 Beware! MetalROI has stopped paying! Do not invest there!

Hello everybody! For the final update of the business week I want to congratulate Allard, the admin of MetalROI, on successfully completing his first month online recently. So to round off the week I have an interview with him which I hope that you find interesting. Even if you’re not a member of the program at the moment at least I hope the information is useful for you in deciding if this is a suitable addition to your portfolio or not.

Anyway, MetalROI is a long term HYI program with terms offering payments of 2%-2.5% interest per day. While the duration of the plan is measured at 120 calendar days, payments will be made on business days only. So that’s Monday to Friday minus whatever public holidays that MetalROI‘s administration choose to observe within that time. It leaves you with payments for around 85 business days, and your principal back on expiry. That means that none of the existing investors are in profit yet as the program hasn’t been online long enough, but I’ll be keeping them monitored on MNO so you’ll know as soon as that starts to happen. “1. Hi Allard, please start by introducing yourself to the readers of MNO and telling us a bit first about your own role in MetalROI and then about your background in the HYIP industry. What kind of previous experience do you have in managing funds?

Hello Paul and MNO readers. I’m Allard Barents, main founder of MetalROI and even though this is my first online investment program, I’ve been managing other people’s money for close to 10 years now with Tralian Trade Ltd., our offline investment group that has now its online version called MetalROI. Our offline activities continue to go on as usual but we are trying to focus in our site for the moment.

2. Can you also tell us a bit more about MetalROI itself? How long have you been in business? Are you running this alone or are there others involved with you? Why did you start the program to begin with?

MetalROI has been up for one month now and there’s a huge team behind it, our page shows a flux gram of our team and the activity of each one of them. Our team is basically made of managers, analysts and traders, marketing specialist and customer support staff and opening our project to the general public was the best way we found to increase our investment capital in a quick way and boost our own earnings for the future.

3. Please explain the investment plans to us in detail. What are the minimum and maximum amounts accepted? What rates of interest do you offer and how long does it run for?

We offer three investment plans; Aluminum, Silver and Gold. Aluminum plan pays 2% daily for 120 calendar days with deposits going from $10 to $999. Silver plan pays 2,2% daily, also for 120 calendar days with a minimum investment of $1,000 and a maximum of $,4999. Gold plan has a minimum deposit of $5,000, no maximum deposit and it pays 2,5% daily for 120 days. Principal is returned at the end of the investment period for all plans and compounding is available in multiples of 10%.

4. I mentioned in my review that much of your texts, while original, are extremely vague about what you are doing with investors money. Why is that? Not that I think there’s anything wrong with it, but aren’t you basically just an online HYIP based game? Keeping in mind that regardless of how you answer this question that’s how 99% of MNO readers, mostly being experienced HYIP players, are going to view you anyway.

We are aware that most investors will treat every online program as a game and even though it’s not our case, we are okay with it as we will show how serious we are as time goes by. I’ve seen some other online investment groups organizing conferences to present and discuss their trading results thus proving they are real and we have plans to do exactly the same in the future. We are trading in the Aluminum, Silver and Gold markets on a daily basis. These metals are commodities that can be traded by pretty much everyone with internet access but most of them will not succeed as they do not have sufficient market and strategy knowledge to actually make a profit out of them but our team of traders does and this has been a profitable business for us for over a decade. Our offline business involves metals exploring contracts that take longer to payoff but that never failed to give us profits.

5. Can you give us any statistics regarding the program? Particularly in relation to the number of members, the amounts paid in and out, and from which plans.

We have about 1,000 registered members now and most investments were made to our Aluminum plan. There have been about $100k in deposits so far which is pretty impressive for our first month online.

6. If a reader wants to join MetalROI then what payment processors are you using? What’s been the most popular option so far? I notice you added SolidTrustPay sometime after you first launched. Has that made much of an impact on the program?

We accept AlertPay, LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and as you mentioned, SolidTrustPay. Most members are investing with AlertPay and I guess that would be because of their credit card funding services but adding SolidTrustPay was a very important move for us as many members are using it to make investments now. We had more deposits with SolidTrustPay in one week than with PerfectMoney since MetalROI was launched, for example.

7. How highly would you rate the security of your own website? Tell us about your hosting provider and how highly would you rate them as a service provider?

We put a lot of money into security and our server is hosted on a Staminus server with a very efficient DDoS protection service and SSL encryption.

8. What about your script? Who is the provider? What do you think the benefits of this script are to both the admin and the investors? Are you using SSL encryption?

We are using a original Gold Coders script that had some extra safety features implemented by our programming team and we think this was one of the best choices we made as a big part of investors are already used to it and it’s really use to use, which is very important for those investing online for the first time. Our entire site is SSL encrypted.

9. What kind of customer support do you offer? What is the best and most efficient way to contact you if I have any questions? I see that MetalROI has a built in Live Chat feature, but I have yet to see it in use. Why is that, and do you ever intend opening it?

We have a support ticket system, live chat, a recently added phone support and you always can send email to support@metalroi.com. Most efficient, of course, is live chat, our supporters are online more than 12hours a day.

10. What have been the most common questions, problems, or other support related issues that you have had to deal with so far? Is there anything you would like to address here so that members can avoid having to contact you?

Most of our members’ questions concern our compounding feature and to clear it out. Compounding is available in multiples of 10% (10%,20%,30%..), also you can change compounding rate any time.

11. Tell us more about the general advertising and promotional strategies being used by MetalROI. In a very competitive market what are you doing to bring MetalROI to a wider investment audience?

We have a huge advertising budget that allowed us to get listed and buy advertisements on the biggest forums, blogs and monitors as it can be seen in our ratings page. We know this industry is extremely competitive and that is why we decided to give our marketing team a very big budget to work with.

12. Are there any plans to develop MetalROI further in the near future? Will there be any interesting changes made soon? How are you planning to keep the program competitive?

We plan on adding some features to our site such as the representatives and testimonial page that just been added to improve our communication services, this is our main goal for the next few months. We also intend to run a few contests to improve our representative system. This system will put MetalROI in a very good position if compared to our competitors since people who never invested online before will receive personal guidance from us, something that they won’t find in many programs out there.

INTRODUCTION OF ROICREDIT

Another program was added to the MNO Premium list today, this one called ROICredit. Just be aware that it’s by no means a brand new program by the way as they’ve been running for about 25 days now, but from the feedback I’ve heard from existing users people seem to quite like it, citing fast payouts and a responsive and communicative admin. ROICredit accepts only LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney as payment processors and you can make a deposit starting from $10. Depending on the size of your principal you should expect to be paid between 3% and 4% every calendar day for a duration of 60 days. Your original principal is returned on expiry and note that compounding in ROICredit is not allowed. The withdrawals have to be requested and are promised to be paid within 24 hours. My first payment was already processed within a couple of hours and that means I’m going to review the program on MNO blog tomorrow so stay tuned for that.

The ROICredit website is quite well made with all things in place – contact phone number and ticketing system for efficient support, Twitter account which you might be interested in following, and regular news updates. The program is running off a licensed ProBizScript which is quite popular now, hosted on a dedicated server, SSL-secured by Comodo and most probably DDoS protected.
