06/04/2012. EcoLandFund Review and Daily News from the Industry

 Beware! EcoLandFund has stopped paying! Do not invest there!

Hello everyone! Hope you’re all looking forward to the weekend and especially for all of you celebrating either the Easter or Passover holidays at this time I hope you’re having a good one. Personally I’m looking for a quiet couple of days in the HYIP industry as I’m hopeful of a couple of new programs joining my monitoring list early next week (fingers crossed anyway) but meanwhile the last of the programs waiting to be covered on my blog is one called EcoLandFund. That’s a recently launched long term HYIP that’s been online for about a week now and joined MNO last Wednesday. So before we get to the news stories for this final day of the working week I want to take a closer look at the finer details of EcoLandFund and what they are offering investors.

Plans are quite straight forward and to be honest there’s not a lot to discuss about them. You either like this type of thing or you don’t, it’s that simple, but I think it’s fair to say that the style of plan being offered by EcoLandFund is making a noticeable comeback in the industry at the moment. So there’s basically just the one investment plan which is split into two categories – The Starter Plan and The Premium Plan. You can join The Starter Plan for a minimum deposit of $5 and it runs for a term of 50 business days (10 weeks). During that time EcoLandFund will pay you a daily interest rebate from Monday to Friday of 3%. That will add up to 150% in total by the end of the term, at which point EcoLandFund return your principal. So the 150% is pure profit on top of your own money back. You should break even 34 business days into the term so from that point on you can’t possibly lose any of your own money no matter what else happens in the program. Maximum deposit allowed for this section is $499.

For the wealthier or the more ambitious investor prepared to play with $500 and upwards (there’s no stated maximum deposit) you can look at the EcoLandFund Premium Plan. No change with the investment term as it also goes for 50 business days, but what you can expect is an increased daily payment of 4% made from Monday to Friday. This would allow you to break even after 25 business days and complete the term with payments accumulating to 200%. This will then become your net profit once EcoLandFund return your initial principal.

Payment options are nothing special in terms of the choice on offer with only LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney available. Granted this is more or less the norm for longer term HYIPs but I get a feeling experienced industry players are showing a growing level of ambivalence towards HYIPs not at least offering an alternative, even if they would have went for LR anyway it inspires a bit more confidence to have more professional processors available as well. On the other hand EcoLandFund make instant payouts so I guess a lot of you would feel this makes up for it in part anyway. You will still need to log into your EcoLandFund members account area to request your payment but once you do it should be available in your chosen e-currency account within a matter of seconds. Just be aware that this service is not necessarily guaranteed at all times, and if it gets disabled for whatever reason then the admin asks you allow up to 48 hours for him to process the payments manually.

Regarding the design and security side of things, EcoLandFund is running off a licensed MonetarySoft script and their website is fully SSL secured for safer browsing and more secure transactions. Hosting is on a dedicated Staminus server with support and protection provided by a company called HighHosting. Not exactly a well known name in the online HYIP business but they do come with a solid enough reputation and I’ve only ever heard good things about them that I can remember. Should the need arise for you to contact the admin of EcoLandFund if you have any account related issues or just a few more questions about the program and its plans then you’ll find him by filling in your details on the electronic support form and submitting it, or by Live Chat when an operator is online. Though it’s not clear exactly what hours this service is available from. EcoLandFund is also another HYIP to start up their own Facebook and Twitter accounts so we’ll see if these are just for show or if the admin makes the most effective use of them (because only a handful of them have ever made much of an effort with social networking sites at all beyond simply creating the profiles)

The website as a whole is well laid out, easy to navigate, and generally user friendly. There’s next to no information on EcoLandFund as a business contained within its pages, so even though they don’t say much you need to be skeptical about whatever they might say in the future. Simply because there is nothing to suggest EcoLandFund is anything other than another online HYIP so you know well by now that when playing this industry to set yourself strict spending parameters that are realistic for your own income, and of course if joining EcoLandFund then it might be more effective as a smaller part of a wider more diverse portfolio.

DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY

NEWGNI – MORE EXCITING CONTESTS

As you might remember, the admin of NewGNi Jurgen (interviewed here) promised last time that the winners of the testimonial contest would be announced tonight. This was done in the latest newsletter where the five winners shared $450 in cash prizes between them paid straight to their preferred e-currencies. ENR-G – LR WITHDRAWALS TO BE PROCESSED MANUALLY

In light of recent events surrounding the security (or lack of it!) in LR which resulted in the hacking of an unprecedented number of accounts (read more about that in my article here), the administration of ENR-G has decided to take some necessary precautionary measures in order to stay safe. Now, you might know from my review of ENR-G (published here) that the program accepts all four of the main popular payment processors – AlertPay, SolidTrustPay, PerfectMoney and LibertyReserve – to two main investment plans with the original principal returned on expiry – 1.2% for 30 days and 2.2%-2.7% for 90 days. Since ENR-G has been paying for over a month now the first investors (including me) are already well into profit from the shortest plan and were paid instantly as usual. However, from now on only those who join via STP, AP or PM will continue to enjoy instant payouts, while others (those who invested via LR) will have to wait for 24 hours or less in order to be paid manually. In the latest newsletter, explaining that decision the admin of ENR-G emphasized that such a decision is both proactive and necessary and is aimed at improving the security and avoiding the situations described in my article. In my opinion it’s the smart move, and seeing that more and more incidents are reported every day and LR administration seems to have absolutely no interest in fixing the issue, is the only course of action left open to him. I tend to believe that ENR-G is doing absolutely the right thing by securing manually paid withdrawals to LR, thus also protecting themselves from the most serious damage which could be done by the hacker. It’s always better to be safe than sorry, and I really applaud Joshua, the admin of ENR-G, by taking this precaution. I can confirm that the withdrawals to LibertyReserve are now done within 24 hours and you can see LR instant withdrawals have been turned off if you log into your member’s. Here’s the full story and reasons for that decision explained by ENR-G in the latest newsletter issued today:

I wanted to issue an update to you that I think is of great importance and one that I think is very necessary for the longevity of ENR-G.
It has come to our attention from numerous members that there is a serious security breach in the liberty reserve system. One that is allowing people access to accounts and causing some of our members specifically to have their Liberty Reserve accounts hacked.
This is a very serious issue and one that Liberty Reserve seems unwilling to do anything about.
Because the safety of your funds is our primary concern we are hoping that liberty reserve will find a solution to this problem and find it fast. In the meantime as the absolute safest measure possible, Liberty Reserve payments ONLY will be manual for the time being until the administration at this payment processor finds a solution to this problem.
We as a company are absolutely unwilling to put your funds at risk and have the possibility of some unscrupulous hacker be our downfall. So from now on all payments will be made within 24 hours of the time of your request.
Let me be clear those payments to PM, AP and STP are still instant as these processors do not have security issues like LR. I apologize greatly for having to do this but I’m sure you’ll agree that you would prefer to be paid within 24 hours than having the chance of us waking up one day to an empty LR account and the payments not going out at all.
Let me be clear that this is not a security issue with ENR-G or our site. This is on LR’s end and until they get their head out of the sand and make the changes that are needed to be made then we will have to proceed like this. This is a proactive and not a reactive move. We feel that it’s more important for us to be ahead of the game than wait for there to be a problem.

FREEDOMTRADINGLTD – STP ADDED

Some good news today for members of FreedomTradingLtd as from now on they’ll be accepting SolidTrustPay for their 1.2%-4% for 180 business days with principal back on expiry plan first described in my review here. SolidTrustPay becomes the third payment processor accepted by FreedomTradingLtd after LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney where payouts are always processed instantly. It’s yet to be reported if the payouts to STP are going to be instant as well, but I don’t see why not as SolidTrustPay now provides a platform for instant payouts as well. By the way, I see FreedomTradingLtd as a slow burner because with such low returns it’s hard to attract public attention unless you intend to stick around for a long time. I like the way they increase their exposure in the investment world little by little, adding new features which is a winning strategy when it comes to programs like this. I’m sure the members who joined five months ago when it first started have no regrets now and are all well in profit. I hope that those who are going to join FreedomTradingLtd even at this stage attracted either by the STP addition or its instant payments are not going to regret it. Here is the latest news:

DIVIDENDSERVICE – BACK ON BLOCKDOS

Finally my support ticket submitted straight after DividendService went offline has been answered today. The admin apologized for not doing it earlier and reported that the site changed its hosting provider from the highly unreliable Koddos to the more dependable and professional BlockDos. The server move caused the downtime which by the way the site has filly recovered from by now. The payments to LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and SolidTrustPay are back to normal and those who still have difficulties with accessing their accounts are required to contact the administration for further instructions. I remind you that DividendService (reviewed here) offers four investment plans with principal back on expiry – 1.4% for 15 days, 1.7% for 30 days, 2% for 70 days, 2.3% for 100 days. The program has been running for well over five weeks now and the first investors should already be in profit. Plans to add a Russian version of the site which won the poll held by DividendService will be implemented shortly as reported in the latest update posted on the site today:

TOPSFUND – LAST ATTEMPT TO SCAM

TopsFund (reviewed here) which is about to lose their #1 position on MNO monitoring due either to a pending scam or being overtaken by NewGNi (whichever comes first) haven’t stopped trying to get as much money as possible by throwing out more and more investment plans to investors with more money in their LibertyReserve accounts than they know what to do with. Make no mistake about this, the lower paying plans in TopsFund have always been subsidized by the attractive but absolutely unsustainable higher paying plans which have been added over the course of the program’s ten month existence. Surely this made good profits for many smart investors who stuck to the originally offered low-ROI plans – 0.5%-1.5% daily forever, 0.6%-0.7% for 300 days, 1.5%-3% for 150 days – while others are scammed by the high returns as described in my article analyzing the tactics employed by EzProfit (read it here) whose admin is most definitely running TopsFund now.

The latest plan in TopsFund offers a 200% return after 5 days for all the deposits over $1,000. You want to lose your money? Then here’s a perfect opportunity! Otherwise, just enjoy the profits still being paid by TopsFund until the admin receives enough money from an unsuspecting newbie who doesn’t read MNO. By the way, in the last update we see the matter of urgency being pushed on the potential takers (only the first 100 members will be allowed to spend money there, lol) and the last blow that should definitely make you want to invest – reaching 10 million USD capital. This is a simply ridiculous if not plain stupid statement in my opinion. But you can be the judge after reading this latest newsletter posted on TopsFund‘s website:

With almost 10 months online, we would like to announce that our capital now exceeded more than 10 Million USD and growing fast and we decided to launch a promotion plan :

SolidForexLtd is another program to announce this Friday and next Monday as non-trading days (provided they really trade which I have my doubts about!). Please note that on these days members of SolidForexLtd with an active deposit in one of the plans described in my review of the program (published here) offering up to 3% variable for 180-240 business days will not be paid. The next payment is due next Tuesday as Saturday and Sunday are not business days by default. Otherwise all the withdrawals to both LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney payment processors will be made instantly as they have been for over five months since SolidForexLtd first opened. By the way, this program is really worth looking into, if you haven’t done so yet, guys! Here’s the latest news from SolidForexLtd regarding the Easter payment schedule:

FelminaAlliance (reviewed here) also issued a newsletter today reminding members of this Friday being a holiday in both the US and Panama which holidays the program diligently observes (as allegedly based in Panama and trading in the US). Best wishes go along with the report of the non-payment day, though I’m not sure if that’s enough for the lost daily interest. I think the example of FelminaAlliance shows that too many holidays only benefit the admin and not the members. However as the program offers quite low returns of 1%-1.6% for 180 business days with principal back on expiry to LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and AlertPay it might at least partially explain the longevity of FelminaAlliance which has been successfully paying for nine months now. PROFITABLESUNRISE – EASTER WISHES FROM ROMAN

Another program that has been great so far is ProfitableSunrise (reviewed here). The program proved to be a slow burning hit with five months of prompt payments to LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney on 1.6%-2% for 180 business days plus principal back on expiry, thus making good profits for the first investors. The thing that differentiates ProfitableSunrise from other competitors is the supposed Christian roots and beliefs of the program’s admin Roman (interviewed here) which he expresses firmly since not more than a couple of months ago. Anyway, a blurred image of Jesus Christ on the pages of ProfitableSunrise is a bit startling at first glance and I wasn’t sure was in the best taste myself, but I had no idea that such a marketing strategy could prove so successful. Anyway, many members of ProfitableSunrise with or without God’s and Roman’s help already received good profits from the program and of course, today the celebration of the most important holiday in the Christian calendar didn’t stop the admin from issuing a newsletter with his best wishes which I would like to share with MNO readers as well regardless of their faith:

ALERTPAY AND SOLIDTRUSTPAY – HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

AlertPay and SolidTrustPay announced their working schedule during the Easter holidays, so take this into consideration when trying to contact their support which might not be available during the below mentioned dates.

SolidTrustPay will not be working on either Friday or Monday thus extending its usual days off to four. That might be inconvenient for the clients of STP, but I guess recently they’ve been working hard and again becoming increasingly popular in the HYIP world with many popular programs adding them. Si I think the extended holiday for SolidTrustPay‘s administration as mentioned on its official blog is well-deserved:

I guess that AlertPay have a lot of work to do in order to restore investor confidence and the latest credit card developments inspires cautious optimism that they might one day regain its position in the industry. INVESTIX SCAM!

Unfortunately, I have to say that there is close to no chance of Investix returning to Paying status on MNO. That is why I have decided to move it to Problem status on MNO tonight and advise readers to stay away from them after being offline for over 36 hours. With no communication with members for the last two days despite having a Facebook account the members are kept in the dark. I believe that at this stage recovery is almost impossible, even if the site by some miracle reappears online soon. I’m not sure if the admin told me the truth regarding the issues with his hosting provider allegedly causing the downtime, but one thing is clear – Investix has become the next big failure which stopped paying exactly on the day when the first profits were going to be paid to the first investors. It’s very sad that the admin behind Investix failed to complete a full cycle for his members and I would definitely not like to see any of his future programs on MNO. Programs like Investix do nothing but damage the industry for everyone else and don’t allow it to expand like the older more established programs do.
