16/04/2011. Interview with the admin of Opulentia
Beware! Opulentia is officially closed! Do not invest!
Hi everyone! In a reversal of how I usually do things on MNO, today I opted to publish the main news update earlier than usual. This was because I didn’t do so yesterday and there’s a lot to catch up on. So for any HYIP related news stories you need to check up on please just refer back to the article published earlier today.
Anyway, back to this evening’s article and I have a recent interview with Daniel, the admin of a long term investment program called Opulentia which was first reviewed on MNO here. They’ve been going for the last two months and the recent confirmation – received just after this interview was completed – that AlertPay and SolidTrustPay have been added as payment processors will give them a huge boost I’m sure. Before we hear from Daniel I’ll just remind you that Opulentia offers two investment plans with terms of 2.15% on every business day for 365 days, and 11% for 55 weeks with your principal back on expiry in both.
“1. Hi Daniel, please start by introducing yourself to the readers of MNO and telling us a bit first about your own role in Opulentia and then about your background in the HYIP industry. What kind of previous experience do you have in managing funds?
I’m Daniel Beletzky and I’m Opulentia’s CEO. I live and work in Switzerland. I’m in the investment business for more than 4 years, but I don’t have a lot of experience with HYIPs.
2. Can you also tell us a bit more about Opulentia itself? How long have you been in business? Are you running this alone or are there others involved with you? Why did you start the program to begin with?
Opulentia has been online for little more than 2 months. Besides me, the CEO, we have two top traders with whom I’ve been working for years. There is one more employee whose job is processing withdrawals and customer service.
There’s four of us at the moment, but we’ll have more team members soon.
3. Please explain the investment plans to us in detail. What are the minimum and maximum amounts accepted? What rates of interest do you offer and how long does it run for?
Minimum amount is only 1$, and we intend to keep it that way so the users can test our services cheaply. There is no maximum amount currently.
We have two plans, daily (2.15% every working day for 1 year + the principal) and weekly (11% weekly for 55 weeks +the principal).
4. If a reader wants to join Opulentia then what payment processors are you using? Is there any particular reason why you don’t have verified processors like AlertPay or SolidTrustPay?
At the moment we accept Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money and Global Digital Pay.
Very soon, we’ll add SolidTrustPay and AlertPay. Our account verification is already done but we are waiting for the answer from these two processors to be sure that our business is acceptable to them as we wish to avoid any problems in the future.
The only reason we haven’t done it before is that we didn’t know they are so popular. We received a lot of requests from our investors, especially for AlertPay, and we hope we’ll manage to fulfill their request in the next few days. Chances are that, by the time this gets published, they will be already added.
5. Can you give us any statistics regarding the program? Particularly in relation to the number of members, the amounts paid in and out, and to which payment processors.
Unfortunately I cannot give you any statistics because it’s confidential information.
What I can tell you is that Liberty Reserve is the most popular among the investors and GlobalDigitalPay is the least popular. Probably because GlobalDigitalPay is the newest, and the users still haven’t recognized all of its advantages.
6. How highly would you rate the security of your own website? Tell us about your hosting provider and how highly would you rate them as a service provider?
As you can see for yourself, the safety of our site is very high. We have a protected server, SSL encryption, regular back-ups, etc. This has great importance to us and that is why we chose Black Lotus as our hosting provider. It is not cheap but it provides top-quality service.
7. What about your script? Who is the provider? What do you think the benefits of this script are to both the admin and the investors? Are you using SSL encryption?
As I have said already, we use SSL encryption. The script we are using is GoldCoders, but we are working with programmers in GoldCoders to modify that script for our needs.
8. What kind of customer support do you offer? What is the best and most efficient way to contact you if I have any questions?
The best option is via forms on our site or through e-mail at support@opulentia.ch
Phone support will be available soon, when we move to a bigger office in Zürich.
9. What have been the most common questions, problems, or other support related issues that you have had to deal with so far? Is there anything you would like to address here so that members can avoid having to contact you?
Our biggest problem are those investors who do not understand our plans. Those investors are usually those who have very little knowledge of English, and after they invest they realize they have made a mistake because it is not something they expected. We gave those investors refunds.
10. What if any other outside business and investment activities are you involved with? Is it fair to assume that you are a traditional lottery style online HYIP game?
Of course we are not a lottery game. As you can read on our site, the main portion of our income comes from stock markets, while the rest is gained from our forex investments.
11. Tell us more about the general advertising and promotional strategies being used by Opulentia. In a very competitive market what are you doing to bring Opulentia to a wider investment audience?
We advertise in most monitors and blogs, including you, but what’s interesting is that the biggest number of our investors comes through word of mouth. That means we are doing our job properly.
12. Can you explain the Swiss flag displayed on your website? If you don’t supply an address, phone number, or any contact details from inside Switzerland then why do you have the flag there? Why would anyone be interested or think it makes your program in any way more reliable because of this?
The Swiss flag is there because we are registered in Switzerland, and we work and live there.
If you think it’s “misleading” you are very wrong, because our address is no secret , but we are not open for visits at the moment, because our office is not yet suitable.
When we move to Zürich, we intend to be open for visits, and the phone support will also be available.
13. Are there any plans to develop Opulentia further in the near future? Will there be any interesting changes or promotional activities? How are you planning to keep the program competitive in such challenging times?
We have plans, but I’ll talk about them when it’s time. Basically, I can say you won’t regret being our investor.
14. And finally:
a) is there anything you feel that wasn’t covered in this interview that you think the readers should hear about?
This interview covered all important points very well, so nothing comes to my mind right now, but in any case, if you or anyone else who is interested remembers something, feel free to contact us.
b) would you like to comment on the MNO review of Opulentia? Did you find it fair? Is there anything you either didn’t like or didn’t agree with? Is there anything you feel was incorrect or unfair and would like to address?
Your review is very fair, just as the review of other programs, which is the reason we wanted to be promoted by you.
I like your blog and I enjoy reading it.”
Thanks a lot to Daniel for that and again let me just clarify once again that in relation to his answer to question 4, this interview was received the day before AlertPay and SolidTrustPay were confirmed as official Opulentia payment processors. Good luck to him and good luck to all the investors who have either already joined or are thinking of doing so.
That’s about it for now, guys. Enjoy the rest of the weekend and make sure to check out MNO again tomorrow when I will again have two updates. See you all then!
