11/03/2011. Interview with the admin of ForexTradingTeam

Hi all! It looks like a quiet end to the week on the news front, but what I do have for you is an interview with the admin of a long term program by the name of ForexTradingTeam that launched a bit more than a month ago. His name is John and he’s going to explain to us a little bit about what goes on in the program so I hope you find something useful in it.

Before we hear from him let me just remind you that ForexTradingTeam are offering terms of between 2%-3% for 200 business days, and your principal returned on expiry. “1. Hi John, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and give us a little background information on yourself and your experience in managing other peoples money.

Hello, dear readers of MNO and our valued ForexTradingTeam clients. Hello, Paul. I appreciate this opportunity to be interviewed on your blog. My name is John and I’m at the head of ForexTradingTeam. Having got good experience in managing borrowed funds in our offline activity for years, we’ve launched our online investment platform not long ago. The results tell us that it’s been the right decision.

2. Can you share some facts about the ForexTradingTeam business with us? How long have you been in operation? Are you the sole employee or do you have an assistant or a partner?

Our offline company was founded by the group of professional FX traders in 2005. Having joined our knowledge and professional skills, we established the advantageous and efficient company trading on Forex.

3. Assuming someone is coming into the online investments industry for the first time, can you talk us through a step-by-step guide in how to become a member of ForexTradingTeam and what happens afterwards?

To start investing with ForexTradingTeam, you need to open a free account with us. To do that, please, click on BECOME AN INVESTOR or OPEN AN ACCOUNT on our site, read and agree with our Rules & Customer Agreements, then click on “I have read and consent” button and fill the investor form. Since you’ve become an official member of ForexTradingTeam and can invest with us choosing any of our investment plans.

4. What are you offering investor in terms of plans and profits? What is the minimum and maximum amounts you can invest?

Our investment plans cover different types of investor groups. We’re offering 5 investment plans. I’ll describe in details the first three as they’re the most popular among our investors.

The first one is named Forex Starter and offers 2% daily for 200 business days for deposits from $10 to $224.
The second plan is called Forex Basic. It offers 2.25% daily for 200 business days for deposits from $225 to $999.
The third plan, Forex Pro, offers 2.5% daily for 200 business days for deposits from $1,000 to $6,999.
The client who intends to invest more than $100,000 must have minimum active deposit of $20,000 in ForexTradingTeam account. You must contact us by phone and ask about how to attend our offline meeting in order to process the deposit.
Deposit early withdrawal option is also available for all our plans.

Does giving members the option to either withdraw their principals early put a strain on the program’s cash-flow? If you don’t know how many people will come or go doesn’t it make it difficult to plan for the longer-term future because you never know how much money you’re going to have on any particular day?

Early withdrawals of initial deposits don’t put any pressure on the program’s cash-flow as we hold reserve fund to meet our obligations when premature principals are withdrawn.

5. What payment processors are ForexTradingTeam currently dealing with? What have been the most popular choices so far, both in terms of the number of individual investors and in terms of the amount of money deposited?

We’re currently accepting 5 payment processors: Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, Alert Pay, Solid Trust Pay and Global Digital Pay. The most popular and widely used payment systems in our program are Liberty Reserve and Alert Pay.

6. Can you give us any other general statistics on the program, for example the number of active members, total deposits, total withdrawals, etc?

For now ForexTradingTeam has attracted more than 1200 active investors, total active deposits are over $100,000. Those statistical data continues to grow and generate up every day.

7. What would be the best and most efficient way of contacting you if I have any questions or problems? I notice you have “Live Chat” but I never seem to see it online myself. Can you tell us what kind of schedule you keep there? What are the best times (GMT) to find an operator there?

For the time being we have disabled live chat on our website because it was abused by spammers and not really big number of investors used it anyway. We encourage our clients to use e-mail form instead. Also, we have separate e-mail addresses for lost deposits (lostdeposit@forextradingteam.net ) and any urgent questions (urgent@forextradingteam.net) where the client will get an answer in a very short time.

8. What have been the most common questions, problems, or other support related issues that you have had to deal with so far? Is there anything you would like to address here so that members can avoid having to contact you?

9. Can you tell us in detail about the security of ForexTradingTeam? Who is your hosting provider and how highly do you rate them as a service provider? What script are you running off? Are you using SSL encryption?

We’re using high-quality DDoS protection provided by BlockDos. We highly appreciate their services. BlockDos support is fast and 24/7, that’s all we need when our site has got some problem. The licensed script is from GoldCoders and SSL certificate from Comodo.

10. I said in my review that your postal address does not have a valid post (zip) code (or rather the one you display isn’t valid) and that your telephone number didn’t work? How do you respond?

That was an unfortunate error.

11. What other outside business and investment activities are you involved with? Can we see any independently verifiable proof of these activities?

As stated on our website, we are in Forex trading. For the time being Forex Trading Team does not provide trading statements to investors. However, this can be changed in the future. The same goes for other proofs.

12. Tell us more about the general advertising and promotional strategies being used by ForexTradingTeam. In a very competitive market what are you doing to bring the program to a wider investment audience?

We believe the most efficient way of increasing our online presence is to advertise and promote our program on the better blogs, forums, sites and monitoring services referred to high yield investment programs. We thought out stages of our advertising campaign and have been carrying on it stage by stage that does make ForexTradingTeam’s member base more. Not to sound proofless, I’d like to give you a real example. One of those stages has included in building a mutually advantageous partnership with Instaforex. broker ? 1in Asia. 13. Are there any plans to develop ForexTradingTeam further in the near future? Will there be any interesting changes made soon? How are you planning to keep the program competitive with so many other options open to investors?

Talking about interesting changes, at some of our investors’ requests, we’ve just added two more payment processors: Solid Trust Pay and Global Digital Pay.

To keep ForexTradingTeam competitive over the long term we’re going to expand our program’s exposure with next stages of our advertising and promotional activities.

14. And finally, is there anything you feel that wasn’t covered in this interview that you think the readers of MNO should be aware of?

If one would like to define ForexTradingTeam in three words, that would be stability, reliability and warranty. We know how to overcome different difficulties, how to run a HYIP program.
