BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM IS PAYING SELECTIVELY! PLEASE DO NOT INVEST!
Hi guys! Well the weekend is here again so after another mixed week in the HYIP world I hope you’re all looking forward to putting your feet up in front of a couple of World Cup games like I am. Hopefully it won’t all be doom and gloom though as there are still a couple of promising long term prospects starting up. Granted they’re in the minority but they are out there. And one of the most recent new programs to really impress me is CashMiner. Maybe what I should have said is that one of the few new programs to impress me is CashMiner, but let’s stay optimistic.
This is a long term HYI program with three very simple “no expiry date” perpetual style plans. Which in other words means you only need to deposit once and in return you will be paid every week for either as long as the program runs or as long as you decide to stay a member. And that part is crucial because under current market conditions I know a lot of you are skeptical (and rightly so) about handing your money over to anyone for elongated periods of time. Which is why CashMiner have a get out early clause where you are entitled to withdraw your principal and leave anytime you like.
There’s no lock-in period as such – you can go anytime, but not without a fee. The system of penalty fees is a bit more complicated than usual and I’ll explain it later. But basically what happens is the earlier you leave the more you get charged. Stick around long enough however and you can still get a big chunk of your principal back in addition to the weekly profits you will have been collecting, so at least there is that small extra safety net for you.
And so to the investment plans. As I said CashMiner has three of them, all offering weekly interest payments on your one single deposit for as long as the program runs. The first of these is called The Bronze Plan and is open to deposits of just a $1 minimum, so any misgivings you might have just remember that there is no requirement on anyone’s part to spend big. The maximum deposit is $500 and the weekly return is 8%. Assuming you don’t leave early this will allow you to see your first profit with the 13th payment with everything after that being pure profit. How much you make after that is anyone’s guess, but one of the best programs of last year had an almost identical set up and ran for almost a year. I can’t say that’s what’s going to happen this time, but at least the precedent is there.
Next is The Silver Plan and this will cost you a $500 minimum to join. It’s a bit rich for most investors I suppose, especially these days, but if you are still a bigger player then CashMiner offers you 9% interest per week, no expiry date. Again assuming you won’t be withdrawing early you will (almost) break even after 11 weeks and start making a passive profit after that. But the final figures are really entirely up to yourself, you can stay as long or as short a time as you like. Maximum spend is $5000.
The third plan from CashMiner is, you guessed it, The Gold Plan. At $5000 for the minimum deposit I guess it’s not for everyone but for your information the weekly interest payment on deposits between that and a $50K maximum will be 10%. So that’s your money earned back in ten weeks and sit back and count the profits after that. Once again it’s up to you when to leave so it’s up to yourself also to consider how much you realistically expect to earn from CashMiner and do your own calculations accordingly.
A couple of other things you need to know about the investment plans would obviously include the payment options. It’s not a bad list either and starts with AlertPay who really do seem to be making significant gains from the business being lost by StrictPay these days. Other options include the usual HYIP standards of LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney as well as one from the nostalgia file with c-Gold. I’d actually forgotten all about that one and don’t think I could name the last program I monitored that accepted it. Anyway, if you still have an account there you can use it with CashMiner. The other option open to you is depositing by bank wires. That’s perfect if you prefer to avoid payment processors altogether (as no doubt some people do) but you should be aware that the minimum deposit via this option is $1000.
When it comes to getting paid CashMiner is offering instant withdrawals to AP, LR, and PM which is always popular with investors. Withdrawals to the other two options take a bit longer. Minimum withdrawals are $1 except for bank wires where the minimum is $500. Also, compounding is allowed and you should set the rate when depositing.
Then of course there is the early withdrawal option, which I think should settle the nerves of those not entirely convinced of the wisdom of joining long term (or any term!) HYIPs at the moment. It’s kind of a tricky one to explain properly because the circumstances surrounding the early withdrawal fee change as you stay in the program longer.
Basically the longer you wait to withdraw, the smaller the penalty and the more you get back. Let’s for instance say you invested in The Bronze Plan. That means you get 8% interest per week. Starting in the first week where the early withdrawal is 100%, every week after that the fee goes down by 8%. For example, leave during the following week the fee will be 92%, the week after that it would be 84%, the next week it’s 76%, and so on like that.
That much is fairly simple but where it gets tricky is when you are using compounding. The rate of compounding will also affect the early withdrawal fee, but as that’s a matter of individual choice then I suggest you should contact the admin about your individual case if and when the time arises.
The design of CashMiner is nothing short of excellent and shows a lot of hard work gone into getting this project off the ground. Now I can’t say that these guys are still going to be around in 6, 7, 8, or more months. That’s up to the market and to how the admin runs it but I’d be pretty sure that there’s far too much time and effort gone into this for it to be an intentional fast scam. For one thing the script is really outstanding and unless the admin is a pretty talented programmer himself in his spare time then it wasn’t cheap. It’s totally unique and custom made for CashMiner and most of the big success stories over the last few years have all opted for custom designed scripts. There’s a much more comprehensive FAQ section than what you get with the generic mass produced scripts and the website is protected throughout by SSL encryption. DdoSWiz are the hosting provider and they are keeping CashMiner on a protected dedicated Staminus server.
A couple of things would suggest that CashMiner are going to at least try to make a serious attempt to beat the current industry trend and survive into the autumn when I believe things will almost certainly pick up again. For a start their ref commission rate is just 1%. Promoters may not like it but as an investor I’m pleased that they are managing the incoming funds a bit more sensibly and not throwing it around needlessly on advertisers. And yes, that does include me! Advertising in general though seems to be a bit low key at the moment. Apart from just a couple of popular monitors there is nothing serious to speak of, so again there’s a tight grip on the purse strings until the program builds up a gradual investor base.
Mind you, and I’m sure the admin will hate me for saying this, if I was to be completely cynical and say that CashMiner might be 100% reliant on new members coming in to support payments to older ones (just like every other online HYIP by the way!), look at it this way. If you deposit $100, get paid $8 per week, you don’t see a profit for 13 weeks. Essentially what you are doing is paying yourself from your own deposit for the next three months until the admin comes up with the profits in order to continue paying you $8 per week from the program’s own funds. And by the time that needs to happen we are going to be into September, by which time I sincerely believe a major recovery will be under way in the online investments business. Maybe not the same heights we hit last autumn, but a marked and significant improvement nonetheless.
What else do you need to know? Communication. You can contact the admin with any comments or queries either directly to the e-mail address provided or by submitting a ticket through the support form. There is also a postal address and telephone number in Panama which the admin freely admits is a hosted office and message collection centre. So you may get a message through to CashMiner there, but you won’t find them directly. But that’s fine by me. That’s always the way these addresses work so I’m just grateful to find an admin who’s straight with us about that.
As for the business model, well regular MNO readers know how skeptical I am about these things and much as I like CashMiner they do little to change that stance. A brief paragraph about the value of diamonds, a brief paragraph to suggest the benefits of investing with CashMiner, and nothing that explicitly states a link between the two. Merely a suggestion, a hint, and nothing to prove it.
But that’s the HYIP world for you. I do like this one, but please please please remember that I also have no choice but to advise caution. But it’s cautious optimism as well. Just plan your investments around what you can afford spend as opposed to what you would like to earn, and if planning a diverse portfolio as you should, then you may want to consider CashMiner as a small and modest part of that.
OTHER NEWS FOR TODAY.
As promised earlier in the week I still plan to publish an article on the free falling HYIP industry soon. Hopefully on Sunday I can do a more detailed analysis of what’s going on and if there’s a chance for recovery or the industry is dead for good. Programs old and new are collapsing one after another with alarming regularity with many not even completing their first cycle. Under conditions where almost no one redeposits only exacerbates the situation, creating a sort of “catch 22”. I totally understand the frustration of the investors when more programs are scamming daily than are opening but I can’t do anything about it. All we can do is wait and I hope that by autumn the situation will be back to normal. I’m still going to continue my blog with usual daily updates but you might be advised to keep your investments in the programs to a minimum and wait for better times when more competent admins will assess the market and form better ground for a gradual recovery.
Sorry to say InvestiHeaven was closed yesterday and the site is currently unavailable for me. As you know I had reported on unpaid pendings and unfortunately it was not a glitch in the system but the end of the game. Definitely the introduction of the new highly-paying plan a few days ago and then the lies about purchasing more advertising on forums were the huge red flags that did not go unnoticed and which were thoroughly discussed and exposed on MNO. So I was not surprised that the program finished. Unfortunately the timing was really bad for starting a program like this because possibly the admin really did have better intentions. I don’t know, but the end results are the same. But he did answer me today with some candid thoughts outlining the main problems the HYIP industry is experiencing nowadays. This is what the admin of the now defunct InvestiHeaven had to say:
“InvestiHeaven is done. I opened it in a very bad era for the industry and the timing was the worst. I tried EVERYTHING to make InvestiHeaven last longer but nothing helped. Many members didn’t reinvest and most of the members invest only $5 or $10 and if it’s $100 or $200 then it’s very rare. The industry is collapsing and members are afraid to invest. I don’t recommend any member to invest at least until September, when the industry should get back to track. If you were the admin you could see by yourself how dead it looks. No wonder why Roger closed his program and blamed investors for that and Truearn admin scammed earlier than expected. I totally understand them and it wasn’t their fault at all. Hopefully the industry will return to normal in the autumn. So don’t be surprised if many admins of short-term programs scam before the first cycle is completed until then. Everyone should take it into account and stay away to prevent further losses.”
The second program that closed was WorldCupBets. Well, in mentioning the StrictPay issue on MNO I simply didn’t want to hide any information I had about that program from you. I was sure that only the truth will help you make any informative decision about one program or another. Of course many people were scared off by the fact that the admin of WorldCupBets ran many other programs in the past. But perhaps the most decisive factor was that no one of those programs might be considered particularly good or a long-lasting success. So he also gave me an honest reply today about the reasons why his program had to stop payments already:
“Hello Paul, i have to close the program, nobody is investing, the total invested is $670, so the program cant be sustained.
The 80% of deposits was by Ap, so i will get back all AP funds, the other 20% was payed in advertising.
Im out now of this industry and go back to my offline work.
Thanks for all, Best Regards for you.”
The biggest blow for the investors would probably be moving ForexNetClub to Waiting status on MNO monitoring. They occupied the #2 spot on my rating and paid for four and a half months. I honestly expected maybe 8-10 months from them but apparently this current crisis affected them just as badly as the rest. I noticed some signs of that lately when the program started some unusual activities. Paying extortionate amounts of money to bad monitors for instance, to stop them from blackmailing them. And that’s a pretty big black hole that a lot of investor’s money got dumped into just to silence one greedy individual who doesn’t much care for anyone who may have lost their own money that they may not be able to afford.
It certainly didn’t do anything to help ForexNetClub survive and only served to bleed them of investors funds. I have a few pendings now for over 72 hours with more complaints appearing on public forums. There was no reply from the admin to my support ticket yet and assuming that I always got a reply within 24 hours during business days from him I can say with certainty that ForexNetClub is closing up shop. I would not recommend you invest in the program at this point even if you notice any selective payments or promises to pay soon. As we all know actions speak louder than words and if the administration wanted to pay to everybody they should have done so a long time ago. Their silence speaks volumes so please be careful with ForexNetClub from this point on.
There was also a delay with payouts from VezGroup. However there was a delay also a few days ago and everybody was paid eventually. So I gave the admin a chance to pay everybody by tomorrow morning and if that doesn’t happen VezGroup will also be moved to Problem status on MNO. Please be aware of that and realize that it’s quite risky to make any further investments in VezGroup, at least until tomorrow.
Seeing all these collapses I simply admire some admins who decide to open new programs during these hard times when the chance of quick failure is so high. So we have FastBucksPro which I added to my monitoring list today. At the first glance it’s simply another short-term HYIP offering 136% after 8 days though running on a highly-secured Gotenks script and HushHosting dedicated server. However, the admin of FastBucksPro decided to ensure that his program would run longer than others by dipping into the nostalgia file and introducing the 50-50 rule. It’s been a long long time since I remember seeing that one being used so I know that many new readers might not realize what it is exactly.
I’ll explain with a simple example:
You deposit $100. 8 days later you have $136 available for withdrawal. But in order to get this $136 you will have to reinvest half of it back, so prepare to put $68 back into the program. Traditionally this had to be done manually by yourself before withdrawing, but I think FastBucksPro will do it automatically for you. The rule might not be popular among investors (it rarely was!) but its main aim is to prevent hit-n-runners from harming the longevity of the program. I guess this is the time when such drastic changes might be welcomed by investors who are tired of being scammed too fast and look for programs that can offer them some stability. So possibly FastBucksPro will be the answer to their prayers? The program accepts LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and quite a rare sight now – SolidTrustPay. The minimum to deposit is $10 (you have to fund your wallet in the program first and make an investment then) and the maximum is limited to $10K. There is a 10% upgrade bonus available for all the new members of FastBucksPro which will automatically go to pending status after making your deposit and will be paid to your e-currency account within 24 hours. This bonus is a promotional offer that will only be available during the first cycle (for the first 8 days online). Every time you reinvest as per the 50-50 rule you will get paid a 5% bonus on top of your investment that will sweeten the obligation to reinvest in order to get paid. So I guess I will take more time to explain the process of investing in FastBucksPro to you in detail in the upcoming review tomorrow.
Also tomorrow I’m going to publish an interview with the admin of MoneyTree (reviewed here). This program has been paying for 9 days already from the following plans: 109% after 3 days, 132% after 8 days, and 180% after 16 days. The interview has been sent to me today and I’m currently working on the presentation of it for tomorrow.
I will be also sending some interview questions to the admin of AirlineFinance tonight. His program which is paying 10% for 14 days and 160% after 14 days was already reviewed on MNO a few days ago (read it here). Today I received some good news from the admin as he’s switching the program’s script to instant payouts. So you can enjoy your instant withdrawals now to all the payment processors accepted by them: LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and AlertPay. More good news from AirlineFinance is that the program is now a Paid sticky on all the major investment forums including MNO (you can vote for the program in this thread). Here is the latest news from the admin of AirlineFinance James:
“Today we have enabled automatic withdraws so when you make a withdraw you will get paid instantly, no waiting!
We have also added Transactions History link in your account area. On this page you can view all financial information, such as your earnings, daily interest, withdraws, etc.
Remember to keep supporting us on the forums! We have Paid Stickys!
Each time you make a withdraw head to the forums and post that you got paid!

The administration of the new low-ROI program ReProFinance (reviewed here) announced the installation of a top-notch SSL-certificate in order to make all operations within your account area even more safe and secure. I would like to confirm that the withdrawals processed from ReProFinance are still instant and if you’re looking for another long-term hit probably ReProFinance has a good chance to become a leading program soon.
