20/09/2012. Interview with the Admin of RightFive

Beware! RightFive has stopped paying! Do not invest there! 

Hi everyone! I don’t have much news for you this evening, which is just as well because I’d really rather focus on the following interview I received just earlier tonight from the admin of what has proven to be one of the best new programs to hit the HYIP industry in recent months. This of course is RightFive and most of you will know it and its admin Steve by now as they’ve become extremely popular and well liked among MNO readers as reflected in both the positive feedback that I’ve received and the rising rank they occupy on my monitoring site. Rankings there (in case you didn’t know) are based on the program’s popularity among readers, and after barely over a month online RightFive has leapt up to the #4 spot on my Premium List and could well go a bit higher yet.

This was down to many factors, but the single most important one was obviously the fact that the program is pretty damn good. Steve has done an excellent job in managing it so far with both of their investment plans – 5% for 30 days and 110% after 7 days – putting massive numbers of players well into profit by now, indeed several times over in the case of the seven day plan. So congratulations if you’re one of them! Another clever trick from Steve was to start advertising RightFive before they were ever even online, creating a real buzz around the HYIP community and making them one of the most debated programs in the industry before even having a functioning website! I think that went on a little bit longer than Steve had originally hoped for (due to STP taking longer to approve their account than was expected) but it didn’t matter. The move paid off in the end and RightFive is now the biggest short term HYIP in the market. Not a bad achievement at all considering there’s some pretty stiff competition out there at the moment for that title.

Anyway, let’s hear what Steve has to say about the project in his own words now, but first I just want to remind you that if you like how he presents it and would like more information, then I suggest you start with the original review of RightFive that was first published on MNO here.

“1. Hello Steve. First of all, I would like to express my sincere congratulations on bringing such a quality program which many investors were lacking. Can you tell us when it was first decided to bring RightFive online and what was the original idea/concept behind your decision?

Hello Paul. I would like to congratulate you on your blog! You have clearly put a lot of time and effort into building and maintaining it. To answer your first question, the way our operations work is the more money we are managing, the higher the returns we can get – for both our clients and higher bonus’ for our staff. We had been operating successfully on a smaller offline scale and it was only a natural progression to move online.

2. Many investors have been asking why you started your advertising campaign on MNO so far ahead of the official launch. What was the reason for that and what was the main factor which made you delay the official launch of RightFive?

When we first purchased the pre-launch banner everything was in place to start within a week or ten days, besides our SolidTrust Pay account which we were waiting to be verified before launch. Unfortunately outside forces affected how fast SolidTrust Pay took to process verification of accounts. We did intend to have our banners up for a short period of time before coming online as a marketing strategy which has certainly paid off thus far.

3. I can see the long hours worked in preparation for the launch really paid off. The program looks outstanding from a designer’s point of view. Would you mind sharing who developed the website for RightFive and what was your inspiration for making it as it is now?

We have outsourced the design of the site and development of our script. We knew that the security of our site was a matter of the utmost importance and we also wanted to add a lot of features to our website which standard scripts would have limited. What better way to attract new clients once they get to your website than to show them something they have not yet seen before.

4. How many people are working for RightFive? Can you tell us their names and occupation and tell us more how they contribute to the program? What are the main sources of income for the program?

We have a team working to keep this fine tuned machine running. I am one of them overseeing the general administration of RightFive. In addition we have Brian, who is a partner in our firm and also our co-administrator. Brian is mainly in charge of the security of our web portal and our server, as well as responsible for the support department. Troy Davies is our marketing manager and in charge of marketing and public affairs. Apart from those there are a few people working in the background and / or part-time, like our designer and our application programmer. Trading is outsourced as well. I believe in lean management to optimize resources.

5. Please tell us more about the investment plans RightFive investors. What is the minimum and maximum to invest? Is compounding allowed? How long will it take to process the withdrawals after the request is made?

We have two investment plans. The first one pays 110% after 7 days with a minimum of $20 and a maximum spend of $2,000. The second plan we offer pays 5% a day for 30 calendar days, this plan also has a minimum spend of $20 but with a maximum of $50,000. We do not give the option of compounding for our plans. Interest is credited around the same time every day or once a week, depending of the plan and at around the same time the deposit was made, although there is some delay of a few minutes every day, due to technical reasons. That means interest may be posted a few minutes later today compared to yesterday. One important issue I like to address is, that our payments does include the principal. I know, this is explained on the website and within the clients area — but still we are getting plenty of support requests from clients assuming that we pay 150% interest during the 30 day period, plus the principal back on top. That is not the case!

Withdrawal requests are processed once a day only, usually in the early afternoon hours (GMT). Initially we processed withdrawal request from Monday to Friday only — as from this week and this is for now exclusively published on MNO, withdrawals will be processed on Saturdays as well.

Now, when you compare us to other investment sites, you will notice that there are a few more differences with RightFive. First of all we offer only 5 active investment slots. This means that if you have five active investments running already, you will have to wait until one of them expires before you are able to make a new deposit. The second thing we put in place is a limit of only one withdrawal request allowed per payment processor per day, so clients are asked to keep this in mind before requesting their requests each day. Also the minimum amount eligible to request is $2.

6. What payment processors does RightFive currently accept? Do you accept direct Bank wires? Do you think the choice of payment processors accepted is satisfying for everyone and do you plan to extend the list in the near future?

As I mentioned above we did delay our opening for our SolidTrust Pay account to  be verified so of course this is one of the options we offer. Apart from SolidTrust Pay we also offer three other processors including LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and EGOPAY. We currently do not accept bank wires and do not see the need for it. At this point in time we do not see the need for any other options — but of course this could change in the future if the demand for other options grow.

7. The core of any successful program is its script. Can you tell MNO readers more about the script your program is running off? Is it truly a custom script or is it based on already available solutions on the market? Who developed the script for you and what kind of support do you receive from that person to help you maintain the script working?

As mentioned before we have employed a programmer or developer if you like, who has built our script from scratch. Because this IT professional works for us we have permanent support, which we believe is very important in order to keep RightFive online and going stronger by the day.

8. Another important part of any HYIP’s success is security issues. Can you tell us more about the steps a client of RightFive can do to protect his account in your program and make sure that only the rightful owner can withdraw the funds from his account?

We have offered a number of security features for our clients as we do value the safety and security for our online clients. First of all, we require each client to become email verified once they sign up for an account with us and before they make their first deposit. This requires the client to fill a field in their back office with a code emailed to their email address to ensure the email they provided us with at the beginning is an email account they indeed have access to.

Though it is not required but the second level of verification is to become mobile phone verified. If a client chooses this option then each time any changes are made to their record on file, a text message (SMS) will be sent to their personal mobile phone. In layman terms this means,  If someone was to access your account without you knowing then you would find out very fast with a text message delivered to your phone. Please note that currently SMS verification is not available for clients within the United States.

To login to your account from a different IP, a one time PIN is delivered to your email or mobile phone and need to be entered before account access is granted.

We also have a security PIN in place and this PIN must be provided if any account information is changed to add an extra level of security.

9. What measures did you take to protect RightFive website from the possible DDoS attacks which might be very damaging for every HYIP? What is your hosting provider and what was the determining factor for you when choosing it?

We knew from the start that we would attract a lot of negative attention due to our size. From the very start we decided to go with the best anti DDoS provider in the market in BlockDos and this option has proven to stand up to all expectations. We have been able to remain online for our entire time online to date.

10. How do you evaluate the support the program has been receiving from the HYIP investors for its first month online? Was it more or less than you expected and can you give us the latest stats on the participation?

We have been received with open arms by the HYIP community as a whole. I cannot say we did expect very much support from our investors but if you check the forums, you can see many genuine clients showing their payment proof and we are always receiving emails daily giving words of thanks and suggest new features as well.

11. What kind of advertising strategy are RightFive using to keep yourself in the public eye in this highly competitive market known? What benefits can a regular client receive by promoting the program to his friends and acquaintances online?

Currently we are listed on a number of public blogs, forums, monitors in terms of listing and banners. We have set aside a reasonable advertising budget and will be rolling out a lot more advertising and listings as time goes on. We want to be the top choice investment site for all investors and are working out way towards that.

We also offer a compensation plan to encourage our clients to refer their friends, family or colleagues. When someone gives their link to someone and this person signs up for RightFive under that link, every deposit will gain the referrer a 5% commission. This commission is credited to the clients account for every deposit made, both from inside the account balance and from outside money as well. Furthermore it is not mandatory to have an active investment with us to get your commission paid.

12. What are your plans for the near future? For how long do you plan to stay online and how is it possible to sustain the high returns RightFive is offers for many more months to come?

Straight to the point there Paul, I like it. We currently are not advertising in a fraction of the places we plan to in the future, as we are planning to roll this out slowly over time. Members of MNO may think that our start was much too rapid but we always are growing and finding new ways to increase out reserves. It is important to have a steady growth in terms of deposits made by investors. Saying this we do not require new deposits in order to pay out the old ones, but if we grow too fast it does strain our investment activities to provide the needed returns. We are working hard to make sure we keep investments from coming in too fast and so far we are doing a very good job at it. Paul we do not plan on going anywhere, it is our goal to be the top investment choice for our clients as much in many months from now as we are right now. To help limit our growth and to ensure that we can keep our investments paying enough for our clients returns, we did limit active deposits to only 5 per account and we have put a lot of thought into the maximum limits to invest as well.

13. Can you share with us what you think is the main advantage that differentiates RightFive from others and why should the average investor spoiled for choice make his decision and invest in your company?

I would say one of our top points of difference which sets us apart is our custom script and design and as I have already mentioned, this really creates so much more security for both us and our investors. We offer two highly attractive plans to invest in, which are both sustainable enough yet provide attractive enough returns to compete within this market. There will always be programs offering higher less sustainable plans or lower more sustainable plans but the length of a program like this and the amount of security and trust you can expect from an administration only goes as far as the abilities of the admin and his team. I will not speak for myself but I am very proud of my team members and those working along side me to make this program so successful.

14. Finally is there anything else you’d like to say to your investors not included in the interview questions? Basically you can tell us your final thoughts on the program and what you are expecting/hoping for the future. Thanks very much for your time and I wish RightFive every success.

Yes, I like to give your esteemed readers an insight of the dark side of operating a very successful online investment project: Blackmailing!

We have been victims of blackmailing from day one of our operations. Dozens of low lifes tried to ‘piggy back’ on our positive results and try to get their piece of the cake – but they wont be fortunate.

To give you an example: Recently we are blackmailed by a group of five or six crook monitors with only 1000% after one day programs and other nonsense listed on their sites – programs nobody ever heard of before. They must be interconnected, since they always contact us within minutes.

So if you see bad votes or posts on forums – just disregard them, unfortunately there are some very sick guys out there. If they have a link to their monitoring site in their post, just have a look at it – have a good laugh, close the window quickly and make up your own mind whom to trust.

Also, please check the hand picked and honest monitors on our watchdog page, to verify our payment status and if one of these fine monitors is reporting us as not paying, then be vigilant. Thank you!
