Today I would like to introduce you a new autosurf program called SurfExchange that officially launched just a few days ago. Despite this somebody has already called it a scam program, but without offering any substantial evidence to support it. So I will try to find out if SurfExchange is a scam program or not.

First, let’s try to define what is a “scam program”. In my opinion, a scam is a program that is trying to attract new members and not paying them their returns. We all know that sometimes admins launch different programs one after another to try to collect more money before scamming. So potentially, new programs can be considered as possible scams in the future as well because they originate from the admins that scammed in the past and now they are trying to hide their own identity under different names. A recent example was ProtoAds that came from the former admin of ProfitsKey John Keller pretending to be Kelly McPhail. The program existed for barely 3 weeks and had to close allegedly because of problems with payment processors. The same goes with Surfovat that even didn’t pay for the first expired upgrades and closed putting all the blame on the payment processors as well.

But will it be wise to state that all the programs are coming from the same source or a well-organized group of scammers like was recently claimed one blog (I will not name names here not to seem rude) did? Well, in my opinion if you have any valid proof you should present it to your readers to substantiate your point of view, and if not – then you have no right to call somebody a scammer since it’s not proven otherwise.

Let’s try to analyse the points that were taken into consideration by those people that are trying now to close down SurfExchange program. We’ll try to understand if they have something real or if it is all just pure speculation and baseless statements as I told you already.

1) They had the monitor banners of 9DailyNoSurf and AmistaFunds before they started.

Ok, let me ask you one obvious question then: does it mean that I’m a scammer if I had some paid banners of the programs on my site that eventually did scam? The answer is NO. The thing is SurfExchange was in pre-launch mode for a few weeks before its official opening several days ago. That’s where the real advertising campaign started and now you can see SurfExchange banners everywhere including the infamous blog that made such a ridiculous statement. Does it mean these bloggers are scammers simply because they put a paid SurfExchange banner on their site? Well, I don’t think so. But you can draw this conclusion from their first example of “proof”. It seems these guys are not familiar with the simple rules of logic – at least this is the only explanation I can think of.

2) They have the same design as a current popular autosurf running right now.

I agree with this statement because really from the simple look at SurfExchange website you can see that some ideass were taken from MegaLido‘s site. But as the admin of SurfExchange Joe explained to me, MegaLido‘s admin Michael was not very pleased with copying the plans and some features from MegaLido site which made Joe postpone the launch of his site and adjust the plans and design. So now SurfExchange site offers different plans of 10% for 14 days (Surf plan) and 9% for 14 days (No-Surf plan). All the payments are made on expiry.

Yes, the admin of SurfExchange Joe admitted that he tried to copy some features of MegaLido as he firmly believed that success breeds success. So he ordered his designer to make his site look like MegaLido site. Now the site looks different and offers different plans so I don’t see any problem for Michael especially that he admitted in his recent newsletter that he’s not against fair competition. As SurfExchange admin told me he was and is a member of MegaLido as well and he didn’t want to have a bad relationship with Michael, that’s why he decided to change the plans and according to his own words Michael was quite satisfied with this explanation and changes in SurfExchange plans.

So we can dismiss the second allegation as illogical as well. Does it mean that the intention to copy other successful programs from the present or the past shows the intention to scam? Well, then we could assume that MegaLido was a scam too because it copied an extremely successful model of 12DailyPro. Does that sound just plain stupid and completely irrational? Well, it does to me. So this allegation didn’t prove that SurfExchange is a scam either just because it simply attempted to copy MegaLido‘s success.

3) The IP address with which he was operating, when I tried to matched them looks very similar to 9DailyNoSurf.

Ok, this statement is simply ridiculous and isn’t even worth answering but I will answer to it anyway simply because it’s stupid to assume that if IPs are “very similar” (not even identical!) then the admins have something in common. Well, my site since it has been moved to a protected BlockDos server has an IP address 174.133.162.236. Does it mean that I’m connected or even familiar with the admin that has the IP address for their site of 174.133.162.235? Well, according the the perverted logic of these bloggers it proves that we are in some way connection. Heck, I even don’t know that guy who runs GoldMoneyXchange site. But our IPs are very similar. And if we were on the same shared server with an almost identical IP address? Does it mean we are neighbors? That simply makes me laugh and shows a lack of any professionalism from those bloggers.

4) The admin has his support staff into the forums, but how about the admin himself coming into the forums?

Well, another pointless statement that assumes that any admin not on forums or not paying attention to stupid allegations made by amateurs is a scammer. Really, all those points made me think that there is really somebody out to destroy the reputation of SurfExchange admin even before the program was officially launched. But these lame attempts failed as I tend to believe the admin more than some guys who obviously have some problems with logical thinking.

Of course, every autosurf will end sooner or later but why put all the blame on one admin who quite possibly and probably didn’t scam in the past? Believe me, I’m not trying to protect the admin of SurfExchange. It just makes me wonder how some people can pretend to be experts in this field and publish such nonsense.

Well, enough about that so let’s say a couple of words about SurfExchange itself. As I said already the program seems to be very well organized and is offering two plans with payouts on expiry. You will be paid 10% for 14 days (one upgrade will cost you $6) or 9% for 14 days if you are too lazy to surf (an upgrade unit will cost $10). All the payouts are made on expiry and there are four major payment processors accepted: LibertyReserve, AlterGold, AlertPay and StrictPay. You should surf daily in order to earn your daily rebates (it applies to Surf plan only). There is a 3% withdrawal fee applied for all cashouts made.

It’s using a licensed Neversay script which is most suitable for autosurfs in my opinion. Unfortunately, I don’t know anything about the anti-DdoS protection SurfExchange site has and I’m going to ask the admin about this in my upcoming interview with him that will follow on my blog soon. Obviously it’s too early to judge if SurfExchange will become popular among online investors but I have to say that the program has very good potential to achieve this, especially if you consider the huge advertising budget they have which allows it to be advertised on various forums and monitors. I honestly think that the popularity of SurfExchange will explode after the first payouts from expired upgrades are processed in a coupe of weeks from now. Let’s wait and see if this happens soon!

Other news for today.

Let’s start with the program that has just been reviewed – SurfExchange. The admin, Joe, sent out the first newsletter to the members where he outlined the basic rules for participating in his program. Here they are for your attention:
With pleasure, I congratulate all SurfExchange members. We are excited to have you on board. SurfExchange is new but it’s growing at an incredibly fast speed. Just as much as expected by the management.
Our official launch date was 11/10/2008. I am proud to inform you that membership base is growing steadily, more and more people signing up every single minutes.
There are a few notes I need you to understand about SurfExchange plans. First, we have a surf and non-surf plans respectively. Under surf plan, you receive total Rio of 140% in 14 days depending on your upgrade amount. All you do daily is surf 10 pages of our advertisers pages. Non-surf plan pays 126% for 14 days and not surfing is involved.
I want to make clear that upgrading will be available at any time, the difference is that if you upgrade before you surf for that day, your first day of earnings will be the day you upgraded. If you have already surfed for that day and then you upgrade, your first day will be the day after. Please take note of this.
I wish to inform you that your cashout will be paid in up within 24hours hours after it expires, usually much sooner. E-mailing me to ask when you will be paid will not be necessary unless you have a peculiar case.
I will ensure all payments are done promptly and you don’t have to worry about that.
Please be informed that upgrading from your account balance is not and will not be available. All you have to do is cashout and reinvest.
It is our desire to give quick and instant reply to our members, that’s why we have added our Yim chat id on every member page. We encourage all members to contact for quick and instant reply through this medium.
In the coming weeks ahead, new and innovative Activity concept will be introduce to our program for members benefit. Watch out for this.
Here is SurfExchange, members’ interest is our top-most priority. Do enjoy a very happy week ahead.

8DailyForever recently had more issues and this time the problems were connected with the very surfing process. So a surfing holiday was announced for the members until the admin Susan finds a proper solution to the problem. Here’s the latest update for the members of 8DailyForever (read my review of the program here):
As many of you are aware, we have a surf issue today. Our techs are working to resolve the problem. It appears that a site has been placed in rotation that is jamming things up, so it may take a little while to find it.
Please realise that we’re on it, and doing all we can as quickly as we can. Please, please, please don’t fill my support box with mails, as I’m well aware of it already!
Meanwhile, this is a “surf holiday” while the problem is corrected, and you will receive your earnings for today if you are unable to surf! So relax and enjoy!

Many members of MegaLido can’t wait for the results of the second Mega Contest to be announced. Everybody is hoping to be a winner and I’m sure if you apply some effort in promoting it your efforts should be rewarded. I sincerely wish you all good luck and there’s not too much time to wait as according to Michael the winners will be announced already by today October, 16. You can read more about the best program of 2008 in my article published here and by the way stay tuned for another interview with Michael that will be published on my blog very soon. I hope we will all finally know what the secret is behind the enormous success of MegaLido autosurf.

AggeroInvestment admin Roger (for more details read my interview with him here) issued another short update where he announced that the long-awaited implementation of two additional payment processors (AlertPay and StrictPay) is finished and now the members can safely upgrade using them both:
This is just to let you all know that funding via StrictPay and AlertPay are now accepted. Many of you already used AlertPay since we started using it two days ago. My programmer is also currently working on the instant autopay feature for StrictPay. It will be ready by the time you request a payment using that processor.
So now, you already have 5 options to upgrade your account. Enough reason to try us if you still haven’t.

Some good news about the implementation of StrictPay payment processor (by the way, the interview with the admin of StrictPay is coming soon on my blog) came today from MutualForexFund program. I remind you that MutualForexFund is a high quality low-ROI HYIP with different plans (you can read more details in my interview with the admin of MutualForexFund published here). I’m very satisfied that MutualForexFund continues its development in their attempts at providing the best service for the investors. Here’s the recent update from MutualForexFund received by me yesterday:

“.

I’m glad that TopProfitWorld site is back online and I received all my pending payments so I’m moving the site back to Paying status on my monitoring page (here you can read the review of TopProfitWorld).

Unfortunately I cannot say the same about Richard-Falk program. There was no payouts to my LR account yesterday. But the good thing is that finally the admin put a small note on his site:
Due to a LibertyReserve Problem all LR payment will be made soon as possible (LR account is restricted and I can not make any transfer. LR is not answering since Monday). All PerfectMoney payments are made.
Apparently there is some problem with Richard-Falk‘s LR account which was blocked from making spends. I don’t know if we can believe this because as a trader I doubt very much Richard would keep much money in his LibertyReserve account. In my honest opinion it’s a stalling tactic and I don’t like the games Richard is playing. In addition, there are messages on forums that PerfectMoney account holders didn’t receive their payments yesterday as well which proves that the admin told lies in his update. Therefore I have no choice but to list Richard-Falk program as “Not Paying” on my monitoring page and advise you to stay away from this program from now on.

There is a new update available for all FxSlaughter members (read my review of the program here). It seems the admin of FxSlaughter is giving away some bonuses for the larger investors. Anyway, if you’re interested here is this update:
As you all now there is world wide financial crisis going on and all stock exchanges were down more than 58% with in 2 weeks time.
But thanks to your Investment Advisor Mr. Cris Sumway (CFO), that we invested on right time on 12th Oct. 2008 and with in 2 days we make high returns on our investment.
We are thankful to all our big investors who shows trust in us and now it’s our time to thank them.
Company had announced a bonus to all our big investors.
28% to all investors who invested $3000+ (2 investors)
20% to all investors who invested $1000+ (11 investors)
13% to all investors who invested $500+ (36 investors)
* Please check your e-currency account, we had already transferred funds.
We know that our small investors would be not happy that they didn’t gain from this, but they have to understand that No company can invest there $5 or even $100 or $200 in any kind of investment if there is not huge number of investors means, more then 1000 to 5000 investors. We assure you as our investors reach more then 1000+, we will consider small investors in any type of extra profit plan.
Till then we have to consider small amount investments as advertising cost of company.

And so to finish today’s posts I would like to give a short round-up of the programs that paid me today: AggeroInvestment, QuantumInv, GrandEarners, SilverInvest, Tradelite, PanaMoney, LargeSum, SafeAtom, MaxShare, VolcanoInvest, MutualForexFund, TradersInvestments, SurfExchange, TopProfitWorld, GoldNuggetInvest, MegaLido and Commoditex (the first payout).
