THIS PROGRAM STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DON’T INVEST!

Hi, my dear readers! Today I’m going to review a new program that was launched just a week ago. It’s called 2008-N and as the admin said on the site: “We called our company 2008-N because we want to start to share our profit to our real investors in 2008 and no end day.” 2008-N is allegedly involved in the trading of Japanese and Chinese motorcycles on the European market. If this is true or not I can’t confirm of course but the texts on the site are original.

Unlike many online programs the admin of 2008-N doesn’t call himself John Doe or Philip Morris but honestly chose an Albanian name Fatmir Mediu because the company is located at this address: “Lagjia No.23, Flamurit Street – Saranda, Albania“. But it’s really weird that he shares the same name with the former Albanian minister of defence. This is what I found in Wikipedia: “Fatmir Mediu (born 21 January 1967, Fier) was the Albanian Minister of Defence (September 2005 – March 2008). On March 2008, after the military ammunition explosion incident in Gërdec, where 20 people were killed, Mediu resigned and is under investigation.” Since the company 2008-N Investment Co. LTD was established on May 23th, 2008 in Saranda, Albania I wonder if it’s the same person that decided to start his own investment program after his resignation, lol. Anyway, I hope to get some answers from the admin soon (if he agrees for the interview).

Today I would just like to have a brief overview of the program’s main features. And the most common feature in HYIPs is an investment plan of course.

Well, 2008-N offers a low-ROI plan of 2.5% for 100 calendar days with the principal returned after your investment matures. The minimum deposit allowed via LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney is $5 and the maximum is $5,000. For a deposit higher than $5K there is a special plan available with rates of 3% for 100 days with principal returned.

2008-N program has a nice design and customized script. The site is hosted on a dedicated server and DDoS-protection is provided by BlackLotus. So far there was only one downtime lasting a number of hours but the site came back online. The withdrawals are processed quite fast and often within only a few hours. The admin Fatmir is very responsive and I’m sure that all your questions will be answered in no time.

2008-N definitely looks interesting to me and that is the reason why I included it on my list of monitored programs. I hope the program will be running for a long time and at least more than 40 days which will be enough for you to make a profit from 2008-N. Just remember always to diversify your investment portfolio as the Christmas season is near!

Other news for today.

First of all I would like to warn you about investing in FastProfitSurf. The admin disappeared 2 days ago and the payouts halted. Before that his last email told us that the payouts had been processed and he was too tired so some members might have missed their payouts. Well, I have no idea what happened to him after that as he hasn’t answered several emails I sent to him. Paul was always very responsive and I would like to know what happened to him. Anyway, when the payouts are delayed it’s ok when there is at least some reasonable explanation from the admin. But when there is no communication at all it almost always means that the program is dead. I don’t know what the reasons behind Paul’s absence were but I don’t believe that a man that was going to scam wanted to buy banners on my blog for two months. Why on earth would he pay for two months of ads if he could actually buy them for one, or even for a week only? Whatever the reason was behind this absence it will definitely affect FastProfitSurf program and it’s probably already on the verge of collapse. Anyway, I will give the admin anothert 24 hours to prove me wrong and after that I will move the program to “Not Paying” status. It’s NOT recommended to make any upgrades in FastProfitSurf for now.

Below is another update from the administration of 8DailyForever which is a very important one that you should read carefully. But in a nutshell Susan is leaving 8DailyForever for personal reasons and handing the program over to the new administration appointed by the owners. They are still behind the payouts but they are catching up slowly and the waiting time now shouldn’t exceed 72 hours. I sincerely hope that 8DailyForever will be able to continue paying as they have been doing since May 2008 for more than six months already (read my review here). Just be aware that the timeframe for payouts has been stretched from 24 hours to 72 hours and remember that the program hasn’t let us down since it was launched. 8DailyForever is one of the longest running autosurfs and I still believe that it can even survive Christmas:
“Folks, I have been following the comments in the blogchat, and it’s clear that most of you do not fully understand this situation. Please let me state the facts again:
8DF came back online on the 20th, after 5 days of ups and downs and at least 3 days when the database was completely inaccessible to me. Remember, this was due to the overloading of our server (both database and website), and then to issues our serverhost ran into when moving us to the new server Let me be very clear about this : IT WAS NOT MY FAULT!!!!!
By the time I came online again on the evening of the 20th, there were many hundreds of pending payouts which had accumulated over the past 3 days, from Nov. 17th onwards. If 8DF had been a relatively new program, “catchup” would have been simple and easy, as the buildup of payouts would have been few. But for 2 weeks before the server downage, payouts were already taking me all day till midnight, every day, to fulfill. That doesn’t change. It still takes all day to complete a days payouts, due to sheer numbers. Therefore in the 3 days we’ve been back online, only 3 days payouts could be done. Hard as I tried to process more, due partially to compounding, manual upgrades and other urgent requests , I have found it to be impossible.
Perhaps some of you don’t realise that I am not the owner of 8DF. I am simply a support staff member who cares deeply about both 8DF and it’s members. I earn less in salary than most of our members can earn when they buy a max adpack in the Lucky 13!!!!
I am fortunate now to have a great support colleague in Charlie, who looks after support issues through my nights. He is wonderful, and I cannot thank him enough. I wish I could clone 6 more of him. But that still couldn’t solve the payout issues. Charlie has enough to do with the support alone.
I want to be very upfront with you guys. I am willing to go on and continue to struggle with these challenges only if members stop this constant clammering about “missing” or “late” payouts. We are running 3 days behind folks. That is a fact, and it looks as though we may always be 3 days behind. Members of many of the larger, longterm programs wait a week…..or even a month or longer …..for their payouts. I am not asking you to do that. I am simply saying I can only do what I can do.
I have reached the point where the constant pressure is wearing me down. Rumors are going around that 8DF is closing (out of the question), that I own another well known surf site (really ! How could I find the time to run another program?), and on and on. This kind of gossip can ruin a great program, and I hope those who began these untruths know what they are doing.
Well folks, you know I have always been honest with you. I just wanted you to understand that I’m on the brink of placing 8DF in the hands of someone else. I have done my very best for you, and simply cannot do more.”

SurfExchange is doing well and the admin (read my interview with him here) recently decided to prolong the limited Freedom plan for an extra 2 days to give an opportunity to many investors to participate and earn. I remind you that it is paying 12% for 14 days (168%). The payouts are being done on time now and I believe SurfExchange is still a great choice for investors. Here is the update:
“SurfExchange is waxing stronger everyday and members excitement level is increasing every minute. If you can recall, only 48 hours ago we decided that our freedom plan will be closing because it was intended for seven days based on our original Plan. I remind you that there’s only 2 days left before AggeroInvestment goes private. After that time you will not be able to register and if you still want to join then do it now. The program is paying 8.5% for 15 days of surfing with the payouts on expiry and I believe the admin of AggeroInvestment Roger (read my interview with him here) is doing a great job. Anyway, this is yet another update from him (possibly the last before the coming privatization):
“I would just like to ask that you refrain from sending tickets asking where your returns are and why it isn’t credited yet. I receive so many tickets daily asking they’ve surfed but haven’t seen the rebates yet. It is such a waste of time explaining that you need to wait 24 hours from your deposit time for it to appear. And this will go on for 15 consecutive days. I am not going to reply to those tickets anymore. It is everybody’s duty to read the FAQs before they continue on with the program, that’s the reason it is there. We also have public forums where there are so many members willing to help you out. You can also send an email to one of our members who volunteered to help me out with non-personal and non-private questions: mcozy333@gmail.com.
You are going to receive a lot more emails as part of our privatization. This will be training emails on how our program works so when we go public again, you will be the one to explain to your future downlines how the program works. I can then focus on the more important technicalities of our program, like payments and investments.

To finish with the autosurf news, some good news from GigaLido. As I mentioned before publishing my interview with the admin Denise yesterday (read it here) from now on you will be able to earn 12% for 13 days (156%) and the only investors eligible to paricipate in this special plan are those who upgraded with 1,200 or more. But here’s some more news:
“For those who already have existing upgrades of $1200 and over, you are eligible for this special as well! Please send me a support ticket requesting this for your upgrade if you are interested.”
Those who upgraded in GigaLido via LibertyReserve and AlertPay are eligible to receive 1 additional bonus ad unit ($6 cost) for every 10 purchased units. It’s done by the admin to sweeten the inconvenience of waiting until it’s been added manually because GigaLido is still experiencing some kind of issues with the server disallowing the automatic upgrades via LR and AP. Here’s the latest regarding this issue:

By the way, did you know that Tradelite – one of the best HYIPs of the year 2008 (read my review here) – can go private soon as well and raise its minimum deposit from the current $50? I wasn’t aware of it until one of my readers showed me some part of his conversation with the admin, Martin (read my interview with him here). Anyway, I thought it would be interesting to know for my readers too so I’m publishing it here:
“We encourage you to deposit a lower amount to test our service. There’s no need to jump in headfirst. You can test us currently with a $50 investment and grow it. When you feel comfortable with Tradelite you can always add more funds as you wish.
The $50 deposit is for a limited amount of time. We are going private shortly. At that time it is possible that the minimum may be raised. We do not have the details on this yet and we will keep our clients informed ahead of any changes.”

SummitReserve remains one of my favorite HYIPs. The admin of SummitReserve (read my interview with him here) uploaded a trading report to his site to prove that the program is backed up by real investments. You can find the report on the main page of the site. And here is the latest update to all the current and potential members of SummitReserve:
“We have uploaded our trading report on website, report will be updated on monthly basis every third week of the month. Kindly be informed, trading report provided only as proof of SummitReserve investment activity, please do not mistaken the report as a trading guidance on particular stocks or shares.
Sensitive information are shielded for privacy reason.”

EasyCash24 made it easier to communicate with the admin by installing online chat recently. By the way, it’s a bilingual chat and the support is available both in English and German. Here’s the latest update from them:
“You forgot to type your investment plan in the payment memo? You have a payment question or want to know how much you earn with us? Now we make it even more easy to communicate with the EasyCash24 Team. We are glad to announce that we offer an easy live support from now. Now back to problematic programs.

BlueBorgartFunds was returned to my Paying list as it resumed payouts on Monday as promised.

URInvest is also back after a DDoS-attack on their server and I have recived two pending withdrawals. I have returned the program back to Paying status already.

BestFXWorld seems to be a dead one. At least the admin confirmed that the payouts will not resume until he gets his main domain with the .com extention back which will be extremely hard to do in my opinion. Anyway, if no payouts are going to be proceeded I see no reason to support the site anymore even if it’s online. So I moved it to “Not Paying” status on my monitoring page. Hopefully not permanently.

Olympex-Group was reported to be making selective payments so be aware of that and don’t deposit big amounts there. I have been paid instantly and on time so far and the program still has Paying status on my monitoring page.

WSSavior is still offline but hopefully will be back within the next 24 hours. Here’s the latest from the admin:
“New server is on the way and we believe everything will be ok in 24 hours. Please don’t worry about your deposit in WS. We will never let our clients down here. All pending withdrawals will be processed as soon as possible,in case our website is back online. Thanks.”
