Hi everybody! One of the few promising short term HYIPs to launch recently has been TopEarnClub and for the first update today I have an interview with the program’s admin, Nick Eckhart. If you took my advice and joined at the beginning then you’d already be nicely in profit by now because as of last Wednesday Nick has successfully began paying out on expiry.

Before we hear from him I will just remind you that TopEarnClub offers terms of 18% for 7 days and 135% after 7 days. Further information can be found in my review published here and can be discussed in the MNO forum thread found here.

“1. Hi Nick, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us about your own role within TopEarnClub. What are your own duties within the program? How much experience do you have as an admin of an online investment project?

Hello MNO readers. My name is Nick Eckhart and I am the administrator of TopEarnClub. As admin of TopEarnClub I am responsible for all program activities such as cash-flow control, replying to support requests, marketing of the program etc. I don’t have much experience as admin, but I do have good experience as an online investor and have been around this industry for many years.

2. Can you also give us some background on the program? How long have you been running? What were you hoping to achieve by starting it in the first place? Apart from you is there anybody else working on TopEarnClub?

TopEarnClub is a still a young and a new online investment program which just started on 12 May 2010. Since we just started 11 days ago, there isn’t much of a background to it just yet but let me share the story and the reason TopEarnClub was established. As I’ve said in the first question, I have been investing in this industry for many years. My background as an investor has brought me both gains and losses. The losses were because of dishonest admins and the poor marketing plans of their programs. It all start in “Black March”, where lots of long term and giant programs collapsed and others start to follow one by one, since then investors started playing a lot more high ROI programs. Although the majority of investors know that those programs will be closed after 1 or 2 cycles, they are still willing to gamble, hoping that they can gain some profits before the admins close up shop. Witnessing those sad facts for myself I then decided to launch my own program: one which could offer fellow investors the opportunity to make some profits and also to bring back some integrity to HYIP industry.

In the beginning I worked with one partner, Eugene. He still helps me with the design, and other technical related issues, but just recently I hired some freelancers who will help us taking care of the program.

3. What about the investment plans? Can you explain them in detail to us? What are the minimum and maximum amounts for investment, what rates of interest are on offer and how long do they run for?

TopEarnClub offers two investment plans;

Plan 1 (Daily payment for 7 calendar days): here we offer 18% daily for 7 days, total return is 126%. Your initial investment is included in daily returns so at the end of 7 days members will earn 26% clear profit.

Plan 2 (Payment after 7 calendar days): on this plan we offer 135% after 7 days, Payment is after plan expired (7 calendar days) initial investment is included in the total return, 35% clear profit after 7 days.

The minimum deposit is $5 and the maximum is $5,000. Additional deposits are allowed but can not exceed $5,000 in total.

4. Tell us about the payment options available from TopEarnClub. What payment processors are you currently dealing with?

At the moment TopEarnClub accepts five major payment processors, Liberty Reserve, AlertPay, Perfect Money, StrictPay and GlobalDigitalPay. There is one more payment processor but I’m still waiting for their verification.

5. How highly would you rate the security of your own website? Tell us about your hosting provider and how highly would you rate them as a service provider?

TopEarnClub website is hosted with Koddos, who also provide us with DDoS protection. All files are monitored 24 hours and we also regularly backup our database.

Combined I would say our site security is highly professional.

Recently we did encounter some attacks towards our program. But through those difficult times, Koddos support has been very helpful by securing our files and protecting our website from further attacks. Judging by the way they handled their client support request and their skills in protecting our websites from those harmful attacks, we highly vouch their professionalism and the reliability of their company.

6. What about your script? Who is the provider and what do you think the benefits of this script are to both the admin and the investors? Are you using SSL encryption?

TopEarnClub is running on the famous GoldCoders script and is licensed. The biggest benefit from GoldCoders is the easy to navigate interface for both admin and members and also the security features. Goldcoders also provide great support to their clients and I speak from experience when I faced difficulties, their support and assistance are top notch for a software company who handle thousands of clients. 256 bit SSL encryption also installed on the website for additional security so as to ensure all data submitted will not get intercepted by third parties.

7. What kind of customer support do you offer? What is the best and most efficient way to contact you if I have any questions?

At the moment all support requests are handled through the support form which can be found in the contact us page. Additional support features will be implemented once membership numbers start growing.

8. What have been the most common questions, problems, or other support related issues that you have had to deal with so far? Is there anything you would like to address here so that members can avoid having to contact you?

The most common question being asked is whether our investment plans are calculated based on calendar days or business days. The second most popular question is whether we are a registered and licensed company. Well let me take this opportunity to explain this to current and potential members. Both plans are calculated on calendar days (7 days a week). As for registration and licensed, the answer is NO. We are not registered and licensed company. TopEarnClub is simply an online investment projects created by online investor and dedicated to my fellow investor in this industry.

9. What other outside business and investment activities are TopEarnClub involved with? Are you doing anything more constructive with your member’s money? Because I said in my review that there is little real information about that on your website. Am I correct in assuming you are a regular online HYIP?

I own several e-commerce businesses myself and they have been my main source of income for years. Also a portion of members deposits are invested into other projects which are qualified under my due diligence. However beside those income streams our program will still need some cash-flow and constant support from members.

Anybody can assume our program is anything they like; an investment, a gamble, a game or whatever people like to call us. I myself work along the lines that TopEarnClub as a combination of all of this and more, where an investor can make profits and have fun while investing their funds with us. I mention fun because I plan to start some creative and fun promotional projects for our members soon.

10. Tell us more about the general advertising and promotional strategies being used by TopEarnClub. How are you getting the message across to potential investors?

The advertising/promotion strategy was the first thing I planned after deciding to launch TopEarnClub. Each of our promotional ideas will be unique which means they will be creative and not just the same old referral contests we see everywhere.

As you may have noticed I just launched my first unique promotion campaign which was introduced after a couple of days in our first newsletter. Our new promotion campaign offers members up to 15% extra profits from each payment they have obtained from us. More information on that can be found on our website. So far I am pleased that my unique advertising approach which has reaped some positive results and support from the members.

11. Are there any plans to develop TopEarnClub further in the near future? Will there be any interesting changes made soon? How are you planning to keep the program competitive with so many new HYIPs opening every day?

There will be a few improvements that I’m looking to bring to TopEarnClub. As I have mentioned in the answer to your second question I just hired some new employees to help me taking care of a few things. Whether it will be interesting or not I think we should just wait and see in our second official newsletter. TopEarnClub official newsletter will always be published at the end of every investment cycle (every seven days since the program started).

Competition in the market is good as it will encourage admins of other programs to work harder and get more creative to compete. Hence separate profitable and well planned programs with other “quick launch” programs. However to become “The best” or “The biggest” program in this industry isn’t my target and was not the reason I created TopEarnClub. But to become “The longest lasting” short term program, hmm I would love to challenge for that title, lol.

12. And finally is there anything else you wish to say not covered in this interview? If there was just one thing you could say to investors to get them to join your program before any other then what would it be?

There is one thing I wish to tell your readers before I end this interview session. If my fellow investors would like to help me grow TopEarnClub while making some decent profits from your investment and helping re-build the reputation of this industry, then it will be my pleasure to have you all as my partners and I will do everything within my power to keep this program functioning properly and run it to its maximum potential.
