Hi everyone! It’s another busy day for MNO today with a lot to get through. So much that I’ll have two updates for you. I’ll have all the news for you later tonight so be sure to check back for that. I’ll also have a review of a very interesting brand new investment program have a look at that as well.

First up though I’m talking to Bernard from TradeZoom. It’s a long term HYIP that have slowly but surely been establishing a dependable reputation for themselves over the last few months. I almost couldn’t believe it myself but TradeZoom have now been on my monitoring page since the start of last October with no problems worth mentioning. It’s been something of a slow burner but that’s no bad thing with long term HYIPs. Evidence of that is that we are still talking about it over three months later. In that time they have undergone a number of positive changes that have made the program more accessible for investors. But why don’t I let Bernard do the talking on that one?

“1. Hi, please introduce yourself to the readers of money-news-online and tell us about your personal involvement in this project. Do you have any previous experience in managing online HYIPs?

Hello everybody. My name is Bernard Bartell and I am the Marketing manager of TradeZoom Company. We had no real experience in online investments before now but we did our research and we are learning more and more new things about it every day.

2. What can you tell us about the history of TradeZoom? How long have you been trading and what are you hoping to achieve by the launch of this project? Are you operating alone or do you have some assistant or business partner?

We are working offline since 2005 but we opened the online business just recently as you know – September 2009. The main manager is James Petros that runs the company and also leads the trading team. He is a professional specializing in management, trade, and marketing with more than 14 years experience in stock and ForEx markets.

Our company has a financial manager, a marketing manager, a trading manager, a customer support manager and about 80 employees. In the early days we realized that a person with information security science is necessary for our online business and now a security expert joins us as well.

3. For the benefit of people finding your site for the first time, can you explain how the process works? From the moment I decide to invest in TradeZoom to the moment I get my first payout, what happens? What do I need to do to become a member? And what do you do?

It’s very user friendly for newbies, I can divide it to 4 easy steps:

1) Fill out the registration form and open an account.
2) Login to your account, go to the deposit page and select an investment plan.
3) Enter the amount you want deposit and press the investment button.
4) Login whenever you want and withdraw your interest.

4. Explain to us in detail about the investment plans you are offering investors? What are the minimum and maximum amounts to invest? Are payouts automatic or do I need to request them?

Our experts are collect trading reports since 2005 and calculate the average revenue. They deduce Company can pay 2% fixed interest rate daily for 90 days without risk. (Daily investment plan).

After a while we received huge investments which brought more profit, so we decided increase our interest rate. I made a suggestion to James Petros about adding a compounding plan but he was against it and defiantly so. He believes we must guarantee interest and we can not take that risk. Finally, after more surveys he accepted the addition of another plan to give 250% interest after 90 business days. In this plan (Long-term investment plan), a daily profit instead of paying to investors is returned to the market and after 90 business days, more interest will be paid (250%).
Minimum amount for investment is $10 and maximum amount is limited to $100000.
Payouts are manual – You must login to your account and request your money for withdrawal.

5. I see one of the major improvements you have made since you first started has been to expand the list of payment processors. What payment processors are you accepting and how has this helped you expand your business?

In any e-commerce industry a successful company needs to improve day by day. As you know, in every area a different payment processor is popular and more payment processors help to get more investors from all around the World.

We are currently accepting LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, AlertPay and StrictPay because according to our research these e-currencies have most popularity at this time. Also, we might accept SolidTrustPay and/or Pecunix in the near future.

6. Online security is a huge concern for everyone these days. Tell us in as much detail as possible about the security features of TradeZoom. Are you on a dedicated server? What measures have you taken to protect the program from DdoS attacks and malicious hackers? Do you have SSL?

Information security is one of the most important issues in online business. Our server is located on a fire-walled dedicated server from Staminus Communications Inc. with SecurePort to prevent higher intensity DDoS attacks and managed by GeniusGuard team, one of the best hosting providers on the web.

Also all data transactions between user and server are protected via SSL encryption issued by Thawte Company.

7. How have you been promoting the program so far? What advertising strategy are you using? How big a part have the existing members played in this? Is there any kind of referral program to motivate members to get more active in the promotion of TradeZoom?

We have different advertisement strategies for different times. At the present time we are monitored by a lot of monitors and blogs and we also have sticky topics on some forums and banners there too but in my professional opinion, the best kind of advertisement is to wit the investor’s satisfaction and offer good services. Also an affiliate program can be a good motivation for users to promote company growth and we pay high referral commission (10% of total deposit) unlike other investment programs.

8. What level of customer support do you offer members? How can they contact you if they have any issues with their investments? Do you offer telephone or e-mail support?

Our customer service is available via E-mail, Fax and Phone.

The best way is by e-mailing us, for technical questions, either straight to our e-mail address or through the contact form on the web site. The majority of the e-mails received are answered within 12 hours.

9. What can you tell us about the outside business interests of TradeZoom? What are you doing with investor’s money to generate such enormous profits? What evidence can you offer on that?

We are trading in ForEx and high yield commodities like crude oil, rubber, residential construction and air conditioning packages since 2005. Our experts in the Risk Management Department are working 24-hours per day researching the volatilities in different equity & financial markets to find effective methods for investing in these markets and the risk department assess the market before any deal is done.

Also this department specifies how much money is spent in every trade and we guarantee your deposits because spending money that we cannot afford to lose is impossible.

We are working on adding a new section to the website providing trades details but without any confidential information. I don’t want tell more details here for surprising investors in the near future.

10. I am also interested in your postal address. What would I find there if I called during business hours? Is it a “virtual” managed office for collecting mail or would I find a real working business staffed by TradeZoom employees? What about the fax number? If I sent a fax with private information how can I be sure about who is going to be seeing it at the other side?

Postal address and fax are real and managed by real people. Don’t worry about security because any mail or fax is private and only trusted persons have access to them. Also, the scans of the corporation documents are available for the investors, but we have to verify investors before show them our company documents. Actually the verification is necessary to avoid any abuse. Of course, verifying is simple and it requires an ID with photo and proof of residence.

11. A lot of good HYIPs have opened recently. There is a pretty big choice out there for the investor so if you had just one thing to say to potential investors to convince them to give you their money, what would it be?

The majority of HYIPs are not standard and I doubt that many of them are real. This is the reason for members not trusting us in the first place. But we have stable plans and time will prove why TradeZoom is different with other HYIPs!

We always listen to our members very carefully, and do everything to solve problems as fast as possible, so all investors have satisfaction and this sets us apart from other programs.

12. And finally, what are the plans for the immediate future of TradeZoom? How are you planning to keep the program competitive with as I said so many new programs starting up? Can we expect any further changes or do you think the program is ok as it is for now?

We never think of our program as completely finished! Our goal is to create an exclusive international network in order to present the most advanced methods to enter the world of business, financing, investment… so for reaching this goal we must always upgrade and add more features to our website.

Our Short term plans include improved customer support and service via live-chat, adding a forum, and ensure investors from our business details with a new feature that’s never been seen before in online investment programs.

Thanks a lot to Bernard for taking the time for that. Sorry to contradict him here but as a blogger I feel I wouldn’t be doing my duty if I don’t add my own comment to his answer to question 10. I am in no way accusing TradeZoom of any wrongdoing here, so apologies in advance if it looks that way, but under no circumstances whatsoever should you ever supply personal identity documents to any HYIP. No exceptions. It will only result in problems for you in the long run so get into the habit of keeping confidential information strictly to yourself. That’s why they call it “confidential”!
