BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DO NOT INVEST!

Hi everybody! All looking forward to the weekend I hope? Me too but as usual I still have enough to keep me busy with MNO starting with a new HYI program added to my monitoring list just yesterday called FinalEarn. That’s a short term program and I have to say that even I was a bit surprised by the reaction to this one in the last 24 hours.

Now, sorry to repeat the obvious but it’s not exactly been the most bountiful season in the industry in general, and for short term HYIPs in particular. I’ve said it before, and I’m not going back on it now, but it’s difficult for me to get all that excited about short term HYI programs at the moment, even if they are well planned and well organized. The thing is however that not everybody seems to share that viewpoint and I have received a good number of mails over this last week from both old and new readers alike telling me that they would prefer MNO to continue monitoring short term programs. And the reason is very simple, almost universal in fact among those who wrote to me – people enjoy a gamble. They’re grown adults and they know the risk. They like a gamble, they like to make a fast buck, and if they lose from time to time then so be it. That’s the game they have chosen to play and who am I to argue? And for better or worse many have decided that they just don’t like long term programs either. It’s a matter of personal choice but some have stated that they are simply not interested in waiting around for three or four months to see their first profits.

Which leads us nicely on to the topic of today’s review – FinalEarn. Crisis aside (I know that’s not what you want to hear about) it’s not a bad little prospect based on its own merits. Rumors abound of course as they are prone to do about what the admin has or has not been doing in the past, but I suggest you forget about all of that. We’ve heard the very same thing about other programs recently (turned out to be false as usual) but circumstances and situations change in this industry, sometimes even overnight. The strengths of the admin are only one, albeit important, factor to consider. Support from the investors is a lot more important. Then again the ability of the admin to raise that support is not to be taken lightly either and for whatever reason there does seem to be a decent level of interest in FinalEarn, even if it is just a day online.

When it comes to the actual investment process – the important bit – in the best traditions of all the good short term games of the past FinalEarn are keeping things remarkably easy. It’s a straight up choice between two plans, both of which are affordable and both of which are profitable. And by the way, both of which carry a high risk. And as I said many of you have already written to me saying that’s part of the attraction. I had no idea so many adrenaline junkies were reading me, lol! But anyway, here’s what you get:

The first plan runs for just 3 calendar days. The minimum deposit is $4 and the maximum is $50,000. Payment on this investment will only be made on expiry and is made at a rate of 115% in total, ie your principal is included. In other words spend $100 and get back $115.

For something a bit more ambitious but no less affordable you can try FinalEarn‘s second plan. Deposits start from a minimum of $10 and the plan runs for a term of 7 calendar days. Payments are still made on expiry except this time come to a total of 140%, principal included. Or to put it another way spend $100 and get back $140.

As for the list of payment options, on the face of it it’s pretty good by any standards, especially a short term HYIP. There’s five listed in total, however as the program only started taking deposits yesterday they are still awaiting verification from one. So for now you can only use AlertPay, LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney. All fine choices with their own merits but if you prefer to wait a few days for SolidTrustPay to be added then keep an eye on MNO during the week. Bank wires are also listed but as that entails a $50K minimum deposit it’s not really to be taken seriously by regular HYIP players. Other than that StrictPay is also listed but under the current circumstances I can see next to no use for them and can only speculate as to why the admin has bothered to accept them at all. Payments are made manually so need to be requested. 24 hours is the required time from the admin in completing the transaction.

The layout may not look all that special, I mean there’s nothing wrong with it, but it’s just average. DdoSWiz are the hosting provider and they are supporting FinalEarn on a dedicated Staminus server which is always good to hear. The script is licensed from GoldCoders. SSL encryption however is not currently in use. Any questions about this or anything else related to the program can be put to the admin via the online support ticketing form. Just fill out your details and send. So far I have no reason to complain about their online support. They’ve been fairly prompt with everything.

If you’re looking for any kind of non online HYIP related business plan by the way then you’ve come to the wrong place. Texts are not original and are used word for word by a couple of other programs. Obviously it’s the FinalEarn designer behind that and not necessarily the admin, it’s still the admin’s final say and ultimately unlikely to be true. But again, I suspect most of you are keenly aware of that by now but for the sake of the newbies here I still need to repeat it.

But for the experienced investors then what you see is what you get. Crisis or not FinalEarn has good potential, but that potential is based on the support that members are willing to give. Early indications would seem to suggest that there’s a lot of interest out there in this program and a growing number of investors seem eager to get the short term HYI industry back on track. Trouble is, with so many scamming admins plaguing this field and so many other investors remaining skeptical, who goes first? In my opinion respect and support need to be earned. No admin, no matter what (if any) their track record is has a pre-existing right to it. I have a better feeling about this one though that a lot of the recent short term programs we’ve seen so if you’d like to wait around a couple of days for the first payments on expiry to be made as well as the inclusion of STP then feel free to do so. Keep an eye on MNO and I’ll make sure you stay up to date with any new developments.

OTHER NEWS FOR TODAY.

The first official newsletter was sent to members of BullInvest program today. As you might remember I reviewed BullInvest on my blog last night which you can read here. The program offers several plans including a test option. This can only be with $50 or less and pays 1% for 5 business days with the principal returned on expiry. This plan will only be available till the end of July and will be scrapped on August 1. According to the admin this plan was meant simply for promotional purposes as starting from August it was decided to concentrate on the other low-ROI and long-term plans including 1% for 5 days, 1.3%-1.7% for 130 days, 1.9% for 150 days and 2.1%-2.4% for 180 days with the principal returned on expiry in all. I believe such a strategy is coms from an experienced team of online entrepreneurs and though I doubt very much BullInvest is a real trading company (you should always treat a program as an HYIP game and nothing else) it has some mid-term marketing strategy in mind which will help it survive the low season in the industry. The admin of the program even postponed his interview with MNO till August when he believes BullInvest will become a more established program and relatively popular among the investment community. More news from BullInvest and some info on their background can be found below in the full first newsletter from one of the program’s admins Jason:
This is an official communication from The Bull Investment Firm.

*Our Company*
As many of you know The Bull Investment Firm was founded in the year 2000 as a Seychelles IBC and due to our unique management style we quickly became one of the leading offshore asset management firms in existence today. More information about us, our strategies and our background can be read by clicking “Our Company” on the top of the BullInvest home page.
Please bear in mind that our online wing (BullInvest) is simply that and really only makes up a very small portion of our company. After a deposit is made into The Bull Investment Firm and the funds are transferred out then at that point all trading is handled by our already established and skilled team of traders. *New additions*
Every aspect of the online presence of The Bull Investment Firm was custom built specifically to meet our high standards and the needs of our clients. We received an overwhelming amount of emails from people asking for specific clarification as to how our investment plans worked and what their potential profit was. Due to this we have created a calculator and installed the link to it on the home page of our site. We hope that this is utilized as a tool to greater enhance your understanding of our company and what we offer.
We are in the process currently of securing a contract with a Live Support company. This will be overseen by Deborah and you can expect for this to be installed over the next 72 hours. Once installed the hours for live chat will be posted on our support page.
If any investor finds that improvements could be made to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable then please feel free to submit those ideas to us through our support page. We cannot guarantee implementation but we will entertain all ideas.
*The “Tester Plan” ends August 1st*
Many of you have taken advantage of “The Tester Plan” and we are very pleased to see the response that it has received. This plan is only going to be offered for a very short while and will no longer be available starting August 1st. This was intended solely as a means for us to establish ourselves in the online community without asking members for a large time commitment or too much trust prior to doing so.
We believe that starting in the month of August we will have established ourselves to such a degree that this plan will prove to be obsolete.

CherryShares is still paying fine and I get paid daily from the 1.1% daily for 315 days plan I’m in. More about the other three plans with weekly payouts can be found in my extensive review of the program published here. However today the main news from the program was the phishing emails with an attached rar archived file circulating online. Please beware of this email and simply delete it without opening as you risk your computer getting compromised and put your security in danger. Of course the email with attached file which I’m republishing below has nothing to do with the real CherryShares and its email address is just masked so it looked like this:
Dear investors!
Starting tomorrow, we are introducing new tariffs and the written contract for
services. Details of the contract, you can see in the attached file.
Sincerely team
”.
I warn you once again – do not download this file and simply delete this email as it does NOT originate from the real CherryShares!

Another program that is paying promptly is Biffalo. It accepts LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney and offers instant payouts for four short- to medium-term plans. For the first one you will get paid up to 125% on your investment (read more about how this plan works in my review here), and three others are that pay a fixed interest rate on expiry: 130% after 7 days, 160% after 14 days and 200% after 28 days. Today I received a promotional email from the administration of Biffalo simply outlining what the program is all about (by the way, I didn’t notice any ad campaign yet, but the admin promised to launch that soon too):
Feel yourself poor as a church mouse?
Take your booty from the couch, open an account on Biffalo and become rich beyond the dreams.
Invest 100$ on Monday and withdraw 125$ on Friday!!!
Marry a fortune
”.

The admin of FxCrudeOil (reviewed here) sent out a short email stating the payment status and giving some fresh stats from the program. Here is what I got from them a couple of hours ago:
“All pay out has been completed. Pls vote for us!!
Thank you to those new members just joined.
Remember we have compounding option available and can fund wallet any amount from 1$
We have strong DDoS protection with SSL service.
Latest update
New Members Today : 1, This week : 19, This month : 71
Thank you and enjoy

I agreed with some requests posted on my Shoutbox and I’m moving PrivateDiamondClub to Waiting status on MNO tonight. I want to emphasize that it has nothing to do with its performance as a program but simply reflects the fact that the program has been offline for three days now. I simply cannot keep it as Paying while it’s still offline. At the time of writing I can see the following message instead of the PrivateDiamondClub website which makes me think that the program might eventually come back online within the next day or two (anyway, I will keep you informed about that on MNO):
After Hacker Attack under Maintenance. We will be back in 24-36 hours…
Sorry for this issues these days! Hilde
”.

I have been paid today by the following programs on my monitoring page:
GroupUniversal, FluxRates, FundsOMatic, BullInvest, Disalina, InWolton, OnyxInvClub, HOX, ReProFinance, OilStructure, CherryShares, Biffalo, RedOrchidInvest, EzProfit, AvaInvestment, GoldenInvestment, YesInvestment and FinalEarn (the first payment received).

Tomorrow I’m going to publish my interview with the popular admin of FundsOMatic (reviewed here). I remind you that his last program lasted for over a year with every investor finishing up either with a profit or a refund when they closed. FundsOMatic is also doing pretty good and I hope we will find more interesting things about the new program and the admin’s personality and help you decide if it’s a suitable option for you. FundsOMatic is offering low-ROI plans with daily and weekly payouts of 0.8%-1.8% for 200 days and 7%-14% for 26 weeks.

Have a nice weekend, guys. Thanks for staying with MNO and I’ll see you on my blog tomorrow!
