30/01/2012. Interview with the Admin of LucidNature

  Beware! LucidNature has stopped paying! Do not invest there!

Hello everybody! I hope the new weeks gotten off to a good start for you all. There’s not that much news to report as I guess it seems quieter than the usual Monday, but what I do have which I hope is of some interest is the following interview with the admin of one of the most recently added programs to MNO – LucidNature (reviewed here). The admin’s name is Edwyn and his program is offering investors rates of 1.5%-2.5% for 25 business days with your principal back on expiry. LucidNature has been hit with some very well publicized DDoS attacks since being launched but to the credit of Edwyn it seems to have had no effect whatsoever on the program’s payouts which continued uninterrupted, so let’s hope this is a good indicator of his intentions for the program and that it continues like this for many many weeks to come. But first let’s hear from him:

“1. Hi Edwyn, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us about your own role within LucidNature. What are your own duties within the program? What kind of experience do you have in managing the funds of others?

Hello Paul. Let me first thank you for this interview and for introducing our company to your readers.

My name is Edwyn and I am operating LucidNature together with Peter, who is our tech person, responsible for the maintenance of the web-site as well as the day to day operations. My role is to facilitate payments, customer relations and marketing. I am also doing the management of funds – investment decisions and trade operations of the products we use for generating income for the company.

For the last 7 years, I worked for a company producing organic supplements for plants. Now I am operating my own business with funds raised entirely from our site.

2. Can you also give us some background on the program? How long have you been running? What were you hoping to achieve by starting it in the first place? Apart from you is there anybody else working on LucidNature?

LucidNature launched on the 27th of December 2011. We have just made it through the 30 days mark. We had few downtimes during the first month but that didn’t stop us from reaching more than 400 members.

In the long run, our main goal is to make a difference in the HYIP world. We are here to bring in originality and ‘bloom’ to this arena. In the short term, we plan on increasing our advertising budget and this will happen when we reach 1000 members. This is expected to happen over the next month.

3. What about the investment plans? Can you explain them in detail to us? What are the minimum and maximum amounts for investment, what rates of interest are on offer and how long do they run for? Which ones have been the most popular?

We have 5 investment plans. They are categorized according to amount of your investment. All plans run for 25 business days, which is 5 weeks.

The Seedling plan pays 1.5% daily profit. The total ROI is 137.5% with minimum amount of $10 and maximum $1000.

The Growth plan pays 1.75% daily profit. The total ROI is 143.75% with minimum amount of $1001 and maximum $2000.

The Transition plan pays 2% daily profit. The total ROI is 150% with minimum amount of $2001and maximum $4000.

The Bloom plan pays 2.25% daily profit. The total ROI is 156.25% with minimum amount of $4001and maximum $6000.

The Ripen plan pays 2.5% daily profit. The total ROI is 162.5% with minimum amount of $6001and no maximum.

The most popular plan for the moment is the ‘Seedling’ plan (1.5% daily).

All interest earnings are credited 24 hours after the time of your investment. Each investment receives interest separately only on Business days (5 days a week). The interest credited for a business day is reflected in your account on the next day. All interest earnings are accumulated in your cash balance from where you can withdraw to your payment processor.

4. Tell us about the payment options available from LucidNature. What payment processors are you currently dealing with? What have been the most popular choices among investors? Are you currently allowing instant payments?

We are using Alert Pay, Solid Trust Pay and Liberty Reserve. The most popular choice is Liberty Reserve. We are processing payments manually for security purposes.

We have specifically chosen to process payments manually, as we feel this is more secure than paying instantly.

5. How highly would you rate the security of your own website? Tell us about your hosting provider and how highly would you rate them as a service provider?

We are using fully encrypted script; dedicated server by LeaseWeb; DDoS protection by Staminus Communication and we also utilized a 256 bit SSL certified encryption.

The performance of the hosting company has been flawless so far.

We had few hiccups with our DDoS protection due to a series of attacks from people very fond of our presence. This has led to an upgrade of our protection levels.

6. I notice that you are running off a custom made script, is that correct? What would you say the benefits of this are to your members and how safe/secure/easy is it to use?

We are running on a highly secured customer based script produced by ‘Gotenks’.
The benefits of such a script are that you can control your operations from one central place and that all data is encrypted.

7. What kind of customer support do you offer? What is the best and most efficient way to contact you if I have any questions?

8. I notice that the LucidNature website comes with a Live Chat feature, but personally I’ve never noticed it being active. Do you ever actually make it available for members? If not, then why? If yes, then what would be the best time (GMT) to find an operator there?

Our time zone and the sever time is GMT+1.

I am available for chat during weekdays from 10 AM till 17 PM and on Mondays from 13 PM, and sometimes on weekends as well.

9. I also see that LucidNature is one of a growing number of programs to make use of the likes of Twitter and Facebook. How important a role has this played for you in both communication with existing members and promoting it to new ones?

The use of social networks hasn’t played that significant a role yet, as they still seem to be a fairly new set of tools for communication in the HYIP world. However, I am sure this will change in the coming months as more and more programs are using them.

10. What have been the most common questions, problems, or other support related issues that you have had to deal with so far? Is there anything you would like to address here so that members can avoid having to contact you?

The most common question is how we credit interest on your investments.

The system automatically calculates your earnings 24 hours after the time the investment was made. Interest is credited only on business days (Monday till Friday).

Suppose you invested on Monday. Then the earnings for Monday are credited on Tuesday (24 past the time of your deposit). Earnings on Friday are credited on Saturday. On Sundays and Mondays you do not receive interest because Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.

11. What other outside business and investment activities are LucidNature involved with? I said in my review that you your website seems quite unique (or at least individual) in that respect, but what evidence can we see of these projects? Or are you simply an online based HYIP related game, keeping in mind that that will be how 99% of MNO readers will regard you no matter what you reply here?

We are buying and selling organic gardening products. All money raised by the site is used for that activity, except for a small reserve we keep to be able to make payments within 24 hours. We are not involved in other business operations.

We are not going to provide any evidence as we would have to be completely transparent to do so (in a way that would make any effect to the 99% you mentioned) and we decided that it could possibly create long term personal and business complications for us, if for some reason our project fails.

12. Are there any plans to develop LucidNature further in the near future? How are you planning to keep the program competitive with so many new programs opening every day? With things picking up again in the industry how long do you realistically think you can keep a short/medium term HYIP online for at the moment?

We are not planning on changing our plans. They are working well for us and for our members. We have found a balance between high ROI and medium term to sustain the program in the long term.

About keeping the program competitive, we are still new, we have a secure script, super-fast payments, well-made site, a real business, our support staff is extremely helpful and polite, and medium term plans which are sustainable for the long term of the program.

Only the time will show the true potential of LucidNature could get.”

INTRODUCTION OF INVFAIRLIMITED

Today another program was added to Premium listing on MNO – InvfairLimited. The program isn’t exactly very new as it’s been online since the beginning of January. InvfairLimited accepts LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, AlertPay and OKPay starting from $20 to a variety of investment plans with principal returned on expiry – 1.4% for 30 business days, 1.6% for 60 business days, 1.8% for 90 business days, 2% for 120 business days, 2.2% for 150 business days, 2.4% for 180 business days. The minimum to invest in most of the plans is not available to the majority of investors and I will discuss why tomorrow when I’m going to examine InvfairLimited in closer detail. But the program looks good with its unique script, high level of DDoS protection from BlockDos who have the program on a dedicated server, and SSL-encryption throughout the site with multiple documents and certificates aimed to provide the proof of the program’s involvement in Forex market.
