BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM IS PAYING SELECTIVELY!

Hi, guys! Today I have a review of FXOIC. And first of all I would like to tell you that the first impression I got of the website was extremely good. Well, it was very good for an HYIP that was paying 22.1%-25% daily for 5 days. In my opinion, such HYIPs are rare nowadays and as a rule those short-term ones are using cheap GoldCoders script (mostly unlicensed) and a standard word template about Forex earnings.

This is absolutely not true in the case of FXOIC. Yes, the ROI seems to be quite high, but is it really? For a minimum deposit of $20 (up to $5,000) you will get 22.1% for 5 days (LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney accepted). So the total profit you will receive after 5 days will not exceed 110.5% (including the principal). And that’s not too high to be sustainable for some time.

As you may wonder what is FXOIC and what this abbreviation stands for? Well, it’s t easy to decipher – FXOIC means Forex Online Investment Club. And as the name implies it should be involved in Forex trading. Well, from many graphs and tutorials on the site we could find out more info about Forex market and how it works. But it doesn’t prove anything about the company itself. So I have another question in mind – is FXOIC a real company?

I started my search from the address provided on their website: Tiedepuisto 3, Pori, Western Finland, Finland. According to Google Maps there are some businesses registered on this address but not one corresponds with the name FXOIC or at least a similar name. I have also found absolutely no info on the company’s official registration in Finland on the Internet. FXOIC also has a phone number which you can call and ask for the support (+358 9 2316 3379) but strangely the code stands for Helsinki instead of Pori where the company is allegedly located. This seems illogical to me why they have a phone number from Helsinki and I can only imagine the explanation is that maybe their support phone lines are located in Helsinki instead of Pori. Anyway, since I tried to call this number at the weekend nobody answered me as according to FXOIC website the company’s support is working 09.00-18.00 Mon-Fri. But you can call by yourself and try to ask questions to their support on business hours to make sure if FXOIC is for real. Anyway, I saw many such tricks and I would not be surprised if the phone number and the address provided on the website were not real. I know very few sites that would disclose such info anyway. If you have something to report about this please leave your comment to this blog post.

The website of FXOIC resembles that of the ANOI program that has been monitored by my site for quite some time and has a good track record so far. Anyway, the script FXOIC is using is totally the same and I haven’t seen it in other HYIPs. Of course, it doesn’t prove anything either except the fact that I can commend this script for being safe and secure enough. You should remember that after making a withdrawal your balance will be showing zero until your request is processed by the admin.

I would also like to add that FXOIC is hosted on a dedicated server after being offline for three days. It managed to return after such a long absence but some part of the database was affected by this and I had to re-register. I hope the lesson was learned and the site will be more stable in the future.

The first payouts I received so far were processed quite fast and I received all of them within 24 hours. I have to note that you will be paid your ROI daily and even on Saturdays and Sundays your account in FXOIC will be credited with the profit.

Besides the flawless script I could find live chat where you can ask all your questions. You may like to find out some more info about their address, and maybe about the company itself. If they are real Forex traders I don’t know, but the fact that FXOIC is a great short-term opportunity I’m sure of. If you are fond of short-term programs FXOIC is definitely a program you might like to try.

Other news for today.

First AggeroInvestment. As you may know the program will go private in just a couple of days so all the registration spots will be closed, at least for some time. In order to secure your spot you should register during the next couple of days. And I would not advise you to put this on the long finger. AggeroInvestment is a truly amazing program running for about three months already and offering you a sustainable return of 8.5% for 15 days with the payouts on expiry. The admin is quite an experienced guy and you can read my interview with him here. (Tip: You can move and close the 3 windows to your liking in your member’s menu by clicking on ‘X’ or dragging them.)
4. You are not going to earn your rebate right after you surf. Our site works dependent on your upgrade time. You are going to earn every 24 hours for 15 days of your upgrade time. For ex. You deposited today at 8:00 AM, after surfing you are not going to see your earnings yet. You will see it tomorrow after 8:00 AM, and the same time after that everyday. Just make sure you surf everyday to earn your 8.5%, you can check this by going to ‘Surf Stats’ everyday after surfing. Make sure there is a green check mark besides today’s date.
5. In relation to #4, you can upgrade as many times as you like, but each one is treated differently and is dependent also on the upgrade time. The only restriction is the maximum total you can deposit, which is $3000. Let me just announce that there are many members who are requesting also that I increase the maximum amount allowed. Currently, that is not on my agenda but it will eventually just so you know.
6. I am receiving many emails that questions the privatization and if it’ll work. I say it will! Me and my wife partner have thought about this thoroughly and we have our reasons for this. It will be good for our program and for all of you members, I assure you.
7. I’m glad to tell you that SurfExchange resumed payouts yesterday and everything seems to be back to normal. All the pendings were cleared as the admin got his Internet connection back. FastProfitSurf is still the #1 choice of my blog as it offers a very high percentage, 140%-145% in 10 days, and pays very fast. More details can be found in my review published here. The admin there, Paul, is doing a great job and all the payouts are made in full within 24 hours despite his tiredness. It’s not an easy job to do you know, and we should respect all the time and effort he’s putting into his program to make it a success:

It concerns AP and LR upgrades that might not be added automatically. There’s no need for panic if this happens and you simply need to be patient for a while and let the admin add your upgrade manually. Anyway, here is the update:
“I have an important announcement.
Our BlockDos server is still not automatically upgrading our LR and AP upgrades, I have to do this manually. When I do this manually Monday to Friday, it is done within minutes!
Over the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, I will manually upgrade LR or AP upgrades twice a day (payouts will also be twice a day). If you want to upgrade and you miss the surf day, you will be granted a free surf holiday for the day missed. I will also give you 1 additional free unit per 10 units if you are upgrading with LR or AP until all is automatically.
So if you upgrade 10 units, I will credit your account with 11 units. If you upgrade with 100 units, I will upgrade your account with 110 units and so on. This deal is only with LR and AP as all other currencies are upgrading instantly.

After some prolonged downtime 8DailyForever (reviewed here) and its admin Susan is slowly but surely catching up with all the pending payments. Susan asked us all to be patient as the membership base is huge and she is processing all the payouts manually. This is the latest update from her:
“I realise that many of you are unhappy about the late payouts, especially since 8DF prides itself on” Payouts within 24 hours”. However, the server issues (of our server host) over the past week took this entirely out of my hands. While the site was inaccessible to both members and admin, adpacks continued to expire , and by the time I could access the database to begin the payouts, almost 2000 Pendings were there ……an intimidating task for me! AND the payouts never stop coming in. As fast as I am paying them out, they are rolling in!!!
At the same time, throughout the day members continuously request help via the blogchat and emails. I am happy to assist as often as I can between payouts, but please realise that every account correction, every upgrade, every missed surf day or ref commission that must be manually corrected in your accounts take from 5 to 15 minutes each, slowing down the number of payouts I can make per hour. This is just a fact. I don’t mind doing these in the least (support is my favourite thing !), but please don’t ask me to do YOUR payout!!! I process each one in the order they come in, and once again I am dancing as fast as I can. Please realise we are running about 72 hours behind on AP and STP payouts, simply because there are sooooooo many. (We have changed the payout time to read “within 24 – 72 hours”) In a program where so many requests are fulfilled on a daily basis, this is not unusual at all. My main goal right now is just to “catch up”as quickly as possible.”

URInvest site was offline for some time yesterday for technical maintenance. But it seems nobody got too worried as the program has been running for such a long time now and the admin is a well-known and trusted guy (read my interview with him here). URInvest is still doing quite well and I received the following update from the admin today:

It seems Commoditex (reviewed here) successfully solved all the issues and is back to normal schedule today. Here’s what the admin said regarding this:

Remember if you place a withdrawal request AFTER the paying time, your request will be processed the next BUSINESS day, means that withdrawal requests placed late Friday and weekends will be processed on Monday at Paying Time.
We have finished an excellent trading week; we expect that next week will be better generating higher profits“.

I returned Tradelite to my list of recommended programs because it’s still paying instantly doing simply great without any fuss or troubles. For more info regarding Tradelite read my review here or my interview here. I myself am with Tradelite since April 2008 and so far the program never let me down. In fact it’s one of the biggest programs of 2008 and if you haven’t tried it yet you definitely should. Just remember that Tradelite never sends emails asking you to submit any personal details. The program’s admin made the following statement recently:
“Tradelite Finance Corp. would never send an email soliciting a member’s private information. You will never be asked for private details, unless you request access to your account, through our support staff.”

W-MTFund (read my interview with them here) sent their usual weekly report on Friday. I already got used to receiving such emails on a weekly basis and think that it’s a good practice to keep members informed. W-MTFund is a program with variable weekly payments and you should check it out my review of them here for more info. And here is the weekly report:

Some HYI programs from my list are experiencing technical difficulties. Fortunately it has nothing to do with scamming. You might have noticed for example that the site of WSSavior isn’t loading for a couple of days now. It appears that the site was under enormous DDoS-attack and the admin left the following message on forums:
“Hi guys,our program WSSavior is under HUGE DDOS Attack and we are moving it to another better protection server. We have deleted the old nameservers and everithing will be ok within 48 hours. We are really sorry for this emergency. Thanks.”
At least, the admin of WSSavior is online and keeping us informed us so I can see no reason to worry yet. Let’s wait and see what will happen next. So far WSSavior is still on Waiting status on my monitoring page.

Strange news came from BlueBorgartFunds administration yesterday:
“Greeting! Our office will be close and all staff will be off for holiday on this weekend. Please be informed that payments will be resumed from next Monday.”
Well, I’ve never heard of such practice before and that’s why I strongly discourage you from investing in BlueBorgartFunds now until the payouts resume.

The same Waiting status is going to BestFXWorld now. All the five domains the program had have been suspended by their registrar without any reason. You can temporarily access their site on a new domain with .us extension here. The payouts have not been resumed yet and the new BestFXWorld site is kind of a mess so I would like to advise against depositing there for now. The admin obviously has some serious problems that could affect the cash flow and since we know from the review I published here that BestFXWorld is nothing more than just a game I would be extremely cautious for now. Anyway, here’s an angry post left by the admin on a forum:
“f+uc+king domain provider has suspended all 5 domains with out any acceptable reason!!!before running site,I have asked them about problem with hyip and they have replied no problem…so I don’t know why did…
I have sent email about unsuspending domains,then I will transfer to new domain provider….
I have the email which they have said they haven’t any problem with hyip…if any one has doubt please contact me i will send you…
I hope you can understand me…I have spent more than 30k for this domain and cant accept to lose it…the same as you…
please just give me some time I promise you, I will solve this issue…
I have write 3 times to the abuse support and ask to transfer my domains to other registrar, if we have a negative answer the ultimate solution is to write to ICAAN. still awaiting registrar answer…“.
