18/05/08. Interview with the admin of Tradelite

Hi, guys! After a long period of waiting I finally received the long-awaited interview from Martin Mitchell, the project coordinator of Tradelite. Since my first introduction of the program that was published more than a month ago here the Tradelite program managed to become one of the most popular programs online and has earned the right to occupy the first spot in my Top recommended programs. Such rapid growth occurred despite the high investment minimum of $50 and only one payment processor accepted - LibertyReserve. What is the secret of such success and what differentiates Tradelite from other HYIPs and makes it such a unique program? All these questions will be answered in the detailed interview published below.

“1. Please introduce yourself to my readers and tell us what position you occupy in Tradelite.

First of all I would like to thank you, Paul, for this interview, which I hope will be of great interest for your blog readers.

My name is Martin Mitchell and I am the Project Coordinator of Tradelite Online Investment Platform, the online division of Tradelite Finance Corp.

Briefly, my job is to manage the day-to-day operations of the department which include but are not limited to: Monitoring of new, current and expired investment contracts; Supervision of investment and withdrawal transactions; Cash-flow management between our brokerage and our online accounts; Platform development coordination; and last but not least, I assign and also complete some of the support related tasks.

2. Tell us about the history of Tradelite. How did you come up with the idea of making your own program? What is the main purpose of Tradelite’s existence?

Back in 2004, two JPMorgan derivatives traders based in London realized that despite the substantial bonuses they were receiving for their outstanding performance, most of the profits were cashed by the shareholders of the bank. They decided to leave their positions in The City and to open their own investment company. They teamed up with a fellow broker from London who secured them with their first investors. Tradelite Finance Corp. was born in March 2005.

During the next two years, the company increased its asset base by a combination of private placements among wealthy individuals and steady and healthy trading performance. At the Annual General Meeting of the company in 2007, the decision to create the online division was taken – the development of the Tradelite Online Secure Investment Platform will allow the company to reach a broader spectrum of investors from all around the globe.

3. Can you elaborate on what exactly it is you’re doing with investors’ money that can give you such a high ROI? What will happen if you suffer some losses on the market? Can you supply documented proof confirming these activities?

Our traders are mainly specialized in trading on the Derivatives and the Foreign Exchange markets. Most of our trades comprise energy, credit and foreign exchange derivatives, together with moderately leveraged mainly intraday currency trading. A smaller portion of the assets is allocated to high-quality IPOs of companies with strong business momentum and short-term capital appreciation potential.

We receive a lot of emails regarding the situation on the global financial markets. In fact we are highly specialized in “short-selling” strategies which allow us to realize significant gains from falling prices. From their experience in trading for JPMorgan, the founders of Tradelite Finance Corp. were familiar with risk-mitigation strategies. This allowed them to develop their own “Value-At-Risk” trading strategy which ensures that at any given moment, no more than 5% of the capital is exposed to market risk.

As to your question regarding proof of our activity, please find attached a sample of our currency trading accounts, which will give an idea of the returns we are able to generate. I would also like to add that as investors ourselves, we understand the need for proper Due Diligence, and we have therefore uploaded several documents available to our active investors (or to those who have agreed to sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement).

4. You mentioned on your site that you are a registered company in Panama. Can you provide us with some documents confirming this fact?

Tradelite Finance Corp. is registered in file #478913 since March 13, 2005 in the Public Registry of Panama. Please find attached our certificate of good standing (original in Spanish and certified translation in English), which is also available in the Due Diligence section of our Members Area.

I would also like to announce that a few days ago our legal team in Panama City has successfully received the renewal of our special commercial license issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industries of Republic of Panama. All financial activities we requested to be added to our license were approved. Please find attached a copy of this license (again – original and certified translation). 5. What investment platform do you use on Tradelite website? Are members’ funds and data secured? Do you think that instant deposits and withdrawals are completely secured and hacker-proof?

Tradelite Online Investment Platform is a custom-made environment designed to be as user-friendly and secure as possible. Our company has made quite substantial investments to make sure we offer one of the safest platforms in terms of security and protection. 6. Tell us about your investment plans. Why is the minimum deposit so high ($50) and why do you only accept LibertyReserve? Have you got plans to add more e-currencies in the future?

Not only I can’t agree with you that $50 is a high minimum, but I also think that it is actually quite small compared to the minimum required for investments in bonds, mutual funds or other financial products which often require at least $1000.

The main reasons for which we use LibertyReserve as our main payment processor is that it allows us to cut our operating costs and increase our efficiency in terms of payment processing time. Nevertheless, we all witnessed how the recent downtime of LibertyReserve paralyzed our operations and we are currently considering additional payment methods for our platform. We have been contacted by AlterGold and PerfectMoney, but we are also considering Pecunix and E-Bullion.

7. I found one really interesting feature in Tradelite website: any member can cancel its contract and he will be paid his principal back minus a 10% fee. Why did you implement it and doesn’t it affect your stable performance because the money is actually invested?

You may probably be surprised when I tell you that we have actually never received even a single contract cancellation. But even if we do, it will certainly not hurt our operations at all, because we have a constant cash-flow between our e-currency and our brokerage accounts and this 10% cancellation fee covers our costs for this operation.

In addition, you may have noticed that we have a maximum amount of Total Active Contracts per member of $10,000 which is another mechanism which protects the performance of our investment portfolio in case of contract cancellation.

8. How long do you plan to stay online and what are your plans for the near future? Will new investment plans or features be added soon?

From time to time, we may offer additional investment contracts in case any profitable investment opportunity arises, but these contracts will certainly be limited in terms of availability. The current contracts that we offer have been carefully designed to suit the needs of our target investors and our company operations.

When we first started our online operations we made a promise to all our future members that we will never stop developing, improving and adding new features to our investment platform! In our latest newsletter we have even announced the translation of Tradelite in 5 additional languages! The shareholders and the management intend to make Tradelite Finance Corp. one of the leaders in the offshore investments industry. With such a bright future, the company does not have a reason to stop.

9. What differentiates your program from similar ones and what would you tell to your potential investors to encourage them to try Tradelite?

First of all, let me clarify that the Internet is undoubtedly one of the greatest technological advances of all time, but it is also a double-edged sword. The Internet not only provides great opportunities for those with good intentions, but is a haven for criminals as well. The jungle of online investment opportunities is full of fly by night websites and in order to differentiate the real product from the rest, we have emphasized on our ‘Transparent Company’ policy. We have, therefore, provided our members with various documentation regarding our company, trading and operations.

In addition, although they are other honest companies with good intentions, they often become victims of hackers and extortionists, which again leads to losses for their members. As I previously noted, we invested a substantial amount to make sure we have an environment which gives our investors the peace of mind.

10. What is your honest opinion about my blog? Do you have any suggestions on how to improve its quality?

Money-News-Online.com Blog is a wonderful reading, which not only provides daily updates (something very important for investment decision making), but its blog articles are very professionally written. It shows that the author has substantial knowledge in the field and is willing to share his experience in the jungle of online investment opportunities. I really can’t think of any recommendations for this blog, may be besides concluding the articles in a way which will entice the readers to share their thoughts as post comments, which will make the blog even more informative.
