21/10/09. Interview with the admin of ReliableFunds

Hi guys! One of the most recent addition to my monitoring page was ReliableFunds and today I have a short interview with its admin David. It’s a short term program with three investment plans that offer payments both by the day and on expiry including 105% after 5 days, 115% after 10 days, and 125% after 15 days.

So I have given the admin the opportunity to explain ReliableFunds to you in this interview. Here are his own answers to the questions put to him, and if you believe these answers to be satisfactory and tell you what you want to know, then you can always refer back to my original review published here.

“1. Hi David, please introduce yourself to the readers of money-news-online and tell us about your personal involvement in this project. Do you have any previous experience in managing online HYIPs?

Hi readers, as you may know my name is David Feldon and I’m the main admin of ReliableFunds. Most of my day passes by managing funds and getting them ready for further investments! I’ve been an active investor in multiple programs but never had my own. So with the help of my friends I took on the challenge and made ReliableFunds!

2. What can you tell us about the history of ReliableFunds? How long have you been trading and what are you hoping to achieve by the launch of this project? Are you operating alone at this point or do you have some assistant or business partner?

ReliableFunds was created to open a new window of opportunity for our company and in 21st century there is no better place to offer your services than doing it Online! By lunching this project we were hoping to enter the Online investment industry and participate in high level. Until now, I think we’ve done that well. We have a lot of new clients that rely on us and we are glad to serve them!

At this point we are a five person team, two financial experts, one advertising manager and two support managers.

3. For the benefit of newcomers to the world of online HYIPs can you explain how the process works? From the moment I decide to invest in ReliableFunds to the moment I get my first payout, what happens? If this is my first experience with an online investment program what do I need to do before joining?

Investing in our program is very easy. All you need to do is register, choose a plan and invest from your e- currency account. Then we collect all funds and find the best way to invest them and gain the highest profit. After that we pay you back your principal with interest.

It’s that simple!

4. Explain to us in detail about the investment plans you are offering investors? What are the minimum and maximum amounts to invest? What payment processors are you currently dealing with? Are payouts automatic or do I need to request them? Is my principal returned?

Payouts are instant after request and principal is included.

Currently we offer 3 plans:

1) 105% after 5 days
Minimum and maximum amounts: $1 – $5,000

2) 115% after 10 days
Minimum and maximum amounts: $5 – $10,000

3) 125% after 15 days
Minimum and maximum amounts: $10 – $50,000

We accept: LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, AlertPay, Visa, MasterCard and American Express through AlertPay’s interface.

5. Online security is a huge concern for everyone these days. Tell us in as much detail as possible about the security features of ReliableFunds. Who is your hosting provider and how satisfied are you with them as a service provider? Are you on a dedicated server? What measures have you taken to protect the program from DDoS attacks and malicious hackers?

Our hosting provider is Koddos, they are doing a great job and they have very fast support. Yes, we are on a dedicated server and for now all DDoS attacks were prevented thanks to their reliable security system!

6. What can you tell us about the script ReliableFunds is running on?

It’s a licensed GoldCoders script, it’s easy to use both for us and for members. It offers instant payouts.

7. How have you been promoting the program so far? What advertising strategy are you using? How big a part have the existing members played in this? Are you satisfied with that level of support? Could anything be done to improve this in the future?

We have been promoting our program in a multitude of ways. We advertise in forums, monitors and other places that our potential clients could visit, organize contests etc.
At this point I’m satisfied but there is always something that can be improved in the future.

8. What about the success of ReliableFunds up until now? Are you satisfied with that? You are claiming around 1800 members but on the referrals page I can’t see anybody with more the ten referrals. How can that be possible? Everybody is saying that the numbers are greatly exaggerated. What is your explanation?

It is only our first attempt in this online industry and I think that we are doing great! From my opinion 1800 members is just the beginning and there is more to come.

Many users register through our referral link which was removed from list as well as members who have obtained them through illegal ways – like spam.

9. What level of customer support do you offer members? How can they contact you if they have any issues with their investments? Do you offer live chat or telephone support?

Members can contact with us through the Live Chat, send a Support Form or use our test Phone support number. It’s a temporary number that will connect you with my partner in Europe.

10. You also claim an office address in Texas. Can you explain to the readers what exactly will happen if a potential investor calls to that office, during business hours, with a simple request for more information on ReliableFunds? Who will he meet there and what will they tell him?

11. What can you tell us about your outside business and trading activities? How are you funding the interest payments to members and is it possible for anybody joining to independently verify this? Who exactly are the financial experts you allude to and what qualifies them as such. 7 years experience shared between 5 people hardly qualifies anyone as an “expert” does it?

Our program is based on currency, e-currency exchange, some short term local investments and we take a small part in ForEx trading.

The experience is not shared between 5 people. Every one has different specification experience in which he makes decisions to ensure positive outcome.

12. There’s some pretty stiff competition out there these days for HYIP’s with more programs chasing less money. What are the main advantages of joining ReliableFunds over some other good programs I could name?

13. And finally what are the future plans for ReliableFunds? How are you planning to help the program’s future growth and try to establish yourselves as a major player in the online investment arena?

I have many plans for future. We plan to place banners and sticky listings in forums like MMG, DTM etc. New monitors are in our advertise plans as well.
