22/11/2012. Interview with the Admin of ProsperaNova

Beware! ProsperaNova has stopped paying! Do not invest there!

Hi everyone, and Happy Thanksgiving to any US readers celebrating today. That doesn’t include me but I’m still going to take a short break from the news today (it wasn’t much anyway) but I still want to bring you the following interview just received from the admin of ProsperaNova, a long term HYI program that’s been online for the last couple of months.

The admin’s name is Darren and if you’re interested then he wants this opportunity to explain ProsperaNova in his own words. But it’s quite a straight-forward program, nothing too complicated, and just one investment plan. It pays 2% per business day for a term running for a calendar year. “1. Hi Darren, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us please about your own involvement in ProsperaNova. What is your role in the day to day running of the program?

My name is Darren McGee and I am CEO at ProsperaNova. I’m in the investment business for more than 12 years.

2. Can you give us some background information on ProsperaNova? How many others are involved with the program or are you operating alone? How long have you been online?

ProsperaNova has been online for little more than 2 months. Besides me, the CEO, we have three top traders with whom I’ve been working for years. There is one more employee whose job is processing withdrawals and customer service.
There’s five of us at the moment, but we’ll have more team members soon.

3. Explain the investment plans in detail to us. What ROIs are on offer. What are the minimum and maximum amounts to invest? What payment options are you currently accepting?

Minimum amount is only $1, and we intend to keep it that way so the users can test our services cheaply. There is no maximum amount currently.

We have one plan – Daily: 2% every working day for 1 year + the principal back.

At the moment we accept Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, EgoPay and SolidTrustPay.

4. I know that you pay on business days only, but I said in my review that it was unclear what public or banking holidays you observe (ie don’t pay). With Christmas and the New Year barely more that a month away can you tell us what are the non-payment days observed by ProsperaNova from January to December?

We pay every day except weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and there will be no other non-payment days.

5. How secure is the website of ProsperaNova? What are you doing to protect it and members’ accounts from hackers? Are you on a dedicated server? Who is your host? What kind of anti-DDoS protection do you have?

As you can see for yourself, the safety of our site is very high. We have a dedicated protected server (managed hardware firewall), SSL encryption, regular back-ups, etc. This has great importance to us and that is why we chose LeaseWeb as our hosting provider, because they provide top-quality service.

6. What kind of script is ProsperaNova running off? Where did you get it, how safe is it, and why do you think this one is most beneficial for you as an admin and your members?

The script we are using is licensed ProBizScript. It’s safe, optimized and out of all scripts we have checked this one has most features we need.

7. Can we see any statistics regarding ProsperaNova? How many members have joined since the beginning and how many are active at the moment? Are you pleased with the support from the members so far? How important a role do they play in bringing in new members?

Bringing new members is not important for members payouts as profit comes from trades, not from new investors.

Unfortunately I cannot give you any statistics because it’s confidential information, but I can say that the response from countries all over the world has exceeded even our best predictions and expectations and I’m expecting that Prospera Nova will become the leading online investment program by the end of this year.

8. How can members contact you if they have any questions or support related issues?

The best option is via form on our site or through e-mail at support@prosperanova.com.

We are considering phone support and live support on our site.

9. What have been the most common questions and problems you’ve had to deal with so far? Is there anything you wish to say here so that members can avoid having to contact you later?

Our biggest problem so far is that many of our investors have very little knowledge of English. We are getting many support tickets in other languages and we really have problem to communicate with them sometimes.

10. How have you been promoting ProsperaNova so far? What advertising strategy have you been using? How are you getting new members to join?

We advertise in most monitors and blogs, including you, but what’s interesting is that the biggest number of our investors comes through word of mouth. That means we are doing our job properly.

11. What exactly are you doing with investors money? How are you investing it and how are you generating the profits being made to members?

As you can read on our site, the main portion of our income comes from stock markets, while the rest is gained from our forex investments.

12. And finally is there anything else you wish to say not covered in this interview? Also please feel free to comment on the review of your program published on MNO.
