11/03/09. Interview with the admin of Tradirex

Hi everybody! If you have been following some of my recent reviews you will no doubt be aware firstly at how busy I have been but also of the quality of some of the plans. In the case of Tradirex you can no doubt see a quality program with a highly enthusiastic admin doing the best for both members and program. Just to recap, Tradirex original review can be seen here for your consideration. You can consider it as a reasonably dependable program and plan your investment accordingly. I should also point out that since first joining Tradirex I have been paid in full from my investment in the 5 day plan and I have also now re-deposited in all three plans. I will of course keep you informed of the progress of this and indeed all my investments in my daily news updates.

“1. Hi Pierre Yves, please introduce yourself to the readers of money-news-online and tell us about your personal involvement in this project. Do you have any previous experience in managing online HYIPs?

Hello Paul, first of all thank you for according us this interview. I’m Pierre-Yves Duval and I’m from France. I’m 39 years old. My job in Tradirex consists of support to members (mail support, forums….), manage admin’s platform (payout, small problem,…), and the most important, to assure the development of Tradirex with advertising and other ways to grow.

The 3 others admins are in charge of fund management, and financial operations in different markets (forex, metal,…). I could assure this work with them, but we estimated that one admin must be dedicated to members 24hrs /7 days. This is my job (18/24), and when I’m sleeping, and other admins take care of support by mail and process payouts.

2. What can you tell us about the history of Tradirex? How long have you been trading and what are you hoping to achieve by the launch of this project? Are you operating alone at this point or do you have some assistant or business partner?

As explained, we are a staff of four admins. We work together or individually for many years, playing forex, metal and other profitable markets which brings us more wins than loses. A few months ago, viewing how many investment programs failed, sometimes after only a few days, we decided to open our own program to offer a real and attractive opportunity to online investors. We analyzed our past investment results, added some other factors, to finally decide to offer these stable, realizable and attractive rates.
Our main goal: offer online investors stable and attractive program, and maybe become one of the best online programs available.

3. For the benefit of newcomers to the world of online HYIPs can you explain how the process works? From the moment I decide to invest in Tradirex to the moment I get my first payout, what happens? What do I do? And what do you do?

As an investor you have nothing to do, only to put a deposit and then request your payout after the expiry time. When you make a deposit in Tradirex, fund managers place directly this deposit in our investments portfolios.

Then our work is to generate the minimal profit (rate we promised you) and bring some extra profits for the team, if possible.

4. Explain to us in detail about the investment plans you are offering investors? What are the minimum and maximum amounts to invest? Are payouts automatic or do I need to request them?

The process is very easy. We offer 3 plans with same process.

The first plan we offer you pays 109% after 5 days. That’s means if you invested $100 you will see after 5 days $109 in your account, then you can request your payout or take the choice to reinvest directly from your account balance.

The second and third plans have exactly the same process, but offer you 122% after 10 days or 145% after 15 days. The minimum is $5 and the maximum $50000, for every plan.

5. Online security is a huge concern for everyone these days. Tell us in as much detail as possible about the security features of Tradirex. Are you on a dedicated server? What measures have you taken to protect the program from DdoS attacks and malicious hackers? What script are you using? Do you have SSL?

At this time we are hosted by ddoswiz.com which provides us a great and powerful protection from ddos attacks. The server isn’t dedicated, but we plan to move on a dedicated server with higher ddos protection (will be host by koddos.com).

Since the start we have no downtime, I think that’s the best proof of our ddos security.

Tradirex uses the famous GoldCoders script which is licensed. All those securities are the best solution for an online investment program, but we added a 128 bit SSL protection to take away any risks. Security is very important for us, many programs have failed due to security problems. We cannot forget we are managing big funds so we cannot play with security question.

Finally for payouts, we decided to process payment without use mass payments script (which permit to send 100 or more payout in 1 second, and 1 click), I can read in forums many complaints of hack from admin using this method to pay… So that’s take me few minutes more to process payments, but assure the best security.

6. How have you been promoting the program so far? What advertising strategy are you using? How big a part have the existing members played in this? Are you satisfied with that level of support? Could anything be done to improve on this? Is there any referral competitions to motivate members to get more active in the promotion of Tradirex?

Our marketing and advertising positions are a combination of many things. First we use many good monitors, and ordered banners in some of them. Then I’m very active on forums, trying to support all members as fast as possible. Since the start, I replied to all mails in few hours, and sometimes a few minutes, to everyone, members or not.
It’s seem that the hyip industry needs dedicated and professional admins, Tradirex has one such dedicated admin, maybe this is one of the keys to our success.

To increase the motivation of members we are organizing an active referral contest which offers a total of $550 in cash prizes for 5 best referrer. This contest will end the 15th march 2009. I’m already thinking about a second contest to continue this great and friendly way to promote Tradirex.

7. What about the success of Tradirex so far? Are you pleased with the level of growth to date? Can you give us any statistics on the amount of members and the total amount deposited? What are your expectations over the coming months?

We are very surprised by the success of Tradirex, in less than 20 days we count more than 400 members, about 300 of them already deposited for a total amount of $58000. The majority of members take the option of reinvesting directly with their balance without withdrawals, this fact shows us that members have trust in us.

Concerning the number of members, everyday more and more members join us. All indicators are showing that Tradirex will can be one of the best sites in next few months. What would any team of admins in our position think of that? We are enjoying this and very excited by it too.

8. What level of customer support do you offer members? How can they contact you if they have any issues with their investments? Do you offer telephone or e-mail support?

At this time we provide only e-mail support, a member can expect an answer within 6 hours maximum, usually less than 30 minutes. We will add a live chat support soon to offer instant support.

9. There is a growing number of HYIPs out there now competing for the same pool of money. It’s definitely a buyer’s market now so if you had just one thing to say to potential investors to convince them to join Tradirex, what would it be?

10. And finally, what is your honest opinion of my blog? Is it in your opinion a worthwhile resource for online investors? Can you offer any suggestions on how I might improve it?

In my opinion you are the best investment blog. I saw lots of your reviews recently, and one thing I observed is you ever choose programs you want present, the main difference with a lot of others which accepts all sites without exceptions. This only fact, can show why your are the best, because you are honest with your readers and you no use them to do profits, but for bring profits for everyone, in long term it’s better for everyone. I share your point of view, so I can only approve of your great and honest job.
