12/08/2012. Interview with the Admin of Finvance
Beware! Finvance has stopped paying! Do not invest there!
Hello everyone! Hope you all had a good weekend so far, and anyone following the Olympic Games as I was hope you enjoyed the final day. I had a great couple of weeks here and got really lucky with tickets most days. Not just for the popular things like the football or basketball or boxing either, I also got into many of the minority sports too. I had no idea just how intense and skilful some of these things are until I actually went to see them. Sports like fencing for example, which I’d never seen before but I really enjoyed. Anyway, it’s a once in a lifetime experience for most of us so I’m really glad I got the opportunity.
I was also glad to take the day off and enjoy the closing ceremony, though as I’m home from that now I have a couple of updates I want to tell you about. One new program added to my monitoring page that I’ll get to in a moment, and the following interview I received from the admin of Finvance. His name is Mark and his program’s been getting some attention from investors since first launching in the middle of July. Finvance is a mid-term program and despite being relatively new has but a good deal of its earliest investors well into profit already. The single plan made available is both simple and profitable, offering terms of 8% for 20 business days. Before we hear from Mark I’ll just remind you that if you like what he has to say and would like some further information then you can start with the original review of Finvance that was first published on MNO here:
“1. Hi Mark, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and give us a little background information on yourself and your experience in managing other peoples money.
Hello Paul. My name is Mark Jacobson, president of Finvance Limited. I have worked for small to mid size firms on two continents for almost a decade. My education lies in economics and accounting. Here at Finvance, we are providing a sole investment plan of 8% daily that lasts 28 calendar days with interest earning on business days only (Monday through Friday) for a total return of 160%.
2. Can you share some facts about the Finvance business with us? How long have you been in operation? Are you running it yourself or do you have an assistant or a partner?
Absolutely, the team put together as Finvance has been established since 2011. Our internet presence has been online now for almost a month offering our investment plan to the global market without borders, something we believe is pivotal to the future of the world economy.
We have several staff members not including me here at Finvance. It is imperative to the smooth operation of Finvance and even more as we grow each day.
James handles the majority of our support needs. He is responsible for the response to most support tickets and emails as well as any account issues or errors that may come about. With a growing membership daily, he has handled the increased work load very well and has dedicated his day to these tasks to completion.
Greg is our account executive. He supervises all instances of the website, account operations, as well as payment processing, which has now increased with the addition of 2 new e-currencies that we accept, SolidTrustPay and Egopay.
I supervise our team and have a hand in making sure everything is completed at the end of the day. I am also responsible for the marketing plan of Finvance and its implementation over the marketing plan we have decided upon.
3. Assuming someone is coming into the online investments industry for the first time, can you talk us through a step-by-step guide in how to become a member of Finvance and what happens afterwards?
Once you have pointed your browser to Finvance‘s homepage, the process is fairly simple.
First, a user would need to be a registered member of one of the four e-currencies we accept. Those are Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, SolidTrustPay and Egopay.
Next, from our homepage, you can create an account using our top header button “Sign Up” or our larger button further down our page “Register”.
Fill our the respective account form which should only take you a few minutes. You may now proceed to logging into your easy to use account and make a new deposit into Finvance.
4. What are you offering investor in terms of plans and profits? What is the minimum and maximum amounts you can invest?
We offer a single straightforward investment plan of 8% daily that is earned on business days (Monday through Friday) that expires at the end of 28 calendar days for a total return of 160%. Investors may withdraw their daily earnings at any time. The minimum to invest is $20 and the maximum investment we accept has been set at $500,000.
5. What payment processors are Finvance currently dealing with? I said in my review of your program that I thought the choice of payment processors to be extremely disappointing. What have you been doing to address that?
We did begin with only accepting Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money and have seen a healthy growth for the almost one month that we accepted only those two. Just this week, we instituted both SolidTrustPay and Egopay and have seen a membership surge as we go into our second cycle. We are excited to see our slow and steady growth for almost a month was seen with members waiting for us to add their favorite e-currency and have made their investment with us now.
6. Can you give us any other general statistics on the program, for example the number of active members, total deposits, total withdrawals, etc?
Our financials are kept private and considered sensitive information. We do not disclose this information.
I can tell you we have surpassed 1000 active investors as of Thursday, August 9th as we go into our second cycle of investment.
7. What would be the best and most efficient way of contacting you if I have any questions or problems?
Feel free to open a support ticket on our website or click the Live Support button and chat to an agent or submit an offline message. We will answer you as quickly as we can with whatever you may need.
I also try to stop in daily on MNO’s Shoutbox to talk with MNO readers directly. I believe it has been advantageous to both the readers and to me.
8. Your homepage has a banner advertising “Live Support Online” but when I try to access it only get the message “Online Support is currently not available”. Why is that? That hardly seems a fair description of what Live Support is supposed to mean, does it?
We do not employ 24/7 online support operators. When time allows, a chat agent, such as me, Greg, or James will be online to answer any live inquiries. You can still submit an email using the Live Support button quickly if none of us are online to chat.
9. What have been the most common questions, problems, or other support related issues that you have had to deal with so far? Is there anything you would like to address here so that members can avoid having to contact you?
The most common question we have dealt with is when will today’s payouts be processed and do we process on weekends. We process payouts 7 days a week and the time is not set in stone, so someone’s withdrawal request may miss a payout processing time one day or be processed almost instantly the next day depending on the time we process payouts.
10. Can you tell us in detail about the security of Finvance? Who is your hosting provider and how highly do you rate them as a service provider? What script are you running off? Do you use SSL encryption?
This is something we definitely take pride in. We have an outsourced security firm who handles security for our Staminus hosted server. Staminus has been great in providing priority support and communication with our outsourced security firm from time to time in under 30 minutes. I have to give praise to both Staminus and our outsourced security firm. We are running off the Probiz script which has provided a great experience for our admin team as well as our investors. We also have the highest standard in SSL encryption available to corporations. We hold a EV SGC SSL certificate for Finvance to provide the highest encryption and security protocols amongst all computers and browser versions globally.
11. What other outside business and investment activities are you involved with? Can we see any independently verifiable proof of these activities?
As a private trading firm, all results and activities day to day are kept private.
12. Tell us more about the general advertising and promotional strategies being used by Finvance. In a very competitive market what are you doing to bring the program to a wider investment audience?
We have an excellent marketing plan set in place to run in stages to steady and healthy growth. One of the greatest promotional strategies is just providing efficient customer service and steady payouts to our growing membership. We thank those investors who have complimented us and the hundreds of investors who are in profit and the hundreds of new investors coming in each week now.
Our broader marketing plan of expanding our internet presence is also set in motion with the gradual increase in advertising purchases on many popular internet platforms.
13. Are there any plans to develop Finvance further in the near future? Will there be any interesting changes made soon? How are you planning to keep the program competitive with so many other options open to investors?
We look at suggestions greatly. We took into consideration of what users wanted, such as the addition of SolidTrustPay and Egopay, and took the steps to implement them. Finvance is always interested in hearing from its members on what we should do next and we take it into consideration as a team. Our team is full of “go-getters” and I believe the “proof is in the pudding” with our impeccable customer service and healthy growth that has attracted its now over 1000 and growing active investors.
14. And finally, is there anything you feel that wasn’t covered in this interview that you think the readers of MNO should be aware of? You are also free to comment on the MNO review of Finvance if you think there was anything in it that you feel was unfair or somehow in need of clarification.
Thank you for your questions. I believe our answers can inform your readers well about Finvance and our intentions.
In my opinion, I think it may have been a little harsh to say our launch payment processor options were extremely disappointing as we attracted hundreds of investors during that time. Of course since then, we have added two new payment processors as the suggestions came rolling in from new members. That decision has been a wise one and has helped us gauge even more our next steps for growth.”
So, thanks a lot to Mark for taking the time to answer my questions and I hope you all found it helpful, especially if you are still deciding whether Finvance is a suitable addition to your portfolios or not. Best of luck to him in having a successful run with the program – it’s already off to a flying start – and good luck also to any current and future members. Let’s hope it works out. That’s almost all for tonight guys, except the remaining matter of the new program I said I was going to tell you about at the start of the page.
INTRODUCTION OF DECOFUNDS
Another new program which only started yesterday was listed on MNO’s Premium list today – DecoFunds. The program accepts the four main payment processors with LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, EgoPay and SolidTrustPay, and deposits start from $20. The investment plans offer 6% for 50 days, 10% for 20 days, and 15% for 10 days with daily payouts and no principal returned. Please note that the two last plans require a bigger minimum to deposit and I will discuss this in more detail in the upcoming review of DecoFunds on MNO next week. The program is running off a licensed GoldCoders script and the admin promises to process the withdrawals three times a day, so I imagine everyone gets paid fast enough. Unfortunately, when it comes to security DecoFunds fails to impress me as though hosted and protected by Koddos the site is on a shared server with seven other website including one of the infamous scam blogs. Despite pretending to have SSL-security no certificate was found by me. If that’s the admin’s intention to improve his website I hope he will do so before my review is published, otherwise I will not be so positive when it comes to the overall level of security DecoFunds site provides for potential clients. Anyway, more on that will be in the review which I plan to publish on Thursday.
That’s ll for tonight, guys. Enjoy what’s left of your Sunday evening and I’ll see you all on MNO some time tomorrow!
