Hello everyone! With not so much news going on in the HYIP industry during coming up to the holidays you’ll have noticed I don’t post every day. Today however there is a couple of updates to catch up with since the weekend weekend, plus I want to update my polls and introduce a newly added program from my Premium list which I’ll be reviewing tomorrow. NUBCOYU – FRIDAY NEWSLETTER ISSUED

Nubcoyu (reviewed here) is another program whose updates I look forward to reading every week, as it gives us a glance not only at the program’s performance, but also on the admin’s multiple business ventures and personal life that’s bursting with spectacular events and is truly entertaining. The admin Nubcoyu (interviewed here) named the program after himself and set an interest rate of 1.4% for the duration of 200 business days via LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, or EgoPay from a $10 minimum. I’ve got nothing more to say, but to let my daughter grow on her own. She said she’s going on a date with her new sweetheart to Kofu Castle, an old and traditional cultural remains of our prefecture. Well, it’s not like she’s going to a bar, isn’t it?

PLATINUMVERTEX – FIRST INVESTORS IN PROFIT

Good news from the admin of PlatinumVertex (reviewed here) is that the very first investors who put $1 or more in the 4.5%-6% for 40 business days via SolidTrustPay, PerfectMoney, LibertyReserve, and EgoPay have now reached their break-even point and are seeing a well deserved profit. PlatinumVertex has been online for slightly over a month and only 20 days on MNO. I can’t say that the program is particularly popular among readers and I’m unsure if that’s because of the lack of advertising or the usual pre Christmas slowdown, but I can say that if the admin continues the way he’s going then PlatinumVertex has a good chance to take off in 2013. SOLIDTRUSTPAY – PHISHING EMAIL WARNING

I must admit that I’m well used to getting all types of phishing emails from someone pretending from LibertyReserve, but have recently started getting them from someone impersonating SolidTrustPay and EgoPay as well. They contain the usual requests to “verify” your account by following a special link which in actual fact just takes you to a page that will steal your password. As SolidTrustPay (read my interview with its CEO Stella here) recently posted on their official blog, the administration will never ask you to submit sensitive information and any attempt to do so should be treated as criminal fraud. Remember to be responsible for online security, and please be extremely cautious when it comes to dealing with payment processors as it’s your money we are talking about. The poor standard of English used by these particular scammers should also alert you and make you rightfully suspicious of which STP also warned of (please read this post carefully for your own good!):

CLUES – if you are uncertain about any email from us, view the long headers to see exactly where the email is coming from. Phishing emails always contain poor English so that is an excellent clue that someone is trying to steal your information.”

AUSTRALIANBUSINESSGROUP – DOMAIN SUSPENDED AND TEMPORARY URL TO ACCESS

Please note that the domain of AustralianBusinessGroup was suspended over the weekend and I don’t have any additional information from the admin yet. I guess it will possibly take some time to recover the current domain or register a new one and transfer the site there. You can access the site temporarily though at this URL and request your payout, although I wouldn’t recommend further investments until the domain issue is fully resolved. That might be either another obstacle created by jealous competitors (as AustralianBusinessGroup is a very successful project paying since May 2012) or could be the beginning of the end. I’ll watch the situation closely and will update you as soon as I have any further information.

MNO TALKBACK – LATEST RESULTS FROM MNO READERS OPINION POLL, NEW POLLS ADDED

And finally for today’s news update I want to give you the results of the two most recent reader’s opinion polls which as you might know by now are a regular feature on the MNO TalkBack page. Partially just for fun, and partially for genuine information purposes, I try to put two individual questions to this blog’s readership on a frequent enough basis. One of these is related to the HYIP industry and your experiences and opinions of it, and another question that’s more on a personal level. So the latest set of questions asked first of all what your plans are for the Christmas holidays, and then asked about your investment strategies during the month of December.

So starting with you’re all getting up to for the holidays, it seems to be a mixed bag with 12% of you letting your hair down and partying with your friends, and the same number of you taking a vacation. Almost a quarter of you are going to be working over the holidays as stated by 24% of you. I’d be tempted to offer my commiserations on that but you know having a paying job to occupy your day, whether it’s Christmas Day or not, is no real reason to complain. But the overwhelming majority of readers, 52% in fact, intend spending the holidays with their families. Of course working on the net as I do with my own business in MNO means that I myself get to do all four of those things!

On a more serious note, I think we all know and accept by now that the online HYIP industry slows down for a number of weeks at this time every year. The reasons why are enough for a full article completely, but what do investors themselves generally do before business picks up again in January? Well, a full 21% of you take a complete break from the industry, and halt all new investments. The biggest number, 37% of you, do stay in the business but adopt a very cautious approach and become much more discriminating about what programs you do decide to join and go for what you believe will be sure fire hits. A further 31% of readers are even more cautious again, staying in the industry but only with established programs with a pre-existing track record. And finally a slowdown doesn’t mean a standstill, with the remaining 11% of readers carrying on as usual the same as they do throughout the rest of the year. I’m guessing that a lot of people choosing that option would tend to go more towards longer term programs in the first place, which are of course less affected by the holidays and less likely to be set up purely as fast scams for the admin like shorter term programs so often are.

And so we come to a new set of questions which I do hope you find interesting. Interesting enough to participate anyway! So on a more personal level I want to start with this:
Where in the world do you come from? Are you from A) Europe B) Asia C) Australia D) Africa E) South America F) North America.

Also, on a more professional level, how was the last calendar year for you in the HYIP industry financially? I’m not talking about profit and loss in one individual program now, I mean your experience in trying to earn a profit online for the entire year of 2012? So the exact question will be:
