Hello everyone! I hope you’re all having a good weekend to far, though if you have some spare time and still want to check up on the HYIP industry then you’re in the right place, because I have all the most important news updates for you here again. But before that something else I have for you is a more detailed look at one of the most recent additions to the MNO monitoring page. It’s a brand new short term HYIP called DreamRoi.

They are offering a series of four investment plans for you to think about. The risk is yours to take of course but I think we’ll probably agree pretty quickly that three of the plans are feasible enough if you get the timing right. DreamRoi‘s fourth plan is maybe, let’s just say best left to the dreamers in the program’s name.

But it’s your own choice so let’s take a look at each of the four individually. DreamRoi‘s first plan runs for a term of just 1 calendar day. The interest on your investment gets paid on expiry, so by investing today you should expect to get paid tomorrow. It will be just the one single payment obviously so profit and principal are combined. You can join for a $10 minimum and for anything up to $100 DreamRoi are offering 105% interest. So spend $100 today and get back $105 tomorrow. You can invest an unlimited amount of money, the higher the principal the higher the payment, and rates are paid as follows:
106% on amounts between $101 and $200, 107% on amounts between $201 and $500, 108% on amounts between $501 and $1000, 109% on amounts between $1001 and $5,000, 110% on amounts between $5,001 and $10,000, and the maximum rate of 129% offered to anything over and above that.

DreamRoi‘s second plan runs for a 2 day investment term and also pays on expiry. Profit and principal are again combined in one single payment and you can join for a $10 minimum. Anything up to a $200 deposit this time gets you back a return of 111% making it only just marginally more profitable than redepositing in the previous plan for a second cycle. If you wish to earn a higher rate of interest then you are required to make a larger deposit. DreamRoi has no maximum limit put on deposits and their rates are as follows:
113% on amounts between $201 and $400, 115% on amounts between $401 and $900, 117% on amounts between $901 and $1,500, 119% on amounts between $1,501 and $2,500, 122% on amounts between $2,501 and $7,500, and the maximum rate of 129% offered to anything over and above that.

The next short term option runs for a three calendar day term and makes one single payment on expiry that includes your principal. It still only costs a $10 minimum deposit to join but it’s never a bad idea to spend a little less as the term increases anyway, especially in the higher risk short term ventures. By investing anything up to $100 DreamRoi offer a payment of 118% interest. Higher deposits can expect the following rates:
120% on amounts between $201 and $400, 122% on amounts between $401 and $900, 124% on amounts between $901 and $1,500, 126% on amounts between $1,501 and $2,500, 128% on amounts between $2,501 and $7,500, and the maximum rate of 199% offered to anything over and above that.

The final investment plan, which truth be told is a little bit harder to swallow than any of the other three, runs for a term of 29 calendar days. With a $10 minimum you really don’t have to risk that much but honestly I’ll be mightily impressed if DreamRoi survive just one cycle here. It’s best to take advantage of what their real selling point is which is fast low profits for short investment terms. But if you like a gamble then For a deposit between $10 and $100 DreamRoi are offering a 300% interest payment. Other rates include:
500% on amounts between $101 and $1000, 800% on amounts between $1001 and $5000, 1500% on amounts between $5001 and $10,000, and the maximum (and most unbelievable) rate of 1900% offered to anything over and above that.

Payment options are of a reasonable standard for a new program. What you’d expect from a program like this anyway. DreamRoi take AlertPay, LibertyReserve, and PerfectMoney. However due to the current difficulties with LR that’s not really an option at this particular moment. Nevermind, I think AlertPay and PerfectMoney are both better options anyway. But if you are concerned about the wider effect this LibertyReserve downtime is going to have on DreamRoi then it’s good news. There’s not much to worry about for this particular program because they weren’t accepting it from the start. LR was already down at the time so it’s not going to have any effect on existing accounts. Once LR is back online however DreamRoi will be accepting them. Payments need to be requested from within your member’s area, but once made should be processed instantly.

DreamRoi is running off a licensed GoldCoders script and is hosted on a dedicated server by Dragonara who provide technical support and DDoS protection for the program. For any comments, questions, or account related issues you will be able to contact the admin by filling out the e-mail based ticketing form on the contacts page. DreamRoi also have a Live Support feature with multi-lingual support. Unusually for this industry you can chat in real time with an operator there in your choice of either English or Russian. I suppose it’s even more unusual in this industry that the Live Chat even works at all, with most HYIPs just keeping it there for appearances but never actually having an operator there. DreamRoi do not however offer a schedule as to what time you will find it working.

Texts are original but contain no information of any use or value about about any kind of business activity, even if DreamRoi do mention the term “ForEx” once. But then I think we all know the only kind of business that throws up money like this is the online HYIP business. So as ever caution is to be advised despite the first investors (including myself) already being in profit. I won’t be the only one in profit though that’s no reason to ignore the high risks so spend within a sensible limit and try to diversify a bit as well for better overall results from your online investments.

DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY.

Once again the main topic in the industry remains the current downtime of LibertyReserve. The payment processor has been offline for over two days now and it’s becoming increasingly possible that we might not see it fully operational until Monday. There were so many rumors and speculations I can see now on public forums regarding this including everything from the most horrible to the most laughable of conspiracy theories like LR is gone for good, been hacked by some competitor or shut down by the Costa Rican/Panamanian/Russian/US/Martian governments. Such groundless rumors definitely don’t help the situation and I expect that by the time it’s back to normal in a few days you will notice a mass walkout with investors voting with their feet and taking their business once and for all to such the likes of PerfectMoney or GlobalDigitalPay, both of whom have a gilded opportunity to shine at the moment and get more clients in the long run. It actually might be their own chance to get something from these temporary difficulties LR is undergoing as I firmly believe that LibertyReserve will return back online soon as posted in the latest official update taken from the LR blog:
“Outage Update
Dear Clients,
Thank you for your patience. We sincerely apologise for the prolonged delay. We appreciate your continued support as we are about to finish testing our replaced equipment. Please note that the issue is purely technical and poses no risk to your funds or personal data. Liberty Reserve will be back, as it always have been. We anticipate to finish up the configuration before the end of the weekend.
Please note that once system is back up you may experience slight delays in accessing our system due to increased traffic.”

What concerns me more though is how this ongoing downtime will affect particular HYI programs most of whom were almost without new deposits for the last couple of days. Such downtime has already affected a used-to-be perfectly paying short-term programs that have been online for a long time making such hits like BestProfitInv and also BankOfPanama and FundOfProfit scams (I predicted that on my blog last night and today I received confirmations from my readers that both programs stopped paying to PM which prompted me to move them to Problem status on MNO today). So if these programs collapsed so quickly what will happen with other programs once LR is back online? I was asked this question today by one of my readers and I can’t comfort you because such a long time offline will definitely endanger the lifecycle of many HYIPs and even might make some of them (if they are too heavily dependent on LR cashflow) close prematurely. That is why my advice to you is to watch all the programs accepting LibertyReserve for payment records on MNO as soon as LibertyReserve is back online and do not make any new deposits until you make sure that the program in question resumes payouts and is not in danger of immediate collapse. Please note that the longer LR site is down the harder it will be for such programs to survive and only the strongest can do so and continue paying as usual. It’s a basic economic law as almost all HYIPs are total ponzies and heavily depend on new cash flowing, especially if LR is their main payment processors. You’ve already seen many programs fold in recent days and I guess when LR is back on track I will have to move many more programs to Problem status which I cannot touch yet since the inaccessibility of LR. When it comes back online such excuses won’t be accepted and perhaps a good solution for some admins to survive would be not to count the time of when LR was offline for the sake of processing the payouts and not to overburden their cashflow. However, since almost all of HYIPs allegedly have an outside source of income such extensions on deposits will be acceptable only for clear short term games and not for the serious programs.

Many of the programs that did manage to issue some news updates today were, as you could imagine, again dominated by the current LR downtime. SafeDailyFund for instance had tried to compensate members by offering internal exchanges away from LR and allow their members collect via one of their other favored options. This wasn’t to be however as SafeDailyFund became overwhelmed by the unprecedented number of requests and despite their best efforts to meet the instant withdrawals it’s not seriously going to resume just yet. SafeDailyFund (reviewed here) offers terms of 1.5% for 10 calendar days, 2% for 20 business days, and 2.5% for 40 business days with your principal back. Hopefully once things are back to normal they will be the latest sponsors of the MNO Forum $5 daily cash giveaway happens. Of course, that’s only after LR is back on track. Here is the latest update from them:

Many programs deal almost exclusively with LibertyReserve. Well, maybe not exclusively but they have made a very pitiful attempt at encouraging any other members to try and fund their account via an alternative menu. GainBucks was one such program which I have suspected would eventually run into difficulty anyway, but their over dependence on LR is beginning to put some serious pressure on them now. GainBucks, which offers a huge number of daily and on expiry investment plans was first reviewed here. Below is their latest update to members:
“Withdrawal will be delayed.
Withdrawal payments will be delayed due to Liberty Reserve website downtime. All withdrawal request will be done once the Liberty Reserve website is up and online.”

One program to find itself in the same boat as GainBucks is ViscoCorp (reviewed here). Their over-reliance on LibertyReserve is also beginning to show as we can see from their short update. ViscoCorp offers 1.5% for 150 days, 2% for 200 days, 2.5% for 250 days, 3% for 300 days (daily payouts), 7% for 180 days (single payout on expiry). Hopefully they will overcome the current situation – though it wouldn’t have been such a problem had they offered a bigger choice in the first place:

MidasGoldFund (reviewed here) are another program struggling to meet it’s payment schedule. Not because of any cash flow issues but because, like the afore mentioned programs, are simply unable to do anything while LR isn’t available. The program which offers a simple plan of 1.7%-2.7% for 30 days with your principal back on expiry issued the following short update to its members today:
“All Perfect Money and AlertPay withdrawal requests are on schedule with our payout schedule and are all processed as of this moment. We are still waiting for LibertyReserve.com to come back online. When their systems come back online, your Liberty Reserve requests will be paid shortly after.

The program that was only reviewed on MNO yesterday (click here to read it) issued the following news update. I’m talking about GulfReserve of course and in addition to their own news updates also announced to their members the MNO review and included a link for their members. They offer plans that pay either 4%-5.5% for 30 business days or 1.2% for 150 calendar days through LibertyReserve or AlertPay. So naturally LR also formed a section of the GulfReserve first newsletter. For further updates the program has it’s own blog that you can check from time to time but for now the latest news is published below:

Unfortunately one program to be put to Problem status in the midst of all this has been the recently reviewed (though not particularly new) SafeDepositary, I have a pending withdrawal from them now for over 48 hours. Now granted it’s a Saturday and a weekend so I can give a certain amount of slack, but be that as it may it’s still been 48 hours and counting since I should have been paid, and the lack of any credible explanation for this isn’t helping.

I don’t really have many computer skills
We have step-by-step instructions for all our processes. Customer support can even log on remotely to your computer and help you solely at your request.
I have never traded anything. What kind of support can I expect?
Customer support is all-inclusive. Our Support personnel will personally speak to every new member and assist them in setting up their computer with the trading platforms and indicators.
My day job has odd hours. Will I be able to talk to someone if I experience difficulties?
Customer support is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your personal Mentors will be assigned and available to fit your schedule.
Do I need a special computer?
Our recommendation is that you use a Pentium 4 or similar with at least 2 Gig of ram and an 80 Gig hard drive. Having a second monitor is an advantage but not required.
What type of education are you talking about?
We have downloadable written material, and recorded video lessons and instructions, as well as LIVE Trading Rooms and LIVE Classrooms where you can ask experienced traders questions.
With this program can I expect regular updates?
Our program leader will send you regular updates via email, SMS messages, voice messaging, and Instant Messaging as well as Live Trading Room messages. (You select the options best for you.) You won’t miss a thing!
How will I know when classroom lessons or changes are made?
We announce events and changes in the LIVE rooms. We also send out email notification to any classroom change, as well as all Classes and LIVE room schedules are posted in our online calendar on our website. Classroom lessons are also video recorded for playback at your leisure.
How will I receive instruction on how to implement or take advantage of any new strategies?
LIVE online classes will be scheduled for every new group of traders to walk them through the details of the FTA program and the trading strategies. Live trading support will be provided to our FTA traders throughout the day, and daily online classroom sessions are held to review the trading strategies and address any questions. In addition, all FTA traders will have access to the regular 24 hour LIVE trading rooms for continuing support.
