21/08/09. Interview with the admin of TenTraders

BEWARE! THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED PAYING!

Hi Guys! Today if you don’t mind I’d like to keep things a bit short. I don’t have a news update for you as I have decided to take a day off and go explore some of the islands and fjords that surround the majestic Norwegian coast around the Oslo area. I’ve already become quite enamored with the city itself but am even more impressed by what I saw approaching the city along the coast yesterday.

So I hope you don’t mind that I do not have a news update today but I will make up for that tomorrow. What I do have though is an interview with the admin of TenTraders, a recently launched HYIP that has been doing reasonably well of late. It’s proved to be a reasonably popular choice recently and despite some issues with payments getting delayed the regular members seem to accept it for what it is and be happy with the chance that take.

So I’ll just give you a quick reminder that TenTraders is a short term HYIP with a vast array of plans offering anything from a very basic 107% return after 7 days to a somewhat grand and ambitious plan of 450% after 20 days. You can examine them all for yourself and decide which one is best for yourself. For a more detailed analysis please refer to my original review of TenTraders published here, but first let’s hear from the admin.

“1. Hi Adam, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us a bit about your own involvement in TenTraders. Is this your first online venture? What other experience do you have in this Industry?

Hello everybody, my name is Adam and I am the office manager for TenTraders. We are a group of traders and are working together for 8 years since 2001. We have experience at most financial markets of world. How did TenTraders started?
Maybe this question be the main question of most of people. After good results of trading for several years and working with domestic members, we decided to run an online investment program based on ForEx. after researching about how can we do this job well, we found this kind of market HYIP and after researching that, we decided to use one of most popular ways of ForEx trading that nor everyone can do. And so for site managing and membership managing we use two expert site managers Alex and Randy that they do our advertising too. This would be a chance to say thank you to Alex and Randy again.

2. Can you also give us some background history on TenTraders? Why did you decide to open your own program and what are you expecting to achieve by this? What can you tell us about the other people involved?

I answered some of these questions above. And about TenTraders, we have 10 expert traders plus two site managers, two operators and one office manager.

3. What are the plans you are offering investors? What are the minimum and maximum amounts to spend? What payment processors are you currently dealing with? Are payouts automatic or do I need to request them?

4. A lot of online investors are a bit concerned over your recent move to pay all LibertyReserve investors to AlertPay accounts, or else make them wait. What is the reason for this? Are you that short of funds for LR? Some have even suggested you are dumping funds out of AP that you will be unable to withdraw before closing the program. How would you like to address these allegations and put peoples minds at ease?

As you know we should pay requested withdrawals in under 24 hours from the request being and most of times we use mass payment system to do that. An issue occurred about our LR mass payment system and we were forced to stop LR payments because our members are more than the thing that we send withdrawals to them without mass payment.
For this reason we decided to pay via AlertPay for 72 hours. But now our LR system is working well and we can pay again via LibertyReserve. Every thing is working well now.

5. How would you best explain to someone who has never heard of an HYIP before how the whole thing works? From the very first moment I decide to invest until the time I receive my first payment, what happens? What do I need to do do and what then goes on behind the scenes?

First we should understand HYIP (High Yield Investment Program). There are many ways to reach a high profit for short time. Different programs have different strategies. So some of them have innovative strategies and some others use tested strategies. And some like us use innovative plus tested strategies.

6. Tell us in as much detail as possible about the security features of TenTraders. Are you on a dedicated server? What measures have you taken to protect the program from DDoS attacks and malicious hackers? What about the script? I see that up until recently you were not using a licensed version of it. Why was that?

About Ddos attacks, we have Ddos protected hosting and TenTraders is on a dedicated server from Ddoslock.com. About hackers first we use second level and for some VIP users the third level of password protection. If someone hacks your account for withdrawal he needs a withdrawal code and for getting it he needs secondary password. And for our VIP members he must send 3rd password to receive a withdraw code.
We did not have a license because we were using a customized script but after members requests we got a license and you can check it now. But all our custom editions are stable.

7. What advertising strategy are you using to further promote TenTraders among potential new investors? Are you happy with the level of support offered by existing members?

We welcome new advertising offers every day and if we find good markets we will advertise there. Yes we are very happy about that and we should say thanks to our members.

8. What about the success of the program overall so far? Are you pleased with the level of growth to date? Can you give us any statistics on the amount of members and the total amount deposited? What are your expectations over the coming months?

We are very happy about this degree of success until now because we have over than 6500 members so far and is growing every day. But for amount deposited let us to keep this one secret. We expect minimum 11500 members at the end of month two.

9. What kind of customer support do you offer members? How can they contact you if they have any issues with their investments? Do you offer telephone or e-mail support?

We offer email support and telephone support, our email support is available now. Our telephone support is not available now but is available again in about 1-2 days. So for account problems we suggest to use mail support.

10. I tried to call your number during EST business hours on the day I reviewed your program but only got an operators message telling me that the person I was calling (they did not give any name or company name) was not available. Why was that?

As I said our telephone support will return again in the office in about 1-2 days.

11. What about your address in New York? Is this a real office or a virtual “serviced” office? If I was to visit that address would I really find TenTraders there? Or is it just a mail and message collection/forwarding service? Are any interested investors in the New York area welcome to call there?

It is our valid address but as I said we are not a registered company, we are a group of traders. Then please don’t expect to see a huge structure there. And about members, we can not accept members there because our office is not very big and so our job is very delicate. But we are planning to do this in future.

12. Maybe you could tell us more now about the outside business interests of TenTraders? How are you investing members money? I have seen hundreds if not thousands of programs claiming to be involved in things like Stocks and ForEx trading but have never seen a shred of evidence to prove any of it. How can investors independently verify the truth of any of your claims?

In fact if we have TenTraders online this is because of help investors to earn money. I said we are working forex since 2001, But be sure if now forex banned, we know many other ways to earn money and we can continue with TenTraders for a long time. Then please let us keep investors happy with our best innovative strategies.

13. With so many new programs coming online every day, what would be the one thing you would say to investors who are still undecided on which program to pick? What are the benefits of joining TenTraders over any other program?

I don’t like to say “don’t invest any other place”. But about benefits of joining TenTraders I can say we guarantee your principal and so your account is safe 100% with us. 14. And finally what can we expect in the future from TenTraders? Any plans to change things around a bit or do you think the program is fine the way it is?

I don’t think so about plan changing. It is working well for investors and us. It’s fine.”

Thanks a lot to Adam for that. To date TenTraders has proved to be a popular pick among investors favoring short term HYIPs and despite some problems surrounding slow payments and redirecting payments to other payment processors it has proved to be extremely competitive against even the best and most popular programs. There seems to be a growing audience for such programs and if you count yourself among them then I hope TenTraders will be a profitable experience for you.

Just one other thing I almost forgot to mention. I have joined another promising new program today. It’s called PreviaTrust and it’s offering three plans to join under. The first plan pays 8% for 14 days (112%) and is intended for deposits between $10 and $500. If you wish to invest an amount from $501 to $1000 you will offered more profitable terms of 9% for 13 days (117%). Finally for larger investors willing to spend over $1K there is 10% for 12 days plan (120%). Note that your account in PreviaTrust will be credited only on business days although you can request your payment at any time. So in my opinion the plans are not too high and can be sustainable for a number of months. PreviaTrust is hosted on a dedicated server with DDoS-protection by Koddos and use a licensed script from MonetarySoft. PreviaTrust just launched a couple of days ago and it might be a good pick for diversifying your investment portfolio. The only real drawback I can see about them is the quite limited choice of payment processors (currently only LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and StrictPay are accepted). I’m going to review PreviaTrust program on my blog after receipt of the first payment (hopefully by the beginning of next week) but you can check out the program already today and make an informed investment decision.
