Beware! ROICredit has stopped paying! Do not invest!

Hello all! For the last post on MNO for the weekend I have another interview for you, this time with the admin of another longer term program called ROICredit. That’s a recently launched HYIP which was added to the MNO Premium list just over two weeks ago when they first opened for business. Since then there’s been a slow but gradual growth in popularity, as one might expect from a program offering the low but long term rates of interest available from ROICredit such as 3%-4% for 60 days, and your principal back on expiry.

The admin’s name is John, so without further ado let’s hear what he has to say about both himself and his program. Hopefully it will be of some interest to existing ROICredit investors, as well as those still thinking about it. 1. Hi John, please start by introducing yourself to the readers of MNO and telling us a bit first about your own role in ROICredit and then about your background in the HYIP industry. What kind of previous experience do you have in managing funds?

Hello Paul and MNO readers. Let me first thank you for this interview and for introducing our company to your readers.

I am John Michel founder and CEO of ROICredit. I am responsible for Managing High end Security related issues and Constant monitoring of Traders. From the administrator’s point of view even though this is my first online investment program, our Team have been following High yield investment programs for the past few years and finally we have decided to expand our business online. Having done my Business Administration, I have started my Career as a Trader dealing mostly in European forex market and had even managed an offline business having more than 3000 offline investors.

2. Can you also tell us a bit more about ROICredit itself? How long have you been in business? Are you running this alone or are there others involved with you? Why did you start the program to begin with?

We have been in business for 8 years. We work as a Team, however they are extremely busy in Trading and gathering many resources related to historical and statistical Forex data. We have come online solely for the purpose of increasing our activity base and leverage capital so that our company will grow enormously and yield better returns to Investors.

3. Please explain the investment plans to us in detail. What are the minimum and maximum amounts accepted? What rates of interest do you offer and how long do they run for?

We offer three types of investment plans BASIC, STANDARD, and ULTIMATE.

BASIC plan pays 3% daily for 60 calendar days with deposits going from $10 to $1000

STANDARD plan pays 3.5% daily, also for 60 calendar days with a minimum investment of $1,001 and a maximum of $6,000

ULTIMATE plan has a minimum deposit of $6,001 and no maximum deposit and it pays 4% daily for 60 calendar days

Principal is returned at the end of the investment period for all plans however compounding is not available.

4. Can you give us any statistics regarding the program? Particularly in relation to the number of members, the amounts paid in and out, and to which payment processors.

We have around 927 users registered with us as of today and 50% investments were made to our Basic plan, 35% investments were made to our Standard plan, 15% investments were made to our Ultimate plan.

We have realized and are in fact surprised that 20-30% of the Investors are redepositing funds from Account Balance even though it is not mandatory It is a significant testimony for the faith Investors have on ROICredit and we would take this opportunity in Congratulating each and every Registered user without whom we would not have achieved significant progress online.

5. How long has ROICredit been online for now? How satisfied are you with the progress you have made as regards the growth of the program, the number of active members, and the total deposits? Were you expecting more or less to be achieved by this time?

Its been 39 days since ROICredit started its journey online. To be honest we just expected a moderate increase in deposits As we know this industry is extremely competitive. We had just projected $5K deposits in the first 15 days however I remember deposits passing $10K in 15 days with around 322 Registered users. We had just projected $25K deposits as of today however we have received about 70% higher than projected deposits.

6. If a reader wants to join ROICredit then what payment processors are you using?

ROICredit had started functioning initially with digital payment processors LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. However as per the increasing requests from our Investors we had applied for Business Account in AlertPay (Payza) and subsequently added it after getting verified as merchant. Since then we have been Offering 3 Payment Processors to Users which can be used cumulatively.

7. I said in my review that I thought the choice of payment options was poor (although I see that you have improved that since with the addition of AlertPay/Payza). With LibertyReserve declining in popularity anyway, what’s preventing you from adding SolidTrustPay?

I would like to draw users attention towards the deposits we had received. We have received approximately 65% of our deposits in Liberty Reserve. Hence I would like to contradict the comment stating LibertyReserve declining in popularity. With respect to SolidTrustPay we had applied for Business Account and will add once we’re verified as merchant.

8. How highly would you rate the security of your own website? Tell us about your hosting provider and how highly would you rate them as a service provider?

Security is one of the key factor in our Agenda. Our website is DDOS and SSL protected and hacker-proof. We have got our own dedicated server with DDoS protection from Koddos. Users can can confirm this by performing a whois look up.

9. What about your script? Who is the provider? What do you think the benefits of this script are to both the admin and the investors? Are you using SSL encryption?

We are using a licensed script from probizscript, made by Russian coders which is user friendly for both the admin and the investors, we are using a COMODO SSL encryption.

10. What kind of customer support do you offer? What is the best and most efficient way to contact you if I have any questions?

Currently we Offer two types of Customer Support:

a) Support Ticket system where any User can fill in details on the form provided and submit to the respective department.

b) Telephone Support ((Time: 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM GMT)

However Support Ticket System is most efficient form of Communication and our team is resolving most of the queries instantly. We would be adding live chat support next month and will be functioning 24/7.

11. What have been the most common questions, problems, or other support related issues that you have had to deal with so far? Is there anything you would like to address here so that members can avoid having to contact you?

90% of the support tickets are related to Business Proposals posted by Monitor Admins to accept their listing for Monitoring Services. Some Tickets which we receive are related to Reset PIN related issues, Adding Payza ID to their User Accounts & Missing Deposits
Our support team are doing their best replying to all the queries. We would request Investors not to panic and open multiple tickets which will unnecessarily create huge confusion and delay in resolving queries by our Support Team.

12. What if any other outside business and investment activities are you involved with? Consider that 99% of MNO readers will consider you an online HYIP game regardless of what you say here.

We are offering diversified portfolio management, assets and capital management plans to our clients. We do receive significant share of amount in terms of consultation fees offline as our clients deal in Voluminous and Complex Transactions and adds significantly to our Revenue. That is how We offer full capital protection for clients principal amount.

13. Tell us more about the general advertising and promotional strategies being used by ROICredit. In a very competitive market what are you doing to bring ROICredit to a wider investment audience?

We have allocated around 20 % of our profits in to Advertising. We have divided our Advertising expenditure in to 3 Types

1) Listing on Blogs

2) Listing with Monitors

3) Banner Ads in Forums

We are currently advertising on MNO with a paid sticky. We have listed with more than 50 famous monitors. We have been purchasing banner ads on large forums along with Sticky Threads. We believe that this industry is very competitive and advertising is the only way which makes us to reach a wider group of Investors.

14. Are there any plans to develop ROICredit further in the near future? Will there be any interesting changes or promotional activities? How are you planning to keep the program competitive in such challenging times?

1) We are Interested on offering more payment options to our customers. STP and Bank Wire will be introduced shortly.

2) We are considering running a few contests to improve investor participation.

3) Finally we would like to offer Online Chat facility.

As such we believe our system is able to meet up with the expectations of Investors we will always consider the feedback received and ensure users are highly satisfied. In simple words we follow “In business you get what you want by giving other people what they want”.

15. And finally is there anything you would like to add that you feel wasn’t covered in this interview? In particular you are free to comment on the review of ROICredit that was published on MNO. Was there anything there you felt somehow unfair, mistaken, or in need of correction?
