calendar days for the over $250 deposits. VertexPay is a program running off a licensed GoldCoders script and so you have to request your payout every day and expect to be paid within the 48-hour period. VertexPay is an SSL-secured website hosted on a shared with one HYIP forum server (maybe it belongs to the admin too, who knows?) and is protected from DdoS-attacks by Koddos. There will be more information on the program in the upcoming review on MNO blog soon, so stay tuned for that, guys!
