07/10/2010. Budgetiva Review and Daily News from the Industry
BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING! PLEASE DO NOT INVEST!
Hi guys! After spending my first full day in Salzburg (I arrived yesterday) I have to say I’m really quite smitten with the place! There are some fantastic old cobble-stone streets lined with historical buildings and idyllic parks. In fact I was lucky enough to find an apartment on the very same street the Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born. The building I’m in itself dates from around the year 1430, but I’m just pleased that the landlady has added some new furniture since then, lol! It’s interesting to stay in such an ancient building, and listening to the church bells echoing around the old part of the city while looking out my window across the rooftops and the spires just a moment ago was pretty nice. All it’s missing is a ghost!
Getting back to business however, and one of the latest additions to my monitoring page is a short term game called Budgetiva, and the admin has been making some pretty bold statements about his ambitions in the industry, comparing his program to some previous industry giants. Don’t get me wrong here, a little ambition is to be admired and is a necessary quality if one is to succeed, but I think it best to allow the investing public to be the judges of the program’s merits. If they agree with the admin’s assertions then sure, Budgetiva could be a success. But as we are still waiting for the first cycle to be completed and the first payouts made to investors then that day is a long way off yet.
With some HYI programs the trickiest part of reviewing them is sometimes trying to explain the plans. Some can be overly complicated for newbies whilst others may not be explained all that well by even the admin himself in the first place. Not so with Budgetiva. They’ve only got the one plan for you to consider so it’s a pretty simple case of take it or leave it. The plan has a sort of autosurf style to it and it runs for a term of 12 calendar days. You may invest anything from a $4 minimum to a $25,000 maximum. On expiry you will then receive a single one off payment of 144% interest, principal included. So for let’s say a $100 spend you should expect a return of $144 to be paid 12 days later. As far as HYI plans go this one has always been popular, though much much less than the similar version that makes 12% daily payments instead of one big one on expiry. Popular, but not always (for investors) successful. That much will be down to the admin, his intentions, and how the investors react. Mind you he does come across as pretty enthusiastic.
Budgetiva‘s payment options include LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, and AlertPay, so it’s not a bad choice despite the criticism that AP have come under for their unpredictable treatment of some programs. Payments are made manually so you’ll need to request them. The admin requires 24 hours to complete the transaction. As Budgetiva has only been online since the first of the month the first payments on expiry of the first cycle aren’t due until well into next week, so make sure and keep an eye on MNO for news of when that happens.
Budgetiva is running off a licensed script from the ever popular GoldCoders, and is hosted on a dedicated server by BlackLotus who are providing their highest level of protection. Communication is provided through the online support form on the contacts page. SSL encryption is not currently in use.
Texts are copy/pasted directly and have been used by a number of other online HYIPs in the past. Not that I’d have suggested you believe them anyway – claiming to be working in the ForEx markets (as they do here) while simultaneously comparing themselves to a certain online ponzi that ran a couple of years ago kinda gives that much away. Budgetiva is also listed on something like 120 different monitors which I’d have to ask is that really wise? I mean as a professional monitor myself I agree that a certain amount are necessary but let’s be honest here, not all of them are particularly good. I would wonder what 120 monitors can do for a site that let’s say six to twelve really good ones can’t. Apart from put an unnecessary and unwelcome drain on the program’s finances. Because once you hire them you’re kinda stuck with them.
Anyway, all that aside the Budgetiva admin seems to have great excitement towards his program’s future prospects and if the membership stats are to be believed then there seems to be plenty of others sharing that view.
DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY.
Let’s start today’s news with the regular weekly newsletter from PawnShopFund (reviewed here). Despite the cash contest on MNO sponsored by the admin Fred having finished, the program is still going great providing members with instant payouts to LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and AlertPay in four main plans: 1.8% for 45 days, 2.1% for 60 days, 2.35% for 60 days and 2.4% for 75 days with the possibility to request your principal after your plan’s expiry. Please note that instant withdrawals can be sent to your e-currency accounts only if they are specified correctly in your profile in the program. Unfortunately, it’s still not the case with some members who keep ignoring (or simply forget) to specify their correct payment accounts. So the admin of PawnShopFund (interviewed here) had to remind such members about the necessity to update their account details as soon as possible. This is what he emphasized in the last newsletter and if you didn’t receive it please check your spam folder or whitelist the appropriate email address. Fred also reminds us that probably next week a new more appealing design would be ready and their own forum would be launched. It appears that PawnShopFund still attracts many investors as well because according to the admin last week saw a record amount of deposits recorded. Here is the latest newsletter from PawnShopFund:
“Hi dear members.
I have mentioned in many newsletters that there are a few members without a specified ecurrency account where we should process the withdrawal requests. Now i am asking our active members to let them know (if you can reach any of them) to send me their ecurrency account to the e-mail address: admin@pawnshop-fund.com.
Members with pending requests without specified or wrong PM account (we require the PM USD account): dd4, milanna, Rustamjch, Andrei, jurijs14, macho78, dens
Members with pending requests without specified AP account: sirwilly, ferke
Some members notified me that they are not receiving some e-mails from our system, this problem is probably caused by your e-mail service provider please be sure to check your junk/spam folders, and also please add admin@pawnshop-fund.com into your safelist/whitelist/trusted-senders.
I am glad to let you know that our new design will be ready probably next week so I hope that our next newsletter will be sent from the new look of our website. I also want to remind you that with the new look we will implement our own forum too.
It is nice to see that last week we received an all-time record of incoming deposits in a single week, so thank you for your support in forums, monitors and blogs, this really helps a lot in our job.
That’s all for this week, stay tuned for our new look next week.
Best regards, Frederick. Admin of PawnShopFund”.
The admin of 144CashAds (interviewed here) proudly reported in today’s update that his program reached 100 days online and thanked everybody for their support. I remind you that 144CashAds accepts all the popular payment processors into six investment plans which are connected to each other. Each subsequent plan pays the same as the previous one, only faster and for smaller principals. It’s probably one of the factors for the stability of the program in the long run. As the name implies the total profit from 144CashAds on all plans is 144% (100%+44% pure profit). To read more about the unique plans and suggestions for investments refer to my detailed review of 144CashAds published here. And this is the latest short update:
“Hi. Today we reach 100 days with your great support. All pay out completed
Welcome all new members in to our family. We are growing strong day by day.
Happy earning with us.
Lewies. Project admin”.
The admin of WorldPrivateFunds Samuel (interviewed here) asked everybody to stop creating multiple accounts with the same payment processor details in order to abuse their free bonus offer. I remind you that every new member of WorldPrivateFunds is now entitled to a free $10 bonus to their account which will be automatically deposited into one of their plans – 1.4% for 60 business days with the principal returned on expiry (please read more about the other plans in my review of WorldPrivateFunds published here). Please note that such actions will be considered as an abuse and such accounts would be subject to deletion. It was also announced that the minimum withdrawal would be raised from the current $0.5 to $1 which is done to reduce the admin’s workload. Here are the last two newsletters from the admin of WorldPrivateFunds combined for easier reading:
“All new members registered since Sep 28th till Oct 6th received a free 10$ deposit bonus in 60 days plan.
Free deposit bonus will NOT generate referral commission for their upline.
You must have a VALID e-currency account (LR, PM & STP) to receive this bonus.
I`m WARNING members to NOT open a new WPF account with the same e-currency account (LR, PM & STP).
All these accounts will be deleted and earnings lost.
Over 180 of such accounts I deleted last 3 days.
All withdrawal requests for Oct 6th have been completed.
We appreciate if you will post about your bonus received and about payment proofs on forums and vote us on monitors in order to increase rating and popularity of our investment program.
Thanks for your great support.
Do not hesitate to contact me for any problem.
According to our Terms and Conditions:
„We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members’ interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms.”
I want to announce you: because of big volume of work with manual withdrawals I decided to set the minimum withdrawal amount at $1.00.
Kind Regards. Samuel Arildsen
WorldPrivateFunds Admin”.
Apart from that small incident everything is going well for the members. The payments are processed fast and daily as usual. In addition to the profit which you can earn from WorldPrivateFunds you can also try your luck in the daily contest sponsored by the admin for a chance to win $5 daily. Many members already tried it and got their prize money so why not you? In order to participate please check this thread often and answer the question, most of which are pretty simple. The trick is to be the first to give me the right answer and as the questions are posted on the MNO forum at different times of the day everybody gets a better chance. I have asked all of the questions sent to me by Samuel so starting tomorrow I will be posting questions myself if I don’t hear from him by then. The prize money is there for six more days. Please do not forget to specify your LibertyReserve account after each answer so you will save me the trouble of contacting you if you win.
I didn’t know about this but it looks like the administration of UniteTrade which is now comprised of some different people started a cash contest of their own on UniteTrade‘s thread on the MNO forum. I looked through the thread and found out that the first question was posted by the admin on Monday. I see that there were already two winners awarded a $10 cash prize each sent to their LibertyReserve account. So if you are there you would do well to try your luck in that one too. Remember that this contest is not run by myself and I don’t pay the money to the winners. But if the admin wants me to do so I would be glad to help.
By the way, it looks like UniteTrade became so huge already that it started bothering their competitors. Really, it seems like with the recent Alexa rating for the last few days reaching over 10,000 daily UniteTrade is now a very bad competitor for all the recently launched short-term games that don’t have the advantage of UniteTrade (of being online for over six months paying 120% after 7 days and 150% after 15 days). So it appears that they hired some professional complainers who will now try to encourage AlertPay to suspend their account and therefore causing them damage from which they will not be able to recover. So the member “TomBrinkley” which I believe is paid by UniteTrade‘s competitors started their smear campaign by flooding AlertPay with spam e-mails calling for the suspension of their account. Note that the payments are still being processed fine via AlertPay and the nature of the complaints is simply due to the fact that AlertPay accept HYIPs which imply money laundering charges from the Canadian government. However, in the Legal agreement posted on the AlertPay website it’s clearly shown that HYIPs can be accepted via AlertPay and the account can be suspended only on the grounds of some cheating activities (i.e. fake verification documents etc.). So if the admin of UniteTrade used proper documents for the verification of their business account with AlertPay (like he told me he did in a private email) they have nothing to worry about. If not, then there might be a problem, but I believe that any action can be taken by AlertPay only by the end of this business week (by tomorrow). If there is no action taken then I guess the account can be considered safe and the members should not panic. The admin of UniteTrade Andy (interviewed here) told me as well that their competitors would not be able to prevent them from reigning in the HYIP world and that they would eventually fail. Also he expressed some regret that such people are still doing what they do and try to hurt the HYIP industry as a whole which seemed to recently start recovering. I would urge “TomBrinkley” to stop his baseless slander and smear campaign against UniteTrade which has been paying for over six months and find himself a proper target. Or a different hobby. I also hope that AlertPay will make the right decision based on the six month flawless record of UniteTrade when the program paid to everybody with no complaints. Anyway, for the next few days we will wait and see what happens. If you want to read more on UniteTrade please look no further that my most recent review which was published here. And thank you for considering my point of view.
Another program obviously being victimized because of its enormous popularity is undoubtedly OilStructure (reviewed here). Currently it’s one of the leaders of the long-term HYIP market leading to the false accusations of one infamous monitor listing the reasons why you should hate OilStructure (one of which is “heavily spamming and at the same time infecting users’ computers”). This accusation can be considered as simply laughable if we remember that all the popular programs online are a very frequent target for all types of scammers and cheaters trying to impersonate them and spoil their good name and at the same time steal some money for themselves. I’m talking from experience with program admins which resulted in me putting a warning on the most prominent position on my blog which greatly reduced the amount of scammers trying to impersonate MNO. The same can be said of OilStructure as well. The program is in a constant spotlight and subject to all manner of scam attempts including unsolicited emails which look exactly like they were sent from the admin. The real address of the latest scamming email can be properly traced if you click on Show Original option in your Gmail account. So I discovered that the latest spam email allegedly from OilStructure soliciting money was sent not from BlockDos servers where the program is hosted but from some unknown Russian hosting provider. So in no way can it be considered as genuine. OilStructure have already warned about the phishing sites and scamming emails many times on their website. Anyway, you should remember that anytime you encounter a strange email allegedly sent from a program’s admin with a limited offer for a profitable plan which you should send directly to some unknown LR and PM accounts rather then via the website please stop reading and simply click “Delete” to avoid any issues. So just to illustrate my example I would like to give you a fake email, allegedly sent from OilStructure but in fact sent by some scammers that I received today (which was thought properly identified by my Gmail account as spam) and was sent to the appropriate folder):
“As you may know, we are processing withdrawals with no delay and everything else is running smoothly as well!
Our program has more than 50000 members and we have the first places on all monitoring sites and forums.
Today we have decided to add the new plan for ours members.

The website of InWolton (reviewed here) is experiencing some technical issues with crediting the account over the next few hours due to transferring the data to another hosting provider. So your accounts in InWolton might be credited today later than usual. Please do not be alarmed by this as it was already mentioned on the InWolton website:
“Hey friends. In view of data transfer to the other hosting we have some technical problems. Some of you won’t see the interest in the nearest 9 hours. Tomorrow everything will be as usual. Sorry for this inconvenience. Wait for our daily news later today.”
By the way, just after yesterday’s update was published another daily motivational newsletter was issued by InWolton. This time the administration of the program (interviewed here) discussed why it’s so important not to forget that we’re living in the present and enjoy our time, not to dwell on the past or the future. I like the style of those recent newsletters and advise you to read them even if you’re not a member. Of course, like in every newsletter the admin of InWolton also gave some recent stats from his program, educated us all about the ForEx trade where his program is allegedly involved and spiced it all up with the latest joke of the day. Please take a closer look below:
“Yesterday’s the past, tomorrow’s the future, but today is a gift. That’s why it’s called the present.” Bil Keane
Hello, dear readers. First of all, I would like to thank all of you for such a great support on the most famous forums. We do appreciate that a lot.

You know, for many of us the life is so damn hard! We barely make both ends meet. Why does this happen? Because we live yesterday or tomorrow. I truly believe that it is very important to have aims and goals and plan you future. As long as it is absolutely necessary to analyze the past. But sometimes we deepen too much into these concepts and forget about the present!
You have to understand, that you cannot lose any second, because you won’t have it anymore. So, try to live today and get out of life everything you can. And remember that you can be happy only NOW and HERE!

When Not to Trade
Personal reasons not to trade:
1. Do not trade while drunk. You need a clear head while you are trading. You would not fight an opponent while drunk. In fact, you might think you were fighting 2 opponents if you did!! Drinking can affect your state of mind in so many ways and can make you make simple mistakes while trading. Many of these mistakes would not be made if you were sober.
2. Get rid of all distractions. You need to be able to concentrate on the charts and not get caught up with other things going on. For instance you might be waiting for a trade and then you get distracted and when you come back to your chart you have missed the trade or you buy instead of selling etc. Distractions can be costly. However, life is full of distractions so put the cat in the hall and shut the door. Put the baby in the playpen where you can see/hear her but at least you won’t have to worry that she has wandered off again… Whatever your potential distractions are, deal with them before you start to trade. Even a Ninja can lose a fight if distracted…
3. Emotional times. If something emotional has happened, and you can’t be subjective, then do not trade! This could be any number of things that had a negative impact on your day. It could be that you broke up with your partner to a death in the family etc… You need to be able to assess what’s happening in a very short period of time, and if you are mentally elsewhere then this can have a negative impact on your trading account…
Joke of the day.
A burglar broke into a house. As he was crossing the kitchen he heard a voice say: “I can see you and Jesus can see you”. Confused the burglar looked up and shined his flashlight up at the ceiling. He realized that the voice that was talking to was a parrot. The parrot said: “My name is Ebeneezer, and I can see you and Jesus can see you”.
The burglar said: “Wow, Ebeneezer is a pretty stupid name for a parrot”.
The parrot replied: “Yeah and Jesus is a dumb name for a pitbull”.
The admin of EarnPlaza Matt (interviewed here) issued another daily update today entitled #7 as it was the seventh update issued since the program first launched 17 days ago. I remind you that EarnPlaza accepts AlertPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney into three investment plans each of which will pay you on expiry: 110% after 5 days, 130% after 10 days or 160% after 15 days. More on the program can be read in my review (published here). I’m glad to report that even after over two weeks online the admin is still working on improvements for his site as Matt announced today that the support ticket system would be ready tomorrow and possibly credit cards via AlertPay would be accepted soon as well. Here is the latest newsletter from EarnPlaza:
“Hello. I hope everyone’s day went well. Finally tomorrow we will open our new support ticket system. Its will be very easy to use both for members and me so I hope all of you will like it. Anyway for those who prefer old contact form we will leave it on site and you will be able to use it as well. I have received today a question from a few members about credit card deposits via AlertPay. Well, I am currently working on this issue so I hope within next few days I’ll be able to give a clear answer on this issue.
EarnPlaza is growing day by day so I want to thank you all once again for this. All payments processed as usual and that’s all for today.
Best regards, Matt Powell
EarnPlaza Support”.
The site of YesInvestment was unavailable for me all day long and so I could not request my daily payouts. Although I did receive one pending payout so I believe these are just some technical difficulties which may be rectified soon. Anyway, I will try to contact the admin tonight and will report to you all tomorrow if I get any reply. Hopefully YesInvestment will be back online soon.
I would like to express my gratitude to those who keep voting in my weekly polls. I know I can be kinda annoying sometimes but I would like to emphasize the importance for me to know the opinion of my readers – your opinion. So today I would like to report that if the results are accurate then 80% of all MNO readers are men and only 20% women. This was not unexpected for me as I always knew that the men are usually more fond of investment games and gambling in general. Although it’s good to know that I have some fair ladies among my readers. And I really hope that all my readers (regardless of their gender) enjoy reading my blog as much as I enjoy writing it for you.
The other poll currently running on MNO will decide the fate of MNOFridays which many of you find controversial enough. I’m grateful that the most popular answer to my question is: “I think it’s a useful section but I already understand the industry well enough and so I don’t mind if it’s done less frequently.” 44% of votes voiced that opinion so I’m really glad to have such experienced and wise readers here on MNO. Anyway, this week due to so many scheduled reviews MNOFridays will be missed again but I intend to keep it an occasional subject on MNO and post some articles from time to time. Thanks for your participation guys, and I hope that you will keep the votes coming for both running polls the results of which will be drawn by Sunday.
The programs that paid me today are listed below:

I’m glad to report that tomorrow along with the daily news I’m going to bring to you the review of ProsperityStructure, a new short-term HYIP which by the way paid me instantly on expiry of my 132% after 3 days deposit. So stay tuned for more news from the industry and another review in tomorrow’s update!
