Beware! FortunesUp has stopped paying! Do not invest there!
Hello everyone! As you know (I hope!) from reading my blog recently there’s been quite a lot of new programs added to my monitor recently. I think I’ve mentioned this already but it’s been maybe the busiest week to ten days on my monitor so far this year. That by itself is nothing especially unusual or even interesting to most of you I’m sure, these things often come and go in waves anyway. But one thing I have noticed which is more of a recent trend (or maybe just a recent one off phenomena) is the number of Basic Listed HYIPs where the admin decides to take the plunge and upgrade to the Premium List, therefore making the move from my monitor to my news blog. I guess more admins are seeing both the necessity and the results of doing so, because today I have another one to discuss with you. First listed on MNO almost two weeks ago, FortunesUp is a short term HYIP offering a small but profitable selection of investment plans. When I say they’re profitable, obviously I’m only referring to those members who’ve already passed through the ranks of FortunesUp as all of the available plans have completed a minimum of at least one cycle. So let’s see if they have what it takes to complete a few more, and whether you think FortunesUp will make a worthwhile addition to your portfolios.
You have three choices with FortunesUp, including one plan which I think will be the most popular making daily interest payments, and two more that pay you once on expiry. The first plan then, called The Bronze Plan, runs for a term of 8 calendar days. You may join for a minimum deposit of $10, and for anything up to $800 FortunesUp are offering to repay you at a rate of 17% per day. This includes your initial principal factored into the payments, so don’t expect to get that back at the end. Your final return therefore comes to 136%, made up of your own money back plus an extra 36% net profit for joining. Higher rates will apply to higher deposits, and include:
$801 to $2800 gets 18% per day, $2801 to $5800 gets 20% and $5801 to the maximum allowed $80,000 gets 25%.
This is followed by FortunesUp‘s Gold Plan, which despite running for a much shorter term of 4 calendar days will still only pay you once on expiry, so the risk to your investment doesn’t really decrease as much as you might think at first. The minimum requirement to join is $10, and for anything up to $800 FortunesUp are offering a single one time payment of 116% interest. This is your own money back plus another 16% for yourself in profit. Or, for those looking for a more brave/reckless (choose the word you think more apt!) FortunesUp have the following rates:
$801 to $2800 gets 120% on expiry, $2801 to $5800 gets 128% and $5801 to the maximum allowed $80,000 gets 140%.
And finally there’s The Platinum Plan, running for 8 calendar days and paying members again on expiry. The return promised by the FortunesUp admin to members spending anything up to $800 in the program here is supposed to be 145%, principal included, or 45% net profit. For the higher flyers then the following rates are offered:
$801 to $2800 gets 160% on expiry, $2801 to $5800 gets 190% and $5801 to the maximum allowed $80,000 gets 250%.
If there’s anything on offer there that you think suits you and you might like to join, then next thing to be discussed will be what your payment options are. Maybe not exactly a full and comprehensive list by any means, but for short term HYIP such as FortunesUp it’s probably as good as you’re likely to get. You can deposit or withdraw money in or out of FortunesUp using any of PerfectMoney, EgoPay, BitCoin, and Payeer. Withdrawals by members are processed manually and so will need to be requested from inside your private FortunesUp account area. From my own experience with the program I have to say the payments record has been pretty good, at least in terms of a fast service anyway. The admin asks for a maximum timeframe of 12 hours to make sure all transactions are completed, and I’m pleased to see that he’s been more or less able to stay with that so far.
Moving on to the more tech side of things, such as design and security, FortunesUp is running off a script that’s been licensed from GoldCoders, giving the program a familiar and easy to navigate feel to most of the usual HYIP industry players. In addition to that the FortunesUp website is using SSL encryption by Comodo for an extra layer of security, safer browsing, and more secure transactions. Hosting is on a dedicated server with the support of and protection from DDoS attacks provided by BlackLotus. For any further questions you might have for the admin or account related issues you may need to have dealt with then you can contact the program support by filling in your details on the online e-mail support form and submit via the contacts form.
And that’s about it I think. Short and sweet, but then it is a pretty simple and uncomplicated HYIP. And if nothing else it’s one you can probably make your mind up on without too much deliberation – you either like it and you join now while the program only begins to hot up, or you don’t like it and you pass. Which is fine because there’s always more opportunities waiting around the corner which I hope I can help you recognize. Just for the record FortunesUp have next to no discernible information that I can see relating to any kind of a serious business plan to back up any of their payments to the members. Not that I would think there’s anything there myself anyway, I just feel the need to repeat what’s already obvious to the experiences players for the benefit of those new to online HYIPs – don’t expect to find so therefore don’t even look for any genuine businesses in the HYIP world. It’s all a form of gambling, so remember to behave accordingly. That means setting a strictly enforced spending limit that you can easily afford to lose should that ever happen, and if you do join FortunesUp then try to keep them as a smaller part of a wider more diverse portfolio.
DAILY NEWS FROM THE HYIP INDUSTRY
EAZZY – STOPPED PAYING! DO NOT INVEST!
Starting today’s news, it looks like Eazzy has become the latest program to collapse. The program stopped paying yesterday and I have already verified a complaint from a reader about overdue withdrawals. Some complaints can be also seen on forums at the moment and the online support went offline as of last night. Therefore, I had no other choice but to move Eazzy to Problem status on MNO and advise everyone against further investments there. I must say that the demise of Eazzy was not a complete surprise for me as the admin refused to extend the top banner on MNO blog a week ago, which was somehow suspicious. That didn’t stop Eazzy from growing in popularity though and at the time of its collapse was #4 on my Premium List. A revised version of the Top Five list can be found here. All in all, I can’t say Eazzy was much of a success, because after only five weeks online only those who joined the shortest 2% for 15 business day plan managed to get their principals back while those in the longer-term plans failed to achieve any good results and lost their money.
TERRAELEGANCE – EXPANDING THEIR SOCIAL NETWORKING SUPPORT
Despite not yet being reviewed on MNO, I can already see huge interest joining TerraElegance among regular readers. TerraElegance offers payments between 9% and 14% daily on your deposit (depending on the chosen plan) and allows you to withdraw any amount of your principal or profits starting from 24 hours after you first made a deposit. Even despite quite a hefty withdrawal fee of 7% automatically deducted from every withdrawal request investors seem to be enjoying the greater flexibility offered by TerraElegance and the program’s high profits paid to their PerfectMoney, BitCoin, EgoPay, and Payeer accounts. The admin seemed to be very active in promoting TerraElegance on multiple sources as well and yesterday, for instance, I created an account for him on the MNO ShoutBox with the username “Terra”, so I hope readers will take the opportunity to communicate with him there and ask any questions and concerns they might have. Those who prefer other social networking platforms can join the Facebook group TerraElegance has while Skype support in English is available as reported in the news section on the website yesterday. Further expanding the communication channels will help TerraElegance grow further and bigger which will help ensure a lasting experience. Read the full review of TerraElegance on MNO tomorrow and for the latest news on the Facebook and Skype support now open for English speaking members please read below:

For those who didn’t read my review of OneAdClick posted here, I’ll just remind you of the main features. Despite trying to look like an advertising platform OneAdClick is probably as far from a real advertising website as the Moon. Of course, it’s a high-yield investment programs only cleverly disguised as otherwise to be verified by SolidTrustPay which is one of the payment methods OneAdClick accepts from members, along with EgoPay, PerfectMoney, PexPay, BitCoin, and Payeer. Deposits start from a $10 minimum, the price of one adpack, which you can invest (after funding your e-wallet first) into any of two available plans with an interesting concept behind it rewarded investors with higher profits at the end of the term – 180% within 80 days (2% for 70 days, then 4% for 10 days), 200% within 70 days (2.5% for 60 days, then 5% for 10 days). If you wish to earn some free money just for surfing websites (paid members are not obligated to do this) you can see more details on it in the detailed review of OneAdClick posted on MNO here.
FINMUTUAL – APOLOGIES ISSUED FOR UNSTABLE SITES WORK ON MONDAY
Although I didn’t notice any downtime for FinMutual on Monday and all my withdrawal requests completed without problems, the admin seemed quite concerned that members might take the downtime seriously and he issued a short update about FinMutual‘s accessibility on Monday:
“FinMutual Newsletter
We deeply apologize for the up and down status of our website on Monday. We suffered extreme packet loss on the network our server is located on for the majority of the day which led to the off and on accessibility of the website. Thankfully it was eradicated and Tuesday has been a normal day at FinMutual.”
FinMutual (reviewed here) is currently second in the list of the most popular programs on MNO, only behind the overall leader RockwellPartners (reviewed here). FinMutual has never been far from the top of the HYIP industry since July 2013, while investors on the 1.8%-2.6% for 160 business days plan. Deposits startfrom $25 and are accepted via one of the best choices of payment methods anywhere in the industry – PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, EgoPay, Payeer, BitCoin, LiteCoin, OkPay, and PexPay.
MNO TALKBACK – POLL RESULTS AND NEW QUESTIONS ADDED
I want to finish the news section for today with the results of the latest poll which readers have been voting on during the last week or so on the MNO TalkBack page. The question asked “Do you believe 100% of HYIPs are ponzi based games or is there any genuine business plan among them?” I must say that the results were quite unexpected. I would like to say that I myself am convinced 100% that all HYIPs are ponzi based games and nothing is real. I have many years experience playing the HYIP industry and have been running MNO blog for seven of them to know that for sure. It seems though that my opinionis shared by only 46% of readers who answered “All ponzis. It’s 100% a form of high risk gambling”. I must admit though I was mistaken myself sometimes when I first started and tried to find that real company that might provide investors a real income. It always ended in disappointment though, as even the biggest programs at the time failed to convince me otherwise and only confirmed my suspicions. Still, 49% of readers voted “Mostly just ponzis, but theres a couple of genuine traders”. Believe me, that is one of the major misunderstandings in the industry. HYIP admins will do their best to persuade you that they are real traders and that your money is therefore in good hands. But it’s extremely dangerous to fall into this trap and it might cost you a lot of money if you believe it enough to invest more than you can afford to lose. Another opinion shared by only 5% of my readers that think that “Several genuine businesses use the HYIP industry” is something you should really re-consider your views on that if you wish to succeed in playing with HYIPs. Huge relief however is that no one voted “HYIPs can be considered real businesses just like anything else” as no one (thankfully!) believes this.
For the next poll to run on MNO TalkBack for the next week to ten days I’d like to hear your views on the summer in the HYIP industry which has officially started now. Most people tend to believe that summertime is very slow, but I am afraid I’m going to disagree. Different summers bring different results and sometimes we can see a very active summer period (as in 2012) while last summer dreadful due to LR being closed. Nowadays, thankfully many other payment processors took a share of the former LibertyReserve market and the industry is now more or less served by the five main payment systems among which are some new names like BitCoin and Payeer and the older ones including PerfectMoney, EgoPay, and SolidTrustPay. I believe this summer is going to be much more active than that of 2013, but what do you expect from summer yourself from industry and your own experience in it? There will be two questions on the MNO TalkBack to consider.
The first question is – What do you expect from summer 2014 in the HYIP industry? Your choices are:
1) This summer will see the highest activities for the last year or so.
2) This summer will be as active as this spring, no obvious change change.
3) This summer will be on a par with last summer, almost no activity.
The second question for the poll is about your own activities – Do you intend to keep investing in HYIPs throughout the summer months? Your options are:
1) Yes, I’ll keep investing as usual.
2) I’ll be investing, but less than in spring.
3) No, I’ll take a summer vacation and won’t invest until autumn.
As usual, I’ll be glad to see how readers feel about summertime in the HYIP world and maybe further analysis of your votes will help us understand if the same pattern seen in previous years still applies. Thanks again for your votes, guys!
