Today the event that everybody was dreading has finally happened. 12Daily.Pro is officially bankrupt. Well, I mean the admin made an official announcement regarding this already: “Due to some miscalculations in our business strategy we lost a significant amount of our capital. Currently the upgrade functionality is disabled and we calculate how much we could refund our members.

7 weeks of stable work with more than 1200 members and such a fast and sudden demise! It was definitely not expected by the majority of members. It seemed the future was bright and many people were reupgrading and thought they raised their capital. It was definitely not a good tactic as the rule of thumb in every risky program is to withdraw your principal as soon as possible and play with the profits. Unfortunately many of us still ignore this golden rule and as a result keep losing their investment money. Though many members didn’t even manage to withdraw anything at all from 12Daily.Pro site as they joined too late.

But I’m not going to talk much about the tactics today. Let’s have a closer look at this sudden demise of 12Daily.Pro. In my opinion, the program had a very good chance to become the best and the longest lasting autosurf in 2008. But it failed unexpectedly fast and many members suffered huge losses. This is the most dangerous thing that can happen: many of us were sure that the program would last long and so we were quite confident of it.

So what really happened? Is it some miscalculation that caused this unfortunate event? Well, I don’t think so. The admin Brian assured everyone yesterday that all would be paid within the next 24 hours. But nothing happened. I noticed that already two days ago the payouts were selective and not everybody was paid but I thought it was a problem on the LR side and blamed technical difficulties. My account was also somehow affected as I had one pending payment in “Pre-process” condition. After contacting Brian the matter was resolved quickly and I was paid to LR.

Also I have noticed that one of my expired upgrades earned 156% yesterday instead of 144%. Was it that miscalculation Brian noticed in his farewell update? Well, it’s good that he disabled upgrades and gave his update quickly instead of keeping silent and continuing to collect money as if nothing happened. That way of behaving leaves us with a slight hope for some refunds that the members may receive from him soon.

Will the refunds really happen? I can’t answer that question with any level of certainty. But from my own experience many admins promise refunds but very few of them really deliver. So I would not expect much but if it did happen it would prove that Brian was an honest and hard-working admin. If not, then we can add him to the list of scammers.

In my opinion, the scammer is not the admin who closes the site unexpectedly but that one who watches silently from the sidelines at the angry investors and keeps collecting money from an already dead site. I’m pleased that Brian didn’t act like that typical scammer but I would like to hear a detailed plan on how much of a percentage the members can expect to get from 12Daily.Pro. I hope he will appear soon with this plan.

So far me and many others are still shocked at such a turn of events that happened with 12Daily.Pro and I will keep you updated on my blog about the refunds that will hopefully take place sometime. Let’s just hope for the best!

Other news for today.

You might remember yesterday I did a review of PerfectMoney payment processor (can be read here) and today some good news came regarding this. Now in addition to AcmosTrade and SafeAtom PerfectMoney was accepted by Tradelite. This definitely great program made a good decision in my opinion as PerfectMoney is a very easy-to-use and user-friendly payment processor and it’s just a matter of time before it becomes popular. Anyway, here’s the update from Tradelite team:
As part of our payment processor diversification program, I am glad to announce that as of today, June 16th 2008, PerfectMoney is our third official payment partner. A great advantage of PerfectMoney is the possibility to fund your internal account with various methods – Bank Wire, E-Gold, WebMoney Transfer, Pecunix and via exchange partners of the system.”

Many programs got into some trouble today. For example, V-Project was offline due to some problems with their hosting provider BlackLotus. I don’t know the details yet but I will update you as soon as I get some info from the admin Amanda. Anyway, I received my payment from V-Project today as usual so there’s nothing to worry about in my opinion. For those wanting to know more about V-Project please read my interview with Amanda published here.

GoGoTrade is still under enormous DDoS-attack but as the admin Vincent Serrone assured me it’s just a matter of time until the site comes back online so let’s hope for the best: “Thanks for distribution of the our problems information on the forums. I hope system administrators can restore work in the near future. In any case, we do not plan to be closed.

Surf-Redefined temporarily stopped accepting AlertPay as their payment processor due to some difficulties that appeared because the admin John hadn’t verified his account properly: “I received this notice just this minute on my AlertPay account, see screenshot, right now members can upgrade, but cashouts via AlertPay will be processed only after they process our verification. It is weird indeed that I submitted my documents for verification to AlertPay even before I launched the website, but it was never processed, now they require me to upload it again. I uploaded the documents needed again, I contacted them also to speed up the process. I need your cooperation with this, I will send a newsletter about this now. Cashouts using other processors will be processed as usual.” I hope this problem will be resolved soon as Surf-Redefined is the best autosurf now after the sudden demise of 12DP in my opinion. The payments are processed fast and you can read my interview with the admin John Keller here.

I also received another almost instant payment from LibertyInsider today. It’s really my favourite HYIP now and as it was just launched a week ago there’s a great chance to be in profit. I’m on the plan 5% for 28 days but there are also another 2 plans available. You can read more in my interview with LibertyInsider admin Cedric published here.

This is all the news for today and I hope to see you here again tomorrow!
