Beware! CyproRealty has been moved to Problem status on MNO due to delayed payouts! Do not invest!

Hello everyone! Hope you’re all looking forward to the weekend, and that this Friday the 13th won’t be too unlucky for us! Anyway, with so many problems affecting the short term HYI industry this last couple of weeks I suppose it’s really only a matter of time before investors start once again to look more seriously at longer term opportunities. The industry tends to move in cycles anyway so even if it’s not happening now it’s still not far away, particularly with summer just about here. So the program I want to look into before today’s news is one called CyproRealty, a brand new long term HYIP just added to the MNO monitoring list.

CyproRealty are offering a total of four long term investment plans which when you look closely at them would appear a bit, well, confused. One of them sort of makes the next one obsolete and there does seem to be a distinct lack of planning put into them. I’ll explain that further in just a moment – though it’s pretty easy to figure it out – but first I’ll run through the options for you. The first one is called The Basic Plan and it runs for 180 business days (36 weeks). To join it CyproRealty require a minimum deposit of $10. In return they offer you a payment of 1.2% interest made from Monday to Friday for the plan’s duration. At the end of the term they promise to return your principal. Of course we don’t really know at this early stage if that’s ever going to happen, but for now the most important thing to watch for is your 84th payment because that’s the one that will see you break even. That will take almost 17 weeks. If everything goes according to plan you should hopefully finish with a total profit of 216%. Maximum deposit is $500.

For a minimum deposit of $100 you can join CyproRealty‘s second plan. It’s called The Advanced Plan and it too runs for 180 business days. In return for your investment you can get a daily return of 1.7% interest per day, paid Monday to Friday. That would allow you to break even after 59 days and finish up with a net profit of 306%. Your principal is then returned, and the maximum investment is $2,000.

The third plan also runs for 180 business days. It’s called The Professional Plan and CyproRealty require a $250 minimum to join. What you get in return is a daily payment of 2% interest from Monday to Friday. That should enable you to break even after 50 payments, and finish up with a total profit of 360%. Your principal should then be returned and the maximum deposit is $5,000.

And finally for a $500 minimum spend you can join The Royal Plan. For this one CyproRealty are offering 2.4% interest per day, Monday to Friday, for 180 business days. That allows you to break even after receiving 42 payments and finish up with a total profit of 432%. On expiry CyproRealty then return your principal. There is no maximum limit placed on the amount you can invest this time.

So I guess by now most of you will have noticed the glaring inconsistencies in those plans. If they all run for the same amount of time, and the minimum and maximum investments overlap so much, many of them are pretty pointless. For example if you wanted to invest $500 which is an acceptable amount in any of the four plans, why on Earth would you put it into anything except the fourth one? The terms are the same but you only get a significantly reduced return if you do. Likewise if you want to spend $100 or more. Despite CyproRealty accepting anything up to $500 in their Basic Plan, anything over $100 is pointless because the others all give much better returns for the exact same length of time. So why put it in the Basic Plan when you can choose The Advanced one?

I must say it all looks a bit thrown together, not particularly well thought out, and a bit unprofessional. Maybe not entirely a bad thing however is the fact that it simply underlines the fact that you are dealing with online HYIPs, and not genuine investment opportunities. So if this reminds you to exercise a bit more caution then it may even be a blessing in disguise.

Otherwise the list of payment processors isn’t bad for a long term HYIP. As well as the usual LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney, CyproRealty also accept AlertPay which isn’t something that every long term HYIP does right from the start. Payments are made manually and need to be requested. Just log in and request it from your members area and you might see it fast enough. Instant payments are alluded to in the FAQ but not necessarily guaranteed. I’ve not yet received one yet myself personally by the way. The admin reserves the right to take up to 48 hours to get everything completed.

CyproRealty is hosted by Koddos on a dedicated Staminus server. Their website is SSL secured and is running off a licensed GoldCoders script. If you have any questions or account related issues then you can contact the admin either directly via the e-mail address provided or by filling out the support form with your details on the contacts page and submitting it. CyproRealty also have a Live Chat feature so if there’s an operator online you can try that. They publish a postal addresses in Cyprus though what exactly you’d find by calling there is questionable. We are talking about purely an internet based business after all.

CyproRealty give away little practical information on their investment activities, hinting only that their business is real estate. They use the line “remember we do not feature all properties on our website” when in fact they don’t list any properties at all. To be blunt I doubt they can help you find a second home in Cyprus (as they say), but there you go! It’s up to yourself to confirm any of those claims anyway, if they’re important to you that is. Of course all I myself would comment on is potential. Maybe it’s not for everyone, I know, but if more investors start leaning more towards longer term HYIPs these days then CyproRealty might get more popular. As always if joining keep it as part of a diverse portfolio and always with an affordable deposit.

DAILY NEWS FROM THE INDUSTRY.

Let’s start the news for today with a rare newsletter from the admin of PrimFix Derek. I must say that his program is getting hotter day after day though it can’t compete properly with short-term programs offering longer medium-term investment plans paying on expiry – 120% after 15 days, 160% after 30 days, and 210% after 45 days. All the popular payment processors are accepted by PrimFix with a low minimum of $10 – AlertPay, SolidTrustPay, LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. More about that can be read in my review published here and hopefully the admin will be able to answer some interview questions, even though I’m pretty skeptical about their earning story which is sports arbitrage betting. Doubling money in 45 days is a pretty serious achievement though in my opinion almost impossible unless running your own HYI program. Anyway, I believe that the admin of PrimFix is an utmost professional as he knows exactly how to market his program properly. So, very soon there will be another Lite version of the site launched where members who don’t want to sign up (currently you have to sign up and request the withdrawal on expiry if you want to be paid) will have the opportunity just to deposit and get paid on expiry (after 15, 30 or 45 days respectively) straight to their e-currency account from which they made the initial deposit. I’d say this is definitely what some members want and in this way PrimFix will get more investors when it becomes operational. Another good way to communicate with the members and gain more trust and more deposits is definitely the launch of the new forum where Derek promises to publish also some proof of their betting activities. Currently the forum is not very active yet but I guess with time once the program grows it can become a new driving force to bring the trust which is so important for the longevity of any HYIP. And of course we shouldn’t forget about the pure advertising efforts of the admins and the members who should tirelessly advertise PrimFix in order to get more deposits. Apparently with this aim in mind the admin is also adding more promotional tools to the disposal of PrimFix‘s members and promises to make some great promotional video which will be another great tool for the promoters to advertise. There were three new updates sent from the admin of ExoticFX Charles (interviewed here) during the last 24 hours.
