08/01/08. Interview with the admin of QXLsurf

1

Today I received an email from Jeff, admin of QXLsurf. He had many things to do and couldn’t get to my interview earlier. Anyway, here is the interview itself that will be of much interest to you not only if you’re a member of QXLsurf but also if you are a part of autosurfing industry as a whole. I hope you will enjoy it.

“1. Please introduce yourself to my readers.

Permit me to introduce myself to your readers, my name is Jeffrey B Taylor and “Paid to Surf” is my fulltime occupation.

2. I heard that you are not a novice in running autosurfs. Tell us about your past experience in the autosurfing industry.

Have over three years experience in owning and operating autosurf sites, as well as a few months experience running a Monitor site.

3. What is the history of QXLsurf? I heard that it was acquired by you from somebody else. Please tell us about the reasons that made you do this.

QXLSurf has quite the story behind it considering it’s only been around a few months. Gary (former owner of NSM) opened it under QXLSurf.com and sold it about a month later. Back then, I never knew the name of person who purchased the site, but not too long after he had to purchase a new domain, QXLSurf.net, my Monitor site started to receive numerous negative votes. Had these votes included a member ID that in themselves wouldn’t have posed a problem. Instead we hit with multiple votes in one day per person, and they were deleted. Votes with abusive and vulgar comments were removed. I was accused of being paid to remove votes, which wasn’t the case. My point was to take the fight to the forums, or up with the owner. Up until that time the program was paying regularly, not one person in my downline mentioned any problems either. Also during that time is when I found out the admin’s name was Bill Abbott. Up until then had never heard of him, was not a member of webpaybank either.

I had been considering opening a high ROI site a few months back, had all my research done, and had shelved the idea. I planned on waiting until the spring of 2008 before announcing my intentions to open this plan. When Bill Abbott sent out his mass-email stating he was refunding members with what funds remained he also mentioned he would give the site to anyone that wanted it. I liked the site, and was in the market for a new script for my other sites. Figured was an inexpensive way to get some hands on experience with the script. I contacted him about his offer, and after he completed refunds and zeroed accounts, took over full ownership and control.

4. Please tell us about QXLsurf plans. Why do you have two similar plans (7% for 17 days and 5% for 23 days)? Would it be more logical to go only with the main plan?

We offer three plans: 7% for 17 days, 1% for 125 days, and 5% for 23 days. Not everyone can afford to risk $10.00 so our 5% plan has a $5.00 minimum as opposed to our $10 minimum in the 7%. I also was planning on inviting everyone from GoddessAds over to QXLSurf as we offered a 5% for 22 days, and move the DragonAutoSurf members over to QXLSurf.

5. Many people are concerned about hit-n-runners that can destroy any program. What measures do you have on your site to prevent HARs and ensure stability and longevity of your program?

Many people as you mentioned, are worried about how hit-n-runners can destroy a program. I had thought that by offering a 2% referral commission, $1,000.00 maximum, and 50/50 rule on payouts of $300.00 or more would be enough to discourage hit-n-runners. I mention this as the above is why I’ve taken longer than expected to write back. One thing I didn’t take into consideration was hit-n-runners sometimes travel in groups, enter a program, make quick cash and go off to their next target. We were hit by such a group. My only comment about this is those involved have been dealt with.

6. Your site started just recently but the first payments were already received by the members. How many members are joining your program daily? Are you satisfied with members’ support so far?

I wasn’t sure how well the program would be received when first opened considering its past. I figured on it taking at least a few months before we reached our present membership and volume of sales. So am both very pleased and thrilled with how well the program has been received thus far (as with the many compliments in the various forums, thank you). We are seeing a few people joining each day now, as opposed to the rapid increase in membership in the first week.

7. Please tell us about DPS network. What sites does it include? Do you use them as an additional income for QXLsurf members or are they just separate entities?

Presently DPSGroup Network has 6 programs.

DragonProfitShareGroup.com is our program, exclusively for people serious about earning a steady income, and has the security of being able to withdraw their principle at practically any time.

DragonAutoSurf.ca is our very first program, originally opened in Sept.,
2004 as DragonAutoSurf.com. We had to obtain the present domain after our host suddenly announced to all his surf clients that we had 7 days to get our programs off his servers, and realizing he had no intention of living up to his promise of transferring the domain over to us.

Casino-DPSGroup.com is our gaming site, members can play for fun, or for real cash. All profits go towards supporting our other surf programs.

DragonProfitShareGroup.info is our Monitor program, members can see for themselves where we earn the majority of our funds needed to support our programs. Advertising revenues from this primarily go into supporting DragonProfitShareGroup.com

GoddessAds.com is geared towards the manual surf crowd, and meant more as a way promote their programs, and earn a few extra dollars for their efforts.

QXLSurf is the program that, in the near future, would like to see
everyone from DragonAutoSurf.ca and GoddessAds.com gradually moves over to.

8. What are your plans for the near future of QXLsurf? Should the members expect some changes soon?

We also have a few exciting plans in store for QXLSurf in the near future, which are presently in the developmental stage at this time.

Supportive members will receive exciting news in a few short months (REMEMBER THIS UNTIL THAT TIME ARRIVES).

9. What is your opinion about the autosurfing industry in general? Do you think it has its leaders that can define the future of the industry? What is your forecast for the year of 2008?

Personally, I see 2008 as the year where the autosurfing industry will reach its peak. We are starting to see a number of good Admins running honest programs. I see this year as when people will have finally had enough of trying to “hit the new shining star program” that offers instant wealth, and instead, stay supportive of the ones that have been paying them regularly for months on end.

10. What is your honest opinion about my blog? What features do you like about it? What would be your suggestions for improving my blog and provide my readers with the up-to-date information about the leaders of the industry?

About your blog Paul, I’ll be honest and say until you wrote me I don’t believe I had ever seen it before. I have looked it over and am impressed with the way you present yourself. Clear, concise, and very informative.”

I would like to thank Jeff for the nice interview. I enjoyed reading it and hope you did too. I can tell you that this man knows what he’s talking about. And though there are no referral commissions available now I would like to invite you to test QXLsurf by yourself. More especially as Dave just corrected my previous statement by saying that “members are not required to have an active upgrade in order to get paid“. So just try it with small amount and if you’re satisfied you can re-upgrade later.
