Beware! GlobalBuildingGroup has stopped paying! Do not invest there!
Hi everyone! I hope the weekend has been going well for you so far. It’s not really been what you’d call hectic for news stories so far, but there are still a couple of items I think you might find interesting. I’ll get to all that in the news section, but I want to start off today with a closer look at a program called GlobalBuildingGroup, not exactly a brand new program but it is the latest addition to my monitor’s Premium List. The program first launched back in March, but before you let that put you off you should also be aware that it was very much a low key affair until now. The admin hasn’t exactly been what you might call aggressive in his promotion of GlobalBuildingGroup before bringing it to MNO, and I would suspect that he feels the time might be right to step things up a gear or two now that the summer is slowly coming to an end. Well, we’ll see how it works out in the coming weeks, so for now let’s examine the finer points of GlobalBuildingGroup and see if you like what they have to offer.
There’s five plans to choose from in GlobalBuildingGroup, mostly medium term but you do have one open style plan where you set your own duration. I’ll start with the most affordable option which is called simply Plan A. To join here you need a $10 minimum deposit, and the plan will run for 21 calendar days. During this time GlobalBuildingGroup are offering members a daily interest payment of 1.2%, which adds up to a grand total of 25.2%, which then becomes your net profit once the admin returns your principal as promised. The maximum spending limit for this plan is capped at $500.
Starting from a $501 minimum deposit, Plan B follows that and runs for a term which lasts 35 calendar days. In exchange for your investment here, GlobalBuildingGroup are offering a daily interest rate of 1.5%. By the end of the term that should add up to a final sum of 52.5% which in turn becomes your net profit on return of your principal. So as you can plainly see it’s a more profitable return but involves a bigger risk. GlobalBuildingGroup accept deposits into this plan up to a maximum value of $1,200.
Starting with a minimum spend of $1,201 then, Plan C runs for 45 calendar days. If you can afford that then GlobalBuildingGroup are offering you a daily interest payout of 1.7% for the duration, adding up to 76.5% by the term’s completion. As with the other plans this by itself clearly puts you nowhere near a profit, so this only happens with the promised return of your principal. The maximum investment allowed for this option is $5,000.
The remaining two plans are a little out of sequence with the others, but that’s OK because they’re still reasonably affordable for most. What GlobalBuildingGroup call The Exclusive Plan then (where I have my own deposit) runs for 25 calendar days and will set you back a minimum of $50 to join. There’s a daily interest payment offered to members of 5% which this time includes your principal so don’t be expecting to see that returned on expiry. So that means the total return of 125% is made up of your own money plus 25% net profit on top for yourself. The maximum limit for deposits here is $1,501.
Let’s pause for a moment now to compare this plan with the first option, Plan A, described previously. The final profit is more or less the same, but as Plan A gets you there several days faster then you might be wondering what exactly is the point of The Exclusive Plan at all. Well, the major advantage is safety. Because your principal is included in the payments you get a lot closer to breaking even before the term expires, and if anything goes wrong in the program before expiry your losses will be cut dramatically.
Last on the list then is The Impulse Plan, an option which gives a greater degree of flexibility to investors who can afford GlobalBuildingGroup‘s $100 minimum requirement to join. Members are offered a basic 1% interest per calendar day for how ever long you decide you wish to remain a member. When you wish to leave you simple ask for your principal back and that’s it, you’re finished, and your net profit will be the number of days you stayed a member.
Again there are numerous advantages to this plan over the others, but there are drawbacks too. Obviously the flexibility is great so you can get in and out again when you feel the time is right. But on the other hand if you already have a definite strategy in mind as regards how long you would like to be a member of GlobalBuildingGroup and are also planning a big sized deposit then you should look at the other plans as being potentially more profitable and doing some calculations before deciding. I mean for instance if you already have a preconceived notion of joining GlobalBuildingGroup for let’s say three weeks then clearly you’re better off with Plan A if you don’t mind sacrificing the flexibility.
Assuming there’s something in that list of plans that appeals to you then you’ll probably want to know the payment options. GlobalBuildingGroup are using PerfectMoney, EgoPay, Payeer, and Qiwi. Payouts to members are made manually by the admin and therefore need to be requested by members from inside their private account area. According to the FAQ you are asked to allow anything up 48 hours for the transaction to be completed, though in practice they’re generally much much faster than that. Usually just a few hours, but do keep in mind that the GlobalBuildingGroup admin also reserves the right to not make any payments on Sunday. This need not necessarily require him to be outside the 48 hour timeframe, but if you are making a withdrawal over the weekend do keep this in mind. It doesn’t have to happen every single Sunday by the way, and the reason given is that occasionally technical and general maintenance work will need to be carried out on the GlobalBuildingGroup website so Sunday seems to be the best day for doing it.
First impressions (despite being online since March) are largely positive, as one of the first things I usually check out about the HYIPs I monitor after the investment plans is the more tech sided design and security features. In the case of GlobalBuildingGroup I can see they are hosted on a dedicated server with the support and protection from DDoS attacks by CloudFlare. The program is powered off a unique and custom made script developed specially for GlobalBuildingGroup which not only looks good but more importantly is really easy to navigate and find your way round. There’s nothing too complicated for example that I’d need to single out here and explain to you. For an added layer of protection the GlobalBuildingGroup website is SSL secured for safer browsing and more secure transactions. The admin has made his program much more accessible to a bigger audience by making the GlobalBuildingGroup website available in two languages. You can view it in either Russian or English, depending on which one you happen to be more fluent in. As a Russian speaker myself though I can tell you that’s clearly the stronger of the two.
If there’s any further questions for the admin or account related issues you might need dealt with then you can get in touch by a couple of different methods. Mostly this would be by filling in you details on the online support form and submitting it through the website’s feedback page. Otherwise you can just e-mail GlobalBuildingGroup yourself directly at either of the listed addresses – one specifically for the admin and the other for support related issues. The GlobalBuildingGroup website does come with a built-in Live Chat feature, though personally I myself have never seen an operator online. Still, it only takes a second to have a quick look before sending any e-mails. Fans of social media/networking sites will also be able to find GlobalBuildingGroup keeping profiles on Twitter as well as Facebook. This is something of a wasted opportunity though, as despite five months online there’s next to zero activity on either and no use made out of what can for other HYIPs prove very productive mediums for promotion. Lastly there’s a postal address which is of course the one means of contacting GlobalBuildingGroup you should probably ignore. Generally speaking yes, the addresses given by HYIPs are real places, but being hosted offices they wouldn’t be where you could find anyone connected with the programs using them physically located.
For the record (if you’re one of the few regular HYIP players still interested in hearing it) GlobalBuildingGroup are claiming to be involved with “real estate development”. That’s what they say is funding the payouts to investors, but of course experienced players will probably dismiss this automatically. For the benefit of newbies I would suggest you agree with this, because there’s never going to be anything that proves these claims on any HYIP related website, and even if they were to be true it still does nothing to guarantee you can’t lose money. So remember to treat GlobalBuildingGroup as you would any other high risk gamble – keep your spending in check, never go past a limit you can comfortably afford to lose, and if you do sign up for GlobalBuildingGroup then try to keep them as part of a wider more diverse portfolio.
DAILY NEWS FROM THE HYIP INDUSTRY
SPARBS – FIRST NEWSLETTER ISSUED AFTER THE CYCLE COMPLETION
As you might remember from the latest article on the Top Five Popular Programs on MNO, Sparbs made a successful entry right after the successful completion of its shortest 120% after 15 days plan. Of course Sparbs has yet to prove to us that it’s a viable and long-term program able to sustain payouts not only on its shortest plan, but on the longer-term and more profitable 160% after 30 days and 210% after 45 days plans. Having said that, it’s also plainly obvious that the admin of Sparbs is doing everything possible to increase his program’s presence on the market and has already managed to make some tremendous improvements which will surely bring some good results over the coming weeks. First of all, Sparbs started accepting more payment options and along with the originally available PerfectMoney, EgoPay, Payeer, BitCoin, and LiteCoin you can now deposit from a $10 minimum via two more processors – OkPay and Payza. And if OkPay is not really that widespread recently I’ll bet Payza will become a major presence in the HYIP market before the end of the year after a more than 18 month absence. In the latest newsletter the administration of Sparbs also reported about the increased customer support on Facebook and encouraged everyone with questions not to hesitate and contact them. For a most detailed review of Sparbs please don’t forget to click here. You can read the latest news from the program below:

PAYZA – BUY SOME BITCOIN WITH PAYZA!
By the way, Payza is looking really good now not only if you’re considering investing in HYIP (as many programs will definitely be accepting it soon), but also as a mediator when you want to purchase BitCoins. You should know that recently Payza announced that verified members would be able to buy BitCoins straight from their account for a fixed 2% fee. That is definitely very convenient for everyone thinking of using BitCoin in HYIPs, but have no idea how to start or how to fund their BitCoin wallets. Payza gives a perfect opportunity to do so, as a Payza account can be funded directly from your bank or a credit card. Withdrawals from Payza can be also made via bank and credit card, so that’s another reason to verify an account there now. Especially it’s also worth noting that Payza will be in direct competition for SolidTrustPay members as it’s providing the same convenient deposit and withdrawal options, is available to US customers (unlike PM and EgoPay) and now even allows you to fund BitCoin wallets which is widely in the HYIP industry now. The official Payza blog already has many articles on their co-operation with BitCoin and I believe one of the latest will be very useful. That’s why I’m re-posting it for you below where you will also find all the necessary links you may need:
“Getting Started with Bitcoin: Choosing the Right Bitcoin Wallet
Payza is excited to be among the first online payment and remittance platforms to offer a direct way to buy Bitcoin. We feel it’s an important milestone both for our company and the cryptocurrency movement.
If you don’t have experience with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, we realize this can be an exciting but intimidating new world, so we want to help you get familiar with it.
Once you get to know Bitcoin, we expect you’ll be a lot less intimidated and even more excited.
What is Bitcoin?
At its core, Bitcoin is both a currency and payment network that’s designed for the internet age.
Today, the Bitcoin network processes over 50,000 transactions per day, and the cost of 1 bitcoin is approximately $550 USD.
Unlike typical currencies, bitcoins are sent person to person via the Bitcoin network program, without using any third-parties. This means transactions happen instantly, at an extremely low cost, anywhere in the world, with very strong security. These factors make Bitcoin a terrific online payment method.
Just like regular money, there are dangers when it comes to Bitcoin and your best defense against them is education.
How do I store my bitcoins?
Bitcoins are stored in your personal Bitcoin Wallet. There are several different wallet services available online each with their own set of benefits and drawbacks. It’s similar to how you would treat your wallet, your checking account, and your physical safe with different levels of security versus convenience.
If you’re new to Bitcoin, Coinapult is a good choice for a first wallet. Some of the features of a Coinapult wallet that are designed with Bitcoin newcomers in mind are Locks and Bitcoin by Email.
With Locks, you can tie the value of your Bitcoin balance to a traditional currency or even to gold, helping you avoid the ups and downs of Bitcoin’s price changes. This makes Bitcoin less of an investment risk for new Bitcoin users.
“Locks now lets everyday consumers reap the benefits of the Bitcoin network, without having to speculate on day-trading bitcoins,” said Ira Miller, CEO of Coinapult.
How do I keep my bitcoins safe?
It’s important to remember that just like your money in the real world, it is up to you to make sure you have the right level of security for your bitcoins. Bitcoin.org has lots of tips to help you learn how to keep your bitcoins safe.
Where can I spend my bitcoins?
Because Bitcoin is so easy to set up and use, there are many businesses worldwide that have begun to accept Bitcoin as a method of payment. Currently, it is estimated that between 60,000-80,000 merchants across the world accept Bitcoin, from mom and pop shops to billion-dollar corporations like Dell.com.
In addition, there are also easy-to-use services available that will purchase goods on your behalf if the merchant you want to buy from does not currently accept Bitcoin. Since Bitcoin helps create simple solutions, the question really is, what can’t you buy with Bitcoin?!
As Bitcoin grows in popularity more and more businesses have climbed aboard the Bitcoin bandwagon, taking advantage of Bitcoin’s low transfer fees and state-of-the-art security features. Every day, more and more businesses of all sizes add Bitcoin to their payment methods.
Buying your first bitcoins
So now that you know what Bitcoin is, you’ve set up a wallet and you’ve learned the basics about security, it’s time to test the waters. Right now the price of 1 bitcoin is about $550, and you’re probably thinking that’s a lot of money just to test Bitcoin out.
The good news is, you don’t need to buy a whole bitcoin, each bitcoin can be divided into one hundred million equal parts! The smallest unit is called a Satoshi (after Satoshi Nakamoto, the mysterious creator of Bitcoin) and is worth 0.00000001 bitcoins.
With Payza, the minimum Bitcoin withdrawal amount is just 20$ USD, so you don’t have to worry about breaking the bank.
At Payza, we’re extremely excited to be a part of the Bitcoin movement and we hope you are too. Look for more Bitcoin educational articles on the Payza blog and more Bitcoin features coming soon!”
